First time in Moore and my wife really wanted to go here simply because we were in Toby's home town. Staff and service were fantastic never went with an empty drink and were checked on frequently. The fried pickles were delicious and were recommended by our waitress. Entrees though were sadly just ok. I ordered the Toby favorite fried bologna sandwich. I felt the bologna was just warmed and put in-between two pieces of hardly toasted white bread. The fries were soggy and felt like I got the bottom of the tray. Nothing special at all in fact I'd avoid it if you're reading this. If we ever come back I'll probably just go with a steak and hope for better results. read more

We rarely go out to eat, and I had never been to this restaurant. We were immediately and warmly greeted by the host and sat immediately (note, this was dinner rush on a Wednesday night, so they weren't packed but did have plenty of customers). Our server was Dean and as he was in training, we also had his trainer there). Dean did an excellent job making sure our drinks were delivered promptly. The time between ordering/food delivery was on par for what we ordered. All in all, excellent service and our tip reflected that. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance was cozy and relaxed. Interesting memorabilia. Music at just the right volume to hear it but still be able to have a conversation.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food was, in a word, amazing. The St Louis ribs literally fell off the bone and the BBQ sauce was tasty and well balanced. The 12 oz ribeye was cooked to a perfect rare and the baked potato was large and loaded. ***Update I was contacted by the management and asked to come back and give them another try. I was happy to give them another try and Im happy to report things were a lot better this time. Our drinks were brought out quickly and except for one time was kept full without having to bother the waitress. Most everyone was happy with the food and all of it was correct. I was the only one that wasn't super happy with my chicken. It was very moist but all the flavor was just in the skin so all the breast and stuff (of which there was plenty it wasn't a small serving) was bland but I still enjoyed it more I think just because everything else was going so well. My potato salad was nice it wasn't the typical all mustard affair which I really enjoyed. Overall it was a much better experience and Im happy I gave them a second chance. read more

My food was really good, the catfish was spiced to perfection, it was hot and just the right fried crunch!! Yes, I do love this Bar and Grill! This was only the 2nd time to visit this location. We live closer the the original one. Our visit did not disappoint me. Waiter was nice and helpful. We had asked for a sling for sleeping grandbaby. But as soon as it was brought, he decided to wake up and needed a highchair. No special look, just, no problem. Food was very good and quick. Always look forward to the house salad with extra house dressing! Maybe needed alittle more cheese. I always order the chicken that has bacon cheese n bbq. Several of the sides are good. Green beans, cowboy beans, and baked potato are my favorite. The corn bread really good! This location has a different feel, more family, I think. At the original one, I always have to have a frozen margarita. This may be because we usually sit in the booths beside the wonderful bar! Moore Location I didn't even think about it. Thanks Roman! Stopped for a late night after church service Sunday bite. They were an hour out from closing, and we got some chips and queso and salsa to hold us over until the steak, ribs, and pork chops arrived. The sweet tea stayed filled because Roman was a great server. My daughter ordered the ribeye, my son ordered pork chop, and I ordered half rack of ribs. Everything hit the spot. The green chile Mac and cheese - it can come without the green chiles! So my son, is not so spicy, ordered that, and my daughter ordered it with the green chile. Both ways are delicious. Entire order came out correct, on time, perfect, warm...it was great. We were there at the end of the night, and we never felt forgotten or neglected or a burden. Roman! You deserve a raise! Was out of state and visiting my friend for his birthday. When I asked where he wanted to go he suggested this place. The staff were really friendly and they have lots of sitting room for average and large size parties. I wound up getting the All American Burger, the burger was well done. Overall though the food was just okay but didn't really wow me with any flavor; maybe I just got the wrong dish, and so I think next time I'm in the area I will suggest we try somewhere new. read more

