This Wendy's is inside the Pilot Travel Center and since I was already there, I stepped over to here and got two junior cheeseburgers and a six piece nuggets to enjoy for dinner. The sandwiches were fresh and hot, assembled right when I ordered them and with the proper toppings. The nuggets were not hot and barely warm. Serious bummer. The restaurant itself is clean and tidy. Stopped at this Wendy's on the way to Missouri. The service was awesome. Maria was fantastic. She really deserves a raise. She commented on my alien tattoo. She was really a nice person. Well I didn't know what to expect for a fast food joint at a gas station. And I have to say... I would stop here again just for the food. Customer service was amazing. The cashier was super friendly and always wore a smile on her face for every customer(and they were busy). Cleanliness of the joint was perfect. You definitely can tell they got some hard workers here. The food was perfect too. My husband got the saucy nuggs(I don't remember the flavor of the sauce) but he got every last drop. I ordered the baconator. It was exactly was I've been craving. Great job to the Wendy's staff at this location. read more

Truck stop fare, attached to a Pilot truck and gas station. This is a quick and easy place to grab a burger and fries, and we've stopped here before, but honestly, my expectations are always in the cellar, and they don't disappoint in an underwhelming sort of way. Kids cheeseburgers are soaked in ketchup and mustard, with a single raw onion ring and unique pickle chips added despite request to exclude them. Nothing that can't be picked off, but still kind of annoying inside ring the need for extra napkins after extracting the unwanted ingredients from the ketchup bath. Fries were ok. No reason to go out of your way to come here, but when in Rome... besides, our destination town on this trip folds up early, so other than looking around Needles or Kingman , this is it for a while. read more

I have always been a fan of Wendy's. But finding a Wendy's restaurant these days is getting fewer & far between. So I was excited to find this on our drive from California to Arizona. A HUGE wad of hair in my fiancé's burger threw the stars out the window. I was hungry so I ate my burger while trying desperately not to gag & think about that wad of hair that got stuck in between his teeth. I pushed him to complain, and he did, and they made another. But looking back 2 days later as I writ this review, I wish we'd have returned it all and asked for a refund. The food wasn't even good. It's not the Wendy's I remember enjoying all my life. I guess I shouldn't expect much from a truck stop but it also has me questioning whatever happened to hairnets!!!! read more

They'll make you wait a very long time in their drive-thru without acknowledging you exist. Pretty typical for bigger chains in the area. Go to Culver's or In-n-Out if you want better service. read more

Sharon on night shift is amazing! Food was great! She gave me spoons for the frosty and the chili! I had asked for extra cheese and she not only remembered, but she put the onions on the side as to not cheat me out of the chili! I mean that was above and beyond! I will be back for sure!! read more

I'm always reluctant to give a negative review so this will be mild. We usually use the drive tru here on our way back to California because we love their spicy crispy chicken sandwiches but this last trip I went inside to place our order to go. It wasn't until we were on the 40 that we discovered our order was wrong. They obviously gave me someone else's sandwich order. My husband gave me his chicken sandwich and ate the other one. Unfortunately he didn't like it. If we could have turned around we would have but as luck would have it...we could not. We will continue to stop here but we'll certainly be more vigilant and check our order even from inside. Also in their defense...this is probably one of the busiest restaurants in the area with none stop traffic in and out. read more

Pit stop on our way to the Grand Canyon. We stopped for gas and saw the Wendy's and decided it would work for lunch. Typical Wendy's fare, we had some nuggets and a couple of sandwiches and a drink. Their 4 for $4 is a pretty decent deal. We upgraded our fountain drink to a premium strawberry lemonade for 50 cents extra. The food didn't take too long to come out but there was a lack of clean tables to sit at. It looked like people hadn't tossed out their trash and no one had come to clear off the tables so we weren't sure it the table was available or not. read more

Made my order wrong three times. Manager said they wouldn't make my order again just because I "kept changing my mind". I ordered a SINGLE Combo WITHOUT CHEESE... that's it. They kept making it with nasty cheese melted all over it. I know I'm in the minority but I definitely not the only one... I hate the nasty stuff... and the SIngle used to come without cheese anyway. But they changed that a few years ago. But, no matter how it is listed, I always order any burger without Cheese... even if it is listed as a hamburger. Three times, they gave me a cheeseburger. but they wouldn't make i correctly and they wouldn't give me a refund. Too bad I paid cash this time. If I had used my credit card, CitiBank would have charged them back when I reported the problem. I reported the problem to Wendy's through Wendys and on Facebook, but they still won't refund my money. Guess one star is as low as I can give. Stopped to eat, my wife ordered a chicken wrap and drink, I ordered two cheeseburgers and a frosty, but did not want it until I had finished eating. I went to restroom, when I came back my wife was eating and my frosty was sitting on the table with no cheeseburgers. I took order up, they said I did not order cheeseburgers and charged me for two. I gave them the frosty and told them I wanted a fresh one when I leave. I went back to my table, my wife said that they had charged for two wraps, but only given one. I went back up and asked to see the ticket and the asst. manager said he had thrown it away and it was too late. I asked for my frosty and we left, when I opened the frosty in my car it was melted, it must have been the same one I had given back. The manager had been rude, I guess he believed I was just passing through and it was not important to deal with me. We live in Kingman and go to Havasu at least once a week and stop almost every time. WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!!!! read more
