Words of advice: Always ask what ingredients come on menu items as they don't list them all. I ordered the Gorski's Pulled Pork Nachos thinking it would be pulled pork, nachos, and queso per the menu description "Gorski's pulled pork loaded nachos smothered in queso". I received it with pulled pork, nachos, and queso - TOPPED WITH onions, tomatoes, OLIVES, and jalapenos all which I picked off. I brought it to the waitresses attention and all she asked was if I would like an extra plate to take off everything I don't want. I told her I wouldn't have ordered it had I known it came like that. She said yeah they always put that on. I ate 4 nachos and did not finish the rest. When she brought the bill I showed her the menu description and she said she would check with the manager. Stopped in after being picked up from CWA. This little place is a classic small town restaurant, wait staff was super sweet and willing to wait patiently while we figured out what we wanted. Our order was simple. An order of wings, which I failed to photograph but got high praises from my husband. The wings were served with the sauce on the side, which was a different take. So if you want it tossed in sauce make sure you tell them. Our friend ordered chicken strips and fries with their house made ranch and they were so good. I know I know, it's simple, but so good. The shining star, the pizza. A Canadian bacon and pineapple on a medium thin crust. The sauce had a bit of sweet hint but blended well with the pineapple. The real win is the cheeses. They use a blend with mozzarella and provolone. It had a good pull but also a good balance of salt and chew! Would definitely go back when I'm in town! An elevated diner as in quality and wonderful quantity. There is also a boisterous bar area as well! I got the Friday Cod crab Benedict. The crab might not be real or maybe no egg if one thinks of a Benedict but it was a shareable serving of thick, juicy and perfectly coated cod. It was a most marvelous combination of flavors that got me squirming with delight in my booth chair! Best way I have ever had cod in my life! Sweet server and quick with my iced tea refill! A restaurant not only with delicious food, but goes "above and beyond" for customers. We had a family member recently out of the hospital, and couldn't find anywhere to deliver to a residence locally. Thos particular day this restaurant was not delivering to residences, so I asked for suggestions, and the receptionist said "hold on, let me check with my manager." She came back and said "we can do that for you." They delivered a wonderful meal on time and joyfully (receptionist was amazing.) Thank you! read more

The owners and staff are very friendly and the restaurant was very clean. We started out with a chili to share, it was very average without much flavor. My husband had polish sausage (average taste); the skin was so tough that a sharp knife should have been given with it, there was about 2 tablespoons of sauerkraut where there should have been mounds. I had Gyros; the meat was dry served on a small pita. I asked for a bit of lettuce to add to my Gyros and was charged .50 for a few little pieces; should not have been charged. Wisconsin Friday Perch Fry is World Famous. Gorskis version is an embarrassment to the whole state of Wisconsin. Bones in every fillet with the definition of fish fillet in Wisconsin is NO bones. We were a little gunshy as we were not fan favorites of the previous restaurant in this location. I'm so glad we stopped here! Clean and fresh interior, excellent service, great pizza! This is the friendliest service we've had in ages - feels like you would be welcome back again anytime. It's obvious people come back a lot as the customers and the servers converse like friends. We were so excited to try a breakfast here. The parking lot seems busy so we thought it must be good. My husband and I ordered a bloody and screwdriver and two omelets. His bloody was good. Lots of "stuff". My driver was terrible. Watered down crappy oj. I will say they had a ton of Staff and the fall decor was cute which is why I give it a 2 star. Service was quick and drinks and food came out fast. Our omelets were completely disappointing. Canned mushrooms, so much processed cheese inside and out. we both had to scrape off the slice on top. I think the eggs were the pour kind. Very disappointed. I thought price was high. $35 for what we ordered. $11 an omelet. For canned and processed cheese!!! The food and service are 8 of 10. The outdoor seating is just wonderful and the owner comes around to make sure all is well, which is also wonderful. There is a bald headed bartender who wears his glasses on his forehead that could be friendlier. He's a good server but doesn't smile or act friendly. The wings are amazing and so are the breakfasts. The cheese curds were great, but the bigger ones were still cold and solid in the middle. They were served with ranch dressing. I ordered wings with buffalo and ranch sauces. Is that a thing in Wisconsin, not to toss the wings in the sauce and have the buffalo sauce for dipping? I'm not used to that, and the sauce could have been more thick to stick to the wings. I stopped at Gorski's Pub for a quick bite to eat for lunch on 3/3/2023. They had a variety of items on the menu selection, so I settled on the Oscar Cod. Its lightly seasoned grilled cod topped with crab meat and hollandaise sauce with wild rice blend. It was off the chart delicious! I can honestly say that I loved this place when it first opened but lately the quality of the food has really gone down. Today it was almost a health hazard as I ordered an in-edible chicken bacon ranch wrap which was inedible due to having chicken that was slimey and highly undercooked. Sadly, I consumed a bit before I realized this...hopefully I won't get sick! Furthermore the wrap didn't even have ranch. The waitress was very nice and asked why I didn't eat it. I politely explained and she tried to get me something else. I took the chili. My meal was not comped but give 50% off. Recently a lot of our food has been undercooked or cold. The prices are too high for the quality of food being received. I think sadly this will be our last trip. I am not risking food borne Illnesses on my family. read more

Gorski's in Mosinee The food (good sized portion but a little bland) and the service was good. We had nothing really to complain about except their menu. It was dominated by seafood, but upon inquiry, you could only order that on Fridays. We heard other people around us asking the same thing. The weird thing was, they had a separate one sheet menu just for $10 meals. They would be better off including the $10 meals on their regular menu and having a separate one sheet menu for Friday's seafood that they would only give out on Fridays. It was kind of annoying the way it is because most of my choices for food would have been off the seafood menu. Instead I just got to see what I couldn't have. read more

On a whim I flew into Central Wisconsin Airport (CWA) to shorten my drive to the northern counties from either Minneapolis or Chicago. Gorski's is nearby, and my dinner was tasty and the servers were delightful people. I was in the mood for comfort food, and the loaded chili checked all my boxes. I couldn't resist ordering cheese curds, which were fine, and pretzel bites, which were outstanding on account of their crunchy crust. If I could give this place a zero I would, I've ate eggs Benedict multiple times as it's my favorite breakfast and it says on the menu it comes with Canadian bacon like all eggs Benedict, so when the server asked if I wanted bacon or corn beef hash on top of my eggs Benedict I said no, not knowing that meant I was getting no meat, just eggs and Hollandaise sauce on top of an English muffin that wasn't even toasted. Then when I asked server why there was no meat she stated that's why I asked if you wanted anything on top. I brought it to her attention that on the menu it states it comes with Canadian bacon and doesn't say anything about adding other meats or items to it, and she didn't care. On top of all of that, do not bring a lot of people here to eat because you have to pay a 3.5% service fee just for eating there. We will not be back! Almost 40 dollars for two breakfasts and sodas... crazy! Save your money! read more

We had the Philly Cheesesteak and #693 burger (avocado). Unfortunately, there was no flavor in either. The side of fries had more flavor and they were Sysco frozen fries. When asked by the host how our meal was we did let him know that the sandwiches had no flavor. We were very dissatisfied that he didn't seem to care as he didn't even acknowledge our complaint.
