I came here with a group while on a trip. Not only did it take much longer than I expected, they totally screwed up. I only ordered a burger. They put my burger I ordered in someone else's order (and he ordered a completely different burger). Then I had to wait a while to finally get my burger and what I got wasn't exactly what I ordered. Went here tonight because they're supposed to be 24h, but they were apparently in their transition from dinner to breakfast. For some reason, this means they can't take orders at all. I was told the transition takes 45 minutes. That's all fine, but if y'all close for an hour between 3:30 and 4:30, you're not 24h. Employees were super rude about it, too. It's blatant false advertising. Also, this location forgets stuff all the time and they like to give attitude when you check the bag for the stuff you paid for. Will I be back? I come here yesterday for an Uber order completely unaware of the unprofessional, unpleasant workers here. I'm immediately told to go through drive through if I have a mobile order. I responded that it was Uber pickup. "For who" the lady hastily asks. I tell her the name and she rambled on how she don't know the name she needs a number. So I advise her of her attitude and another worker jumps in conversation threatening to "bat the F out of me." I'm in total disbelief as I watch the lady who threatened me, grab her belongings and come from behind the counter. I step back and next thing iknow she starts swinging on me!! She has my hair and I'm on the ground completely blinded by the hair in my face. I'm screaming for her to let my hair go and another worker comes from the back dragging me across the floor by my hair, which allowed the lady to let go!!! Idk if I was jumped or what. But The worker who assaulted me hurried out the establishment and got in her truck to leave. This was the wildest encounter I've been in in my life and she will pay for this. I even asked the "manager" who watched everything play out and allowed her to Come from behind that counter to do what she threatened to do to me, for corporate information and she refused. " just take your food and leave mam" was her response. It's sad that these the type of ppl being hired as essential workers. I have a stressful job too but I would never treat or talk to my customers in any ugly manner!!! I've already took legal action but I'm just advising y'all that if y'all already having a bad day or even good day do not come to this toxic waste!!! I sometimes door dash in my spare time and I went to this location before to pick up some food the drive thru line was super long so I parked and walked in the store (the lobby door was unlocked) soon as I walk in I'm bombarded with question "what you doin in here?" "How you get in here" "you know the lobby closed huh" I answer, I'm picking up a order for doordash, the door was unlocked, no I didn't know the lobby was closed cause the door is unlocked" once I get through the McDonald's interrogation I ask the lady who's talking to me if she can hand me the food because it's sitting right there on the counter and she started to hand it to me then all of a sudden the manager comes all the way from the office to snatch the bag out of my hand and tells me I need to go through the drive thru. But sir... I've already touched the food so whatever it is you're trying to do to abide by safety protocols is already out the window. Long story short instead of arguing with this man I go back outside get in the drive thru line and wait a extra 15 minutes to pick up a order that was already in my hands. Me and two friends wanted to stop by McDonald's to grab some sausage biscuits and hash browns before doing some moving work. We got to the drive through and four cars were in front of us, with the front-most car at the spot where orders are placed. We got there at around 11:50 AM. The line didn't move until 12:10, when the first car finally moved forward. After this, the line moved at a rate of a car every ten minutes. We got to the front at 12:35 and were asked to wait. We waited five minutes and began to order, only to find out the breakfast menu was not available after 11. This is understandable, but the nearly hour long wait for "fast food" is absolutely unacceptable. read more

Accuracy is a real issue here. Here is the process... 1. Pull to the order speaker 2. Immediately welcomed 3 Start speak your order only be interrupted by the speaker blasting "wait a second!" 4. After an awkward moment the speaker blasts "Go ahead what do want?" 5. You order a sausage biscuit and a small coffee. 6. The speaker says "pull forward" 7. Pull forward to the pay window where you are met by three employees holding a handful of receipts that ask "What did you order? " before you can answer the window shuts almost on your hand which is holding the cash for your order 8. They then open the window spout out a mumbled total and rip the money from your fingers. 9. Here is where it gets fun; they give you back your change wadded up in a receipt and the window slams shut again. 10. You then pull forward to the next window where you sit and aren't greeted at all for a few moments. 11. Then, wait for it, one or two employees with headsets on ask " What did you order?" 12. Now that window slam shut and you wait for another few awkward moments before your order is slung at you with a taped receipt with a sticker that proclaims something about being double checked accuracy(lies) lol! 13. Finally, you drive away and begin to consume the breakfast burrito and cinnamon roll that you never ordered. Other than those 13 points great experience! read more

The day crew is obviously very different from the night crew. Comments about owner explains why they do not even answer the phone or that the vm doesn't even identify you are calling a McDonalds.
