Literally 75% of the orders we place are incorrect - food missing, incorrect food given to us not matching the order... and if done on an Uber Eats order they can't fix the problem and tell you call Uber. I never had to do one of these before! but my experience was so TERRIBLE that I had to. I'm a mother of a 4 year old special needs boy who just left an already difficult haircut session at snip snips due to my sons sensory issues. I was able to stop him from his already over an hour meltdow by telling him I would treat him to a happy meal at McDonald's (he loves the toys in the meal so instantly calmed down) I arrived to McDonald's excited to finally make some progress in my day. I ordered a chicken nugget happy meal for him and when I received it it had no toy and no sauce. so I parked and called the restaurant. after the lady of the phone laughed at my request of a toy and sauce because my son was screaming and crying for it she told me wait in the car and when they come outside with my toy and sauce to flag them down to receive it. I waited 20 minutes and no one came, so I called again. the second lady told me someone would come out and yet no one came again after waiting another 10 minutes I reversed and went to drive thru. the young girl on the microphone who was extremely understanding and apologetic began to tell me the reason they didn't come was because the manager wanted me to go inside. LOL!!! one ...I was not told to go inside (which I shouldn't even have to for THEIR mistake) and two, I have a special needs son and a newborn in a huge car seat. I can't go inside. she told me to pull to the window and she would give me the toy and sauce. so I did and finally after 33 minutes, I got my sauce and toy my son wanted . super sad , as someone who has a family member who owns a few McDonald's im extremely disappointed. this is not what they represent. and as for the manager , shame on you and your staff who thought it was funny that a special needs boy wanted his sauce and toy. You guys added 1000XS more stress to my already stressed day. I know you guys could careless because because clearly half of you lack empathy and core values as a human. DONT BUY ICE CREAM CONES! I was on a bike ride and stoped to get some ice cream so we walked in and the lady that was serving us was wearing a mask that was not covering her nose and the had no gloves on and the touched the whole cone that we were about to eat but I saw that she touched the cone with her own fingers, and then filled the ice cream cone so we didn't eat the cone at all and still left some ice cream left for our safety and we wasted money and had to throw the rest of the cone out! Is it me, or just every other Monday. Walk into THIS McDonalds and there's three young counter people standing there in front of the register. One Mississippi, two Mississippi... . I waited as they continued to talk about a register issue. Two minutes go by and I've had enough. Terrible service! Took my kids here to try the McFlurry Stroopwafel and Bacon Cheese Fries. We paid/waited and only to be told that they were out. Why make us wait! I pulled in at 10:55 PM on a Wednesday night and they served the car in front of me but told me they were closed. This is not the first time this happened as this location seems to be more concerned about leaving early then serving the customer. I'm in sales and would never treat any of my customers like that so hopefully the owner will train their employees on being customer focused. read more

Came here at 3:40am for late night munchies. No one was at the speaker box, no one at the pay here window, and when I get to the pick up window I had honk my horn twice to alert a shot Latina girl. She opens the window and looks high, tired, or over this job and reluctantly took my order. I had to wait 7 minutes for anyone to even give me food. I tried to go to a pizza joint down the street. They had no seating so I moved on. I went to a chinese restaurant and was greeted by a little boy doing his homework. I stood there for 5 minutes when the kid decided to go get someone? I had wasted to much time by now so I had to come here. I will tell you that the place looked great. I didn't even recognize the menu it has been so long. I got the angus delux. I didn't know that you could still supersize? So I did. The burger was very impressive. It was in a box and then wrapped on one side so you don't get it all over yourself. It tasted almost like a real burger. It had that wow factor. The fries that I paid to have upgraded were not even 3/4 up the box? The reason I gave it two stars was because I felt like I ate a rock an hour after the meal. It doesn't matter what you get to eat. I come to this McDonald's fairly regularly for lunch (avg. of about once a week or once every two weeks), as it is conveniently located only 2 miles south of my work and is fairly easy to get in an out of. The service is consistently quick and accurate. I can't recall them ever getting my order wrong. And the food is spot-on, typically perfect...the products are made exactly how they're supposed to make them. 95% of the time, I go through the drive-thru here. From the time I order to the time I get my food at the 2nd window, it's usually less than 2 minutes. Sometimes the place gets a little busy with people from nearby Nequa Valley, but even if there's a line at the drive-thru though, it usually moves pretty well. The only problem I have is the cones they sometimes have, forcing you to go around the building to get to the drive-thru lanes. This is understandable when there's a long line and they don't want it spilling out onto Lacrosse Lane and Route 59, but when there's not a long line, the cones (and the new concrete median they erected) are just an annoyance and also create a safety hazard with too many vehicles driving around the building. Unfortunately, I understand why McDonald's has to do this, since too many people lack common sense and proper judgement. read more

I have ever experienced a more poorly run McDonald's in my life. Service has been so slow since late summer - it's as if they lost all their good people and didn't replace staff. oKAY here we go. yesterday i was very hungry because i did not eat all day, and there is a mcdonalds near me. so i grab some friends and bike over there only to see that the lobby is closed for some stupid renovations. it says drive thru open so me and my homies walk our bikes into the drive thru because there was no where else to go. we didnt say anything wrong nor make any attempts at a prank, yet they REFUSED to serve us, im tired of this stupid shit because they could at least serve us food when we did nothing wrong. i am absolutely furious because they say sorry no bikes, cancel our order, and cut the call, EVEN THOUGH THERE WERE NO CARS BEHIND US. the pure hunger i was feeling was replaced by rage at this point. then some employee walks out and just stares at us until we leave. i can not believe this insanity and words can not explain my disappointment. i hope the mcdonalds reads this and realizes how rude and difficult their workers were yesterday. we had to bike for an even longer time to go to a burger king because of this. please for the love of everything good in this world fix your damn issues because it is becoming a problem. read more
