Still great coffee. Quick service and nice clean location. The cappuccino is always made fresh by the cup (as it should be) and delicious. Lots of coffee options, and snacks.

Traditional beignets - ate the other two too fast for the photo

GREAT BEIGNETS!!! Regular and mini! Love it. This is an excellent spot for two awesome things - cafe au laits of multiple kinds (my favorite coffee drink!) and beignets, also with multiple options. I will have to come back and try the spiked cafe au lait, since I was alcoholed-out at the time... They also have coffee with chicory. Tastefully decorated, cozy interior. A chill place to hang out with friends or kids, study, type, read, and enjoy delicious eating and drinking. Simple pricing - $3/4/5. Plenty of places to charge devices. Fancy restrooms. Friendly staff working really hard. We went back to order seconds and she said it happens a lot. Five stars all around. I would be a regular if I lived in the neighborhood.

I'm a simple iced coffee girlie.

Quaint neighborhood coffee bar. Indoor and outdoor seating. Surprisingly quiet space if you wanted to sit and work. Friendly service. Nice selection of pastries.

Uptown Coffee in New Orleans was fantastic! The latte was absolutely delicious, the service was kind and welcoming, and the shop was very well maintained. Beautifully decorated with a cozy, inviting atmosphere.

Wanted to get some beignets and this was the closest cafe to serve them! I highly recommend coming here instead of the touristy areas as there was no line to order them. You can also get coffee and/or work here. Glad we came across this location to try out the beignets!

We went here because it was late and wanted to try beignets. Save your money - this is ain't it for beignets. Good coffee - with almond milk. They have table top pac man which is why they get an extra star on their review.

Great place for coffee and a beignet. We tried this place recently and had a great experience. The staff were friendly, the coffee was tasty and the beignets were delightful. Easy walk from our place in the Garden District. Check them out!

Ooh the beignet place is back! But with a new name and a new menu. The beignet spot has been closed since Ida. Now that's its open, it's no longer a franchise of the not famous chain. So it's reinventing itself with pastries and all the fancy coffee drinks. Good news - it still has the mini beignets. But no longer has the chocolate ones... Which is fine honestly. The beignets are perfect, light fluffy and yummy. Bad news for me... No iced tea but maybe that will be available eventually. The drink menu is much larger than before with a legit barista working, making all the fancy coffee drinks. Service was great. The space is open with high ceilings. It's still a liitle sparse but they're getting there. The spa water was a lovely touch.

In NOLA on a beignets tour, lol. This was the first stop, off to a strong start. Soft, fluffy and loaded with powdered sugar so the kids are happy. The decor in here is nice the people were clean and polite. Oh and the coffee was pretty awesome

Needed to have a Beignet and Cafe while in New Orleans. Cafe Du Monde is always busy.... Found this local place a few steps off of St Charles (near our hotel). Clean place, friendly staff and delicious beignets and coffee. We walked there from our hotel and had a quiet morning of beignets and cafe before the bustle of the French Quarter.

Can't go wrong with the bite size beignets and the frozen cafe au lait. A little hidden gem worth trying! Cafe Du Monte is delicious but this is a close second!

The coffee was decent, but the restaurant was beautiful. Good service and a nice spot to study. Music was great too!

Really good (and big) cup of coffee and a beignet (also big) that was delicious and freshly cooked.

The establishment began as an ice cream parlor selling handmade gelato but has since expanded to include pastries, desserts, espresso, cappuccinos, & lattes. The shop embodies the old-world charm of Sicily, and everything is authentically produced in small batches from high-quality local ingredients. The first gelato flavor that founder Angelo Brocato first produced & sold was Torroncino - a vanilla-based gelato with cinnamon & ground almonds. It's still served in their shop today. Locals love their handmade gelato, Italian ices, & desserts - as do I. My favs are the cannoli and signature Italian pastries. I'm also a big fan of the Spumoni, which is served in slices (as it should be). Sadly, Angelo Brocato III passed on July 22nd at the age of 85. His burial was private but the locals gathered for a big celebration to honor his life and the joy he brought to them over the years.

I could say everything was perfect here (super rich, flavorful, and sweet). I had their Spumoni Cheesecake which was good, my buddy recommended and ordered their Alaska cake which was good (but a bit too rich and sweet for me). Try and support local shops, Angelo was a perfect night cap to dinner. About 15 minutes away from Bourbon St, they also have locations in the airport too if you need your Italian dessert fix!
