McDonalds has always been a middle ground on how fast-food places should be. A lot of places are judged to how McDonalds operate because of how popular and the stance that McDonalds has left within the fast food world. But how does this McDonald live up to that reputation? I have been to this McDonalds multiple time before leaving a review to really get an idea how this place operates. Showing up at different hours to experience which is the best time to get your orders and get the absolute best service possible. This is what I came up with. The mornings are possibly when you'll get the freshest food options. Especially from 6-8am. Plus, the time they are able to get the food out is outstanding. For a chicken biscuit, an hashbrown, an bacon egg and cheese biscuit, and a medium coffee. I was able to get all my food, with it being hot and fresh within 2 and a half minutes. However, not every morning is like this. Mainly after the 9am mark. The food won't be as fresh, since its more of a cool down period and transitioning from breakfast to lunch at 10:30. The Lunch rush is pretty good with getting solid food as well, however not speedy service. When getting a 2 $5 dollar meals. I had to wait about 6 minutes for my order. Although it's not a speedy service as the breakfast rush, the food quality was still as good with it being fresh and hot. The dinner rush can be said the same as well. This is probably the best time to get the food at this location, expecting fresh food in a good amount of time. Ordering a dinner for me and other people that had 20 piece nugget, 2 large fries, 4 cheese burgers and 4 mcchickens. I was able to get my food fresh in a good 4 and a half minutes, which makes sense for the amount of food that was ordered. For just myself, I have been to this McDonalds about 20 times. Both in the diner and through drive-thru. The inside half the time I've been in there has been clean. With enough room to sit, and the area itself being a really good set up. However, not everytime is like this, even during their non-rush hours where there's spills on the floor, tables would have stuff on them like food or trash, or sometimes just be sticky. During the non-rush hours, they have people in the back to come out and clean, but usually they sit back there and talk until they have to take an order. The last couple of times I've gotten food there has been pretty bad. I will be using a most recent order to use as an example on how the food quality has been. I ordered for me and my friend, 2 triple cheeseburgers, 1 mcchicken, a medium fries, an 20 piece nugget, and a mocha frappe. The chicken nuggets was very soft. The fries was soggy. The mcchicken was however really good, and probably the best thing you can get. but the burgers are not so much. the meat is very dry, and only tastes okay because of the cheese. but the minced onions that's on the burgers tasted so old and bad that I couldn't even finish my burger and had to throw it out. This is not the worst McDonalds, and I'm not trying to say that at all. When it's on their good days, they are really good. Fast service, good and fresh food. Clean areas. It's really good. But you have to make sure you go at a certain point in time in order to get this kind of service. I would also suggest getting the chicken sandwiches from this location as that is their strong suite. read more

The Breakfast was fresh and warm. I had a breakfast burrito which was well put together. The tortilla was soft, the ingredients were fresh and warm. My coffee was pretty good too. The hubby had a steak, egg and cheese bagel with extra steak and he ordered the scrambled eggs instead of the folded egg. He was very happy with it. Just as important the employees were proficient and professional. The cashier was very capable of making the changes and additions to our order without any difficulty and without needing help. The woman who served our food was polite and didn't mind getting the extras we needed - creamer, sugar and hot sauce. All in all I would certainly come back for breakfast. read more

It's amazing they can never get our order correct!! We just spent $30. We asked for Chicken sandwiches with Bacon, Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato & Mayonaise. We got them with Bacon & Pickles!! Really? The fries are almost never fresh & orders must be checked every time!! read more

I don't stop in to a McDs that often. I am not a drive thru fast food kind of guy. This specific time, I drove through here super early in the AM. I grabbed a couple of breakfast bagels and some biscuit sandwiches. The drinks came quickly, but the food took quite a while. After placing the order the lady argued with me telling me they didn't have a steak bagel sandwich. Then kept saying they never had bagels. I told her I don't often dine at their establishment, but I can see it as an option on the MENU. I was told I was wrong. Then finally she just said....drive thru. I mean I probably got spit in my bagel that ironically they did serve. The coffee was old and burned. I did choke it down because nothing else was open near there and I was kind of on a road trip. The first time I went to this Mcdonald's i was extremely disappointed. The only thing I ordered was a water, a coke, and apple slices. I was told to pull up and I waited at least 10 minutes for a literal coke. They forget about me sitting here then come out and ask what I ordered I tell her 1 Large Coke. Then she brings me a diet coke and an unsweetened tea. Now it has been 15 minutes and I am still waiting on a single coke. I will not be returning to this location. read more

went to the mcdonalds right off of the morehead exit off I64, they were very rude and got my order wrong twice. we ordered 2 quarter pounders, fries, apple fritter and a strawberry and crepe pie. simple right? not to them i guess. had to tell them 4 times what we wanted, then i didn't even get my apple fritter so i just left. whatever. i ordered a large frappe theu gave me a small and told me i was wrong ok. do not recommend that mcdonald's. read more

This McDonalds has the most beautiful arrangments of light tubules at the center isle. You can pull your chair up and gawk at it and be mesmorized while you eat your Mc(blank). Other than that it's pretty standard. You'll still run accross order mix ups and what have you... but overall pretty good. Very busy in the mornings for breakfast. No problem finding parking though... lots of spots. read more

I think her name Nikki, she was VERY rude. I was waiting for my meal and as she was passing me, she ran into my elbow and shoulder and didn't apologize or even show any concern. Also other employees used very offensive language inside the restaurant. one employee even said, " This is F-ing ridiculous." when she returned back from walking food outside and no one claimed her bag of biscuits and gravy. There were children standing in line when this employee shouted this offensive language. Also one of the employees said, " I want to kill myself, This B**** is so stupid". This is unacceptable language. the children behind me heard this and the mother had to cover their ears. This experience was highly dissatisfying. I would not recommend going to any restaurant where employees call customers names, and wish to kill themselves, and where the employees (Nikki) shoves customers out of the way so she can pick up her double mac n cheese employee meal. the only part of this visit that wasn't appalling was the cashier. She was very nice. PLEASE!!! fix your employees and train them not to abuse customers like that, and maybe, just maybe I will consider coming back. read more
