My wife Helga left a review for the whataburger in Moore, I would like to hop on and add that they refused to give us milkshakes and soda-pops. Despite ordering it on the app, they let us past the window and parked us, they then came out 10 minutes later telling us that they did not have shakes or pop. My husband John and I went here to satisfy our late-night munchies, and we left anything but satisfied. The service was incredibly slow and the young man working was extremely rude and off putting. I did not catch his name but he acted as though he forgot that being able to have a job is a privilege and that if he doesn't like it someone else would be way happier to have the chance to do his job. Worst location ever. The only thing you're guaranteed at this location is that your order will be wrong, items will be missing and service will be bad. No matter how many times you ask for Mayo and no mustard, via app or in person....rest assured you'll be getting mustard. Every. Single. Time. No onions on your order? Yep, you'll be getting tons of them. And today when I went back to try to retrieve 2 items left off my order that I had the receipt for, they told me I had to call a manager and give 24 hours notice that I wanted the missing items totaling $3!!! The fries were hot and the burger was amazing! The Moore location is located in a strip mall area and has a pretty small/tight parking lot for cars to go in and out of but there are plenty of spots in the general strip mall parking area. The drive-thru can get backed up and it does have an impact on traveling through the lot at times but that's usually around the lunch and dinner rushes. The interior is a bit older and maybe not the cleanest of clean but it's not run-down and they've made a few updates on their POS/Payment system since being bought out by a Chicago holdings company. The menu has been updated to include the new favorite: The Mushroom Swiss but they don't list the Monterrey Melt anymore. I hope it is still on the menu and it would be a shame to let that one go. I ordered my classic go-to, the number 2 with cheese (double meat whataburger with onions, lettuce, tomato, mustard, pickles) and it came out fresh and hot. It was stacked high with fix'ans and it was a very meaty hefty burger. I loved every bite of it. The fries were hot and seasoned well enough and you always get your choice of plain or spicy ketchup which is a great pairing for the fries. The owner of this business needs to make changes, the manager is not managing anything the entire lobby was full of people waiting on their food. It took 45 minutes from ordering to get our food. The trash cans were all completely full at 12:00 in the afternoon. The poor girl at the front was having to field all the customers at the register and all the customers that their orders were wrong. I don't know where to begin..road trip towards home around Moore OK my husband had the brilliant idea to stop at Whataburger. I indulged him for once..what could go wrong with burgers and fries?!?! It starts at the counter... we ordered a combo meal but we had to clarify that the combo meal comes with fries/drink.. then the "friendly" gentleman asks what size fries adding an additional couple orders and then states that all drinks are free no matter the size because that's the new thing they are doing. Order came to $29.30, when we paid with cash $20x1, & $5x2- the poor cashier became incredibly confused and greatly struggled to provide change and had to call over another employee and manager to decipher the 2 $5's & 1 20$. In awe of the show that was enfolding in front of him my husband didn't realize that we were charged for 2 extra fries, upon realizing this, he went to mention it to the manager-- the manager assured him that our food was coming, and we could keep the extra fries. He then went over to the front counter where 3 employees worked together to figure out how much needed to be refunded. The manager finally brought us $6, which was still short but by the time we finally got the change back we had already received our cold food and overly salted fries. We sat around looking at each other and the food in front of us and made the decision to call it a loss, throw it in the trash and drove down the street to raising canes. Lesson learned.
