I live nearby and this is my local McDs. My husband and I always joke you can tell how good of a place you live based on how good the nearest McDonald's is. This one is great. I give five stars because they do the best with what they have. This location gets wrecked by out of towners, the super wealthy, construction crews and the unhoused. They also employ a lot of my students, which is fun. We went there today (Thanksgiving) to get some breakfast before we spent the rest of the day cooking. I got a burger and fries and an Oreo mcflurry. The burger was interesting, it had a sort of sour taste. The fries were just some ordinary fries, then the McFlurry. There is no way every time I go their ice cream machine is not working. I doubt they even have one back there! The worst part is they wouldn't even give me a refund because they told me AFTER I ordered it!! I love McDonald's. I frequent all of them. Unfortunately, this restaurant consistently needs more help and better management. Not only did they close the inside dinning room, the drive-through was so slow I started using the curbside pick up, but today they've now posted handwritten signs indicating no curbside service in front of each parking spot. The sign uses staffing as an excuse for the poor service, I'd feel bad for McDonald's except the chicken place right across the street always seems to have plenty of friendly, helpful, hard-working staff. Unsanitary conditions and inconsistent product preparation. Manager refused to give me her name, people behind the counter were not wearing uniforms and appeared to just visiting and hanging out. When I tried to have my concerns addressed the "manager" said "it sounds like you're getting frustrated." And then walked away. Unsanitary condition included hand in ice bin to scoop ice with cup, opening individual creamer containers with ungloved Hand and pouring the into the drink, served ro8m temp coffee from an exposed carafe instead of a refrigerated container. MCDONALD'S has product preparation procedures which are clearly not being followed for the Iced coffee here. read more

Let's not fool ourselves - McDonald's is not known for its high quality experience. The food here is actually good for a McDonald's, but that's only when you can get it. If you go to this McDonald's after 9:00 pm, you likely won't be served. There is always an excuse as to why they can't provide service. Card machine is down, doing DoorDash only (?), or just straight up tell you it's closed, when their posted hours say it's open for another 1.5 hours. When they are open, the service is very slow. It takes 5-10 minutes per car sometimes. I've worked drive-thru before and the only way that happens is if there are not enough staff to handle demand. Waited 10 minutes at the front of the line in the drive through without a peep from inside. Debated leaving without food (at least one other person gave up and left). I often go McDonalds and each time I go to the one at 410 Old Hickory Blvd in Nashville TN I am "forced " to"wait" for my order to "be brought to car" which means waiting longer till some actually comes out. Now the problem is when this happens 5 separate times just this month I've been waiting 10 to 15 mins, behind a car with a very large order as I've seen on the screen and the occupant has always been Male. Each time i have had "pull up" with my small order. It's interesting how men with large orders in front of me , cause me to wait, yet a female w small order has to "pull up" so the next customer can be waited on QUICKLY I call that discrimination! read more

Our Nashville Indiana McDonald's is the worst this year. It's so pityful they can't even keep the doors open and the majority of the time it's drive thru only! You'd think the owners would go in if short staffed but I was told by an employee that they give their time to their more important stores and Nashville evidently isn't. The night shift manger needs to be fired she is lazy and a liar. When you pullup order screen she always says its going to be 15 minutes before they can even take ur order. Then tonight she got my order wrong and I checked before i pulled off and told them it was wrong and i heard the white girl heavy set manager yell "tell him we aint got no more" which is a lie i came back 15 minutes later and got another one. My boyfriend and I went yesterday to this location and there was a worker that was really really rude to us! We had to go in and order because the driver side window will not roll down. We ordered our food on the self order screen that's in the dining area and then we waited at a table. We had our mask on! So were sitting down talking and patiently waiting on our order and all of a sudden we hear this women say "i dont know if yall waiting on a bus but yall cant wait in here, either order some food or get out" and she said it really really loud! We went through the drive thru with an, honestly, not that complicated order. I've worked fast food. It wasn't that bad. They mixed up everything. Drinks were the opposite sizes, my burger had pickles and onions, and my wife's was missing it's pickles. Visited this location after a late night out. I don't expect much from a Mcdonalds at 2 am, besides of course a mediocre burger and lukewarm French fries. After asking for and taking our order, the lady on the headset said, "I'm sorry we're not open"--when it was CLEARLY marked as a 24 hour drive-thru. They gave no explanation for why they were unexpectedly closed. I loathe this McDonald's. I believe it is our fundamental right as Americans to receive identically questionable food from any given McDonald's in the country at any given hour. There is no greater sign of a nation in decline than a McDonald's that closes its dining room so that the employees can hide behind the drive-thru, close early whenever they want, and (in the event that you somehow do manage to get your food) hand out the most grotesque excuse for fast food I have ever had the misfortune of ingesting. Chicken fresh off the 3D printer. Far be it from me to bash my fellow working person trying to make ends meet, but I work too, the night shift, and when I get off work I need something to eat. This location has left me for dead on so many different occasions. I have watched as the quality dwindles into oblivion while the pay continually rises to more than double the minimum wage, yet still this McDonald's settles for mediocrity. This location gets most of its points because of the building. It was completely rebuilt and is very nice. The problems are typically the loud staff, sometimes slow service, and fountain drinks that have less than optimal fizz. The food is usually consistent, so it's not a complete loss. read more

Well, I never review fast food restaurants unless they are horrific or much better than average. I sometimes stop here for breakfast before work on the weekends because it's one of the few places on my way to work that's open. I've shown up a couple times, being the only one there, and I have never gotten in and out of there in under 10 minutes. They also always seem to get my order wrong. An egg McMuffin and a breakfast burrito... REAL TOUGH. On my last visit, at 5:30 in the morning (their sign says they open at 5), and their door was still locked.
