I really wanted to give five stars, but I'll explain. So my first few interactions with this location have been surprisingly consistent. The food is typically fresher and tastier than most MC's these days. The fries are usually hot and super fresh, and the nuggets have been softer and juicier than any location I've tried in the last four months. In fact, my NEW favorite drink is the Sprite Berry Blast. It is AMAZING!!! My only point of contention with this store is; that in more than one occasion, they have stopped whilst taking our order and taken other cars ahead. I know to some it may not be that big of a deal but kind of feels like you're saying "meh.. you can wait" or "your business isn't that valued." And is the customer service. To me, customer service is a HUGE deal. Everyone's time is valuable. No one person's time is more valuable than another. If they addressed this issue, I would venture to say this was the best McDonald's in the entire SA area. And believe me, I've visited A LOT!!!! read more

The food is never fresh no matter when I come To this location, it is 452 p.m, even if it's slow it's too easy to just drop a small portion, I was just handed the oldest fries ever even I could tell they were old, I pulled back around and asked for fries, they literally refried those same fries and returned them to me, at this point I gave up, I really hope they do better one day read more

Where is the love? The commercials show food servers taking pride making burgers set up by a food photographer. The reality is order takers uninterested getting my order consistently incorrect, order wrong for example two happy meals with double fry's instead of apples but received single order each. My Big Mac had two burger patties stacked on the bottom bun and two dry burger buns on the top. My lone hamburger was made with a dry stale bun, onions and condiments barely on the burger. Two ice machine's empty along with ice tea dispensers. Large side order of French fries were fluffed up to give the impression it was a full order in the container. Considering my wife and I along with my two grand kids were the only ones in the restaurant, they had the luxury to make our meals according to the quality photos they have at the prep stations. Minimum wage for these food workers is over paid. Skip it and go to In N' Out where food staff know how to take orders professionally. read more

There's a reason this place is never busy. I was in a rush to go teach yesterday morning, and I forgot to make lunch/nothing for breakfast. Trying to do my best on low carb, I figured Mickeydees would be fast and efficient because, as usual, the drive thru and dining room were both empty. I ordered round eggs, sausage, and bacon. $17.00 even. NO JOKE! I was like, wait, what? This is without drinks, no hashbrowns, of course, and just eggs, sausage, and bacon! When I look in the bag, all the eggs were in the bottom of the plastic bag all sweaty and gross. It would've been cheaper for me to order breakfast sandwiches and throw away the bread myself! When I got back to my office, opened up my box and found an over cooked and rough/chewy piece of something with no cheese, swimming in tartar sauce between 2 buns. Leftover from yesterday? Ordered dinner, app would not take my gift card, so I went thru drive thru. When I got home I had an extra sandwich that I had not order but paid for The new Big Mack chicken was awful. I placed my order at the drive up and was asked to move up to the end of the sidewalk because they were waiting on my hashbrown. No problem, until I watched everyone behind me get their orders and leave. I finally turned my car off and went in. Rude staff and dirty restaurant..... I sent my kiddos up to the counter to speak coherently and with upmost respect to the fellow teen at the counter..... yup bad idea!! I had to intercept bc the associate was literally just standing there saying nothing AT ALL AND MY 8 and 13 yr. old are taught how to annunciate and be DILIGENT WHEN SPEAKING..... and common decency should be a natural instinct but bc it is not I TRY MY BEST TO INVEST THAT EXTRA TIME TO MAKE SURE MY MILLENNIAL CHILD INTERACTS EFFICIENTLY AND RESPECTFULLY! Mind you they aren't even wearing McDonald's shirts but they were far more decent than the 3-people, including the manager John mind you, wearing and representing the McDonald's franchise. Absolutely absurd and this location isn't or hasn't been a failure in all aspects just once, but several times. I'll try to post the video of the instance where my 11 yr old who does stand at 5'9" to attempted but was rudely denied purchase of her "Halloween Coupon Voucher" bc she "WAS OBVIOUSLY OVER 18" 18..... who says or deciphers that the little power they have entitles them to TURN AWAY A CHILD UTILIZING HER HALLOWEEN VOUCHER! Be weary of this location bc not only will you be getting an attitude, you might get a side of attitude and bs$&@ with your mediocre meal. First of all, the food was great! Big Mac was done right, the tenders were great. The cashier at the drive thru window was a very rude, belligerent racist. He verbally assaulted my wife when she tried to pick up her online, prepaid order. During his tirade my wife asked him his name, he wore no name tag, he told her he had no name and slammed the window closed. My wife attempted to get into the building, but the dining room is closed. When my wife returned home, she told me how she was treated I immediately phoned the McD and spoke to a shift manager. She, the shift manager, assured me she would look into the incident and call me back. She also told me she would speak with the store manager and I would be contacted. Of course we never heard from them, no surprise. If you go to this McD and you are an Asian female, be prepared to be bullied and humiliated. read more

I used to really like coming to this location. I used to consider it the "good McDonald's" but not anymore. The food quality seems to be fine actually but the wait time is ridiculous!!! Every time I go through the drive thru, it takes no less than 20 minutes. It used to be so quick and I don't know what happened suddenly. I'm talking a month or two ago it moved along no problem and the food was always hot and fresh. Now every single time it takes ages. Also this is after lunch time so I don't know what's happening. But again, food quality is good. No complaints there. They just really need to get their logistics in order. read more

Coming to this place is all ready disappointing it's a last minute choice and the food is definitely not great and the only thing I liked was the egg white and they apparently took that away. We still continue to come because our kids like this place for whatever reason and the fact that is a basic as meal and they can't even give you napkins and ketchup with your order is even more frustrating and the people at the service window seemed to hate this job by the way they take your order. Okay so this is the 2nd time 2 days in a row where my boyfriend has received his burger still raw in the middle. When the sandwich was taken up the the cashier to get replaced the cook in the kitchen wanted to argue and say "it's rare, that's how it should be cooked" I worked at McDonald's and I know damn well none of the patties should be coming out half pink in the middle. Which means the grill has a temp or maintence issue. I would 110% give 0 stars on this if I could. This is by far one of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. read more

Was in drive thru for 15 minutes and did not move at all so went inside. Stood at counter for several minutes before another customer told me to place order at kiosk.
