I came here today with a group of 50+ elementary students. The staff was amazing! They were polite and patient with our students. They mess my order up every single time, I came to get breakfast sat in the drive through for 20 mins they were messing up several people's orders. I got there around 10:15 wanting to get breakfast I sat at the speaker for around 10 minutes before someone finally took my order by that time it was around 10:35 and they told me they couldn't do my breakfast order, after arguing with the manager I got my food but some asshole smooshed my food because they were mad, bunch of fucking clowns. read more

Yesterday, my order only consisted of 3 large fries and nothing else. I had to pull over and wait for almost 30 whole minutes for them to fulfill that order. In that time there were multiple cars that were behind me, that recieved their orders way before mine, yet I still had to wait almost half an hour for FRIES. Certain mangers like to send certain employees home because they don't want to deal with the employees. Sends workers home but then says that its short handed. I am the only person in the drive thru and get told to pull around the building. This is after the worker at the window tries to give me three drinks and argues with me when I ask for a cup carrier. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to haven't had an order right in a long time and they dont open or close when they set their hours

A lot of people don't know-- McDonald's was founded by Ronald McDonald. He served his debt to society. Manslaughter. Lost a fortune in legal bills when the family of that young boy sued. But-- he pulled himself out of the opium den and opened one of those the best whites-only restaurant chains out there. Later it converted to an all-races model. Lost money doing so, but while the stockholders took a hit, the world prospered with great American hamburgers and French fries. Excellent service at this location. read more

If I could Give Negative 10 I would. Literally this is the worst McDonald's I've been to & I've eaten McDonald's in Europe. The fact that I ordered a DOUBLE Quarter pounder with cheese meal & Git cold Fries, a Rock Hard bun & uncooked meat is disgusting. And they couldn't even put DOUBLE Pattie's on there! Literally only had one uncooked patty and it looked as if someone just threw it in my bag because it was on its side and opened. I immediately tried to talk to an employee and was met with nothing but a Disrespectful Attitude when I asked simply to remake it. I won't be eating McDonald's ever again. The Managers at this store aren't even doing their jobs, sitting on their phones or sitting and gossiping, trying to hide from Customers. Also it's sad how I wasn't the only unsatisfied customer, a Woman also received an ice cold sand which & a parent sent her son in to get a refund and I've never seen such disrespectful employees towards a child in my life. The store is dirty & disgusting, Customer service is terrible even when they don't have a line, employees sitting and cussing around kids & giving attitudes when guests simply ask for napkins & they could be in the middle of a rush & you'll see employees in the back of the store smoking what I'm sure isn't cigarettes. My husband and his friend work in Evansville and they have stopped more then a few times at this place. The workers are not friendly. The last time they stopped here at this place they ordered 4 piece chicken tender and ice Carmel coffee and he had to wait over 20 min. While he was waiting for his 4 tenders and his drink there was 3 other people that came in from the drive threw that had gotten food that was not what they ordered and it took then forever to get what they was giving.