I have always enjoyed Toby's restaurants that I've been too. The one in Bricktown OKC is my usual. But I've stopped by this Moore location 3 or 4 times in the past few months and I have to say it's AMAZING. Everyone is super friendly and the food is great. If you haven't had the brisket nachos you don't know what you're missing. It was a 1/5 Tumbleweed Onions- Cripsy and oily. As expected. A solid 2.5-3/5 Service - patient with our party and various dietary needs. Drinks were refilled. Ambiance- is a big mess. Tables are arranged in the most inefficient manner. Patrons must walk around in zigzag patterns to arrive at a table or exit. It's dark and not in a romantic steakhouse way more in the light bulbs burned out and no one is replacing them way. It's loud. Oh so very loud which makes having a conversation where you hear what the other person is saying impossible. 2/5 stars because the service. Well, for starters, take the great atmosphere and ambiance of Hollie's, gut the building, and retrofit a la Golden Corral. If you were expecting this place to fill the space like Hollie's you'll be left wanting. One of the worst mistakes to occur when at a restaurant is when the wait staff can't keep your glass filled. That happened repeatedly. I counted eight servers on the floor and the manager is running around filling glasses? What is going on in here? We asked for a refill so many times and.....nothing. The food. Do you thrive on bland meat and veggies? Do you crave food without seasoning? Look no further. I'm not going to repeat what others have said, I'm just going to agree with them. To me, it's just another fast food place. I ordered the ribs . Because of the price, I thought that they would be baby back ribs, but they're spare ribs. The ribs were cooked good. But, they were a little too greasy for my liking. The service was good. I never had an empty glass of sweet tea. (Which brings me to a conclusion. Every place in OKC seemed great sweet tea. GO OKC!!) My husband and I visited this location for the first tim last night. We probably won't return and almost left without ordering. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was almost 7 pm when we got there and they were not busy, lots of open tables, so when they showed us to a 4 top right in the middle of the floor, on top of the restrooms and in the middle of kitchen traffic, next to the bar, we refused it and asked for another table, preferably a booth off to the side.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The Moore location is VERY loud (worse than the Bricktown location when it's packed on a Friday) and echoey because it's all hard surfaces and nothing soft to absorb the noise.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We asked the person seating us for another table and it took forever for him to come back to us, hence why we almost walked out. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We both wear hearing aids and shut them both down, it was so painfully loud in there.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Once we got seated and settled, things improved.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The menus have been cut way down since the last time we ate at the restaurant, but it was still quite good. I had the rib eye, rare, cooked perfectly, with Cowboy Corn and the Potato Salad. The Cowboy Corn, I believe used to be called the Southwest Creamstyle Corn and had a description on the menu of what was in it. They've cut the descriptions out too and our waitress was pretty new, so was a little hesitant. It turned out to be pretty much the same dish and it was what I was expecting, so I was happy. The new Picnic Potato salad, not so much. Both of us tasted it several times and neither of us cared for us. Too much sugar, too much vinegar and just wasn't a hit. I'll order something else next time. My husband had the ribs and was quite pleased with them. They weren't falling off the bone, still had some chew, so were cooked just right and very tasty. The BBQ Beans were delicious, we both tasted them and liked them very well. The wait staff was friendly, a little sketchy and forgetful about the little things like A1 Steak sauce, to go boxes, but nothing major and overall tried very hard to be helpful and make sure that we got over our rough start. No harm no foul on their part, but coul use a little more training. Front desk could step up their game and were the difference between 4 & 5 stars and us returning to this location and driving in to Bricktown next time we want to eat at this restaurant. read more

First of all, if you are in Moore and looking for a great place to have a drink, and or take a family or group, look no further. We started out with the Buffalo Wings and they were probably the best I've had. I got my wife a skinny, spicy margarita, that she loved. Our 15 y/o son ordered a Bacon Cheese Burger and fries, while my wife and I shared the enormous Catfish Dinner. The Catfish came with 1 pound of incredibly perfect, lightly fried fillets, and a unique side of green beans that we enjoyed. I added a loaded baked potato and a side salad with ranch....so good! As a Toby Keith fan, I can highly recommend this location! The service was "fan"tactic! The server (Michael) was friendly and very social, made you feel like family. The food was way better than expected. The spicy chicken in both the enchiladas and tacos was a nice kick but not too much heat. The cowboy beans were our favorite side dish. Pinto beans spiced just right. The walls are covered in TK memorabilia. I especially liked his photos with US troops. At the entrance there is an area with TK t-shirts and concert must haves. The shirts are $35 each and one of the shirts is only made for this location. Great place to watch sports as there are TV's spread throughout the dining area. Love the ribs at Toby Keith's. Since the Cornbread has been removed, it makes the meal less desirable. At one time it was "Part" of the meal...Then, they added a charge. Now...It's been removed totally. There's no kind of roll or bread to go with a "greasy" meal. Not an ideal thing. Why not bring back the cornbread? Why not delete the "Added Cost" and keep it family friendly and affordable. Seems like the "Decision Making" at Toby Keith's is more into "Money" than into family affordability. read more
