the only reason I am not putting 0 stars is because I can't. this McDonald's is absolutely terrible food sucks wait time can be up to 20 minutes, workers seem to never make the food properly. the last time I went there the fries were cold and soggy like they were either half cooked or had been sitting for multiple hours longer than they should have been. the quarter pounder I ordered was made wrong i figure at least if I was waiting 20 minutes for my food it would be made correctly. The way the drive thru is set up is stupid as well the pay window is on the corner of the building so employees are either hanging out of the window or you are hanging out of the window to pay. read more

Why can't I take stars away from this location? Slower than molasses in December! I was the only car at the drive thru, nobody waiting inside, and I am told "Please wait a moment." 4 1/2 minutes later they took my order, another 8 minutes later (once again, no cars ahead of me) I got my icecream cone. Service here is horrible. The only good thing is the food sometimes. A lot of times when I order, I don't get everything I need, they either don't give me a drink or they forget a hamburger or something. The workers don't seem happy to be there. read more

They're as normal as any other McDonalds except ive had a couple drink mishaps here... their employees might mess up the measurement of ingredients at times because i recently got a hot mocha that was essentially just hot milk or water or something. Has happened before with frapps and such. Food is fine, seems like every McDonald's has a habit of burning the muffins on the egg mcmuffins as well. read more

Got breakfast sandwiches from this location. When I went to pull my sandwich out of the bag, I was surprised to grab a biscuit with no top half, and the wrapper wrapped around the actual cheese, so that every bit of it was stuck to the paper. I had to rummage around in the bag to find the top of the biscuit, and then scrape what cheese I could off the wrapper to put back on the sandwich. After sitting up all night with a screaming newborn, this was NOT my idea of a convenient breakfast, which, lets face it, is all McDonald's has going for it. It was like they drop-kicked the sandwich into the bag. I understand that it's no fun to work fast food, but there is no excuse for this level of carelessness. read more

Wow. What can I say, besides that this is the best MacDonalds I've ever flippin' been to. The golden, crispy fries for 1.99 were golden and very crispy, and that's a fact. The burgers were meat, meat, meaty meat meat-tastic and that's an understatement. If I told you how good this meat was, you'd die. Went into there to try the new Peppermint Flurry and a Burger. The cashier was young and wore a class ring. He seemed grumpy and gave no greeting or closing. No hi and not even a thank you or bye from him. He seemed to not like his job and did not smile. Bathroom was clean and the tables. The burger was good, but took a bit to get. The floors all need swept bad, both front and back ones. Not the standards that all other McDonald's have. read more

I was very disappointed. I ordered a bacon Ranch salad the chicken was old cold and could hardly be chewed.There wasn't even enough lettuce and if that's not bad enough I found .rotten slimmy lettuce in the bottom of my salad,at that point my dinner went in the trash can. I find this unexceptable. We all know MCDs is a last resort kind of place. But each time I've been here I've had nothing but complaints. My "iced coffee with light cream" was practically milk and my sandwich was both burnt and cold. Staff is consistently slow and incompetent. I'd much rather stop in Wausau when I get to work.
