The two girls working night shift 12-9-25 I just wanna say maybe it's best get off the drugs and focus on work! Maybe McDonalds should fire you. My experience was horrible I waited 20min for two 6$ meals .....I go inside to see the hold up because I'm literally the only one in the drive through. The dike in the back had a lot to say and laugh a lot but couldn't simply do her/his job. And as for the colored hair girl do better for yourself you looked a little out of it swinging on the fridge door and laughing and swaying everywhere. The prices on the board at the restaurant are different from the app. I paid 7.59 plus tax on the app when they were 2 for $5 at the store. It doesn't include the 2 for 5 deal in the deals section for the store either. The needles McDonalds is always more expensive than the regular stores in Los Angeles. Don't come here. read more

I normally don't review McDonald's locations, but after a recent visit and after seeing the low rating, I couldn't help myself. My husband and I walked in and were able to order promptly at the kiosk. The restaurant itself was spotless. We had just left a competing chain where the customer service was unusual at best, so this was a welcome change. Our order was brought out piping hot to our table! I can't remember the last time I had hot food at a McDonald's. We were even asked if there was anything else we needed. I politely asked for Mexican salsa (because that's what the label says at home). The worker didn't correct me, and instead just asked if I wanted it hot or mild. I know these are little details, but if you've visited many establishments lately, you'll understand that this level of customer service is no longer common. The restaurant was promptly cleaned as customers left, and each customer was greeted politely and with respect. I told my husband I couldn't believe the service! These workers clearly take pride in their work, and I truly appreciate being treated well as a customer. We were asked multiple times if we needed anything, and at the end we were told to have a great day. Unbelievable. read more

Not sure why fast food restaurants have such an issue getting orders right. Ordered by number, got sent to the pen because they didn't have any. No biggy but there are three other cars waiting. The girl comes out to the car next to me and gets told it the wrong order. So she brings it to me. Inside is my order but instead of the dqp it's two cheeseburgers and one of them is wrapped in a sausage biscuit wrapper. This location used to be 1 star but not anymore! The employees before were rude and seemed like they didn't like working there. The food sometimes would be cold or look messy and sloppy, BUT this past year I've noticed a change. The employees are so friendly every single time I go, and the food is way better. The only thing that I thought about this McDonald's was that they there was no salt on my hashbrowns, so they we're fresh, but flavorless. I neglected to ask for salt or ketchup. One thing you have to remember at McDonald's is that if you want salt or ketchup you must ask for it. First off the bathrooms are dirty toilet paper all over the floor. No seat covers! Went to order and at kiosk because no one was at counter didn't get a receipt went and asked lady didn't know how so she had to find another person. The guy was rude. Then we got our order and the Big Mac had like crusty pieces that seemed to be at the bottom of the fryer and it had no sauce, the quarter pounder had no sauce as well and one pickle. We get McDonald's all the time during road trips. This has been the worst one. The chicken nuggets and French fries were fried in old oil leaving a awful taste and aftertaste. I ate 2 nuggets and a couple of fries because I was really hungry but I couldn't put myself through eating the whole thing. It was so disgusting. We were even told to park and wait for our order. They forgot to give the condiments I requested for at the drive thru. I know the choices are limited driving through town but do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else. An older review said the same about the old oil. I thought I would give it a chance thinking management cared about the reviews and would maintain their oil clean and fresh. i'm not one to ever make a review but omg. 25 minutes for 2 big mac's is insane they made us park and had us waiting there we had to go ask for our food inside. we weren't the only one waiting for food they had multiple cars parked and multiple people inside complaining. something is obviously not working well for them and it should probably get fixed read more

Made us wait for our food, messed our food up, gave us burnt fries with a side of attitude when I asked to have them remade and would not honor the coupon code on my mobile app. Made a formal complaint, spoke with the general manager Elizabeth who promised to return my call and didn't, finally got ahold of her after several attempts in which she stated she was going to send a refund or gift cards, months later and she's dodging calls and nothing has been done!!
