It's a typical McDonald's, but in a good spot to drive in and right out. I pop in here from time to time on the way to work to grab a quick coffee and a snack. The staff are pretty friendly, and they keep the cars moving quite fast even on a busy morning. I haven't parked and walked inside ever, so I'm not sure of what is going on with the interior. I stopped in 6:00pm a busy time, it's on my way home. I ordered at the kiosk. My meal was made super fast and accurate 4 minutes. Tables were blocked off for more than half the store. I go to this McDonad's location frequently and it's always dirty. Whatever, I can deal with that. What I can't deal with is the rude staff and what happened this evening. This McDonald's location says its dining room is open 24 hours, but I understand the staff at many locations do not honor this - for one reason or another - and I respect that. I show up at 11:30 PM. After putting my order in at the self-service kiosk, an employee told me to leave. I said I understand if the dining room is closed and asked if I could just get my food to go since I already put my order in and paid. He just kept trying to kick me out without answering, so I became angry and asked if I could get my money back, when this employee started to mouth off at me, but also said I would be getting my food. At that point, I said I no longer wanted to support this staff and asked for my money back, at which point the employee said that I am acting like a child. I was given my refund, but I will never return to this location. You're better off going to the Juliet Boulevard location just down the street. read more

Stopped to order a pizza at Dominos next door for a rainy movie day in with my wife. She is pregnant so I thought I would surprise her with an ice cream cone during our 10 minute wait. This was my first time in this location as we are new to the area. It was quite busy as it was Saturday. But it was clean and staff seemed to be on top of things. Drive through takes forever, McDonald's app is a waste of time since I waited almost half an hour for my food to be brought to me, and forget about walking in because the seating area is covered in food because no one cleans the tables or floors. This place has been setting the bar low for years. Open 24 hours but will only take cash at night and will change their rules left and right for no reason. I try not to go but it's the only 24 hour restaurant within many miles. The last time I went they told me they are only serving breakfast at 3 in the morning.
