The McDonald's is located inside a truck stop and I wanted some pies. The strawberry and cream pie I wanted they didn't have so I just ordered McNuggets and fries. The cashier was friendly and offered me a different pie but I didn't like the taste. The employees were cleaning the restaurant when I walked in since it was around midnight. There is a nice sitting area where you can eat your food. I would recommend coming here for a quick lunch. read more

I went to the drive thru and ordered 3 filet-o-fish. I did not inspect the food until later when I arrived in the office. They omitted putting fish in one of them. This requires collusion. Not only did the man preparing the sandwich omit the fish, but the person who wrapped the sandwich had to see there was no fish. The filet-o-fish are small to begin with. I will bring this shortage to their attention next time I return and see how they deal with it. I think I was hustled yet again. read more

A quick stop for morning coffee at this McDonald's in the Newton Service Plaza on I-95 southbound. Easy enough to park and get inside. The young lady who took my order understood clearly that I wanted a few ice cubes in with the coffee and got the right amount of creamer as well. They're still deep into COVID protocols here with plexiglass at the register as well as partitions in between each queue at the registers. The store is clean and looked to be working efficiently. The food was good but the employee was confused on our order and our order wasnt even that big. It was kinda awkward in there because there was only one cashier working so the line was long. But the food was done pretty quickly. We got paper straws instead of plastic so my straw is ripped apart. I also asked for a blue raspberry slushy and got a wild cherry one. read more

Late night shenanigans call for some McDonald's. This place always serves food nice and hot. Today the manager threw in extra fries for free. I ordered 2 medium fries and they gave me 2 small fries. I asked for bbq sauce and instead they gave me honey mustard and when I tried asking for the correct sauce, the lady tried to charge us instead of just replacing the wrong sauce that she gave us. The lady was very unprofessional and rude as well. read more

I'm not one to review a McDonalds, however, I feel other must be warned. This location has obscene prices, I get they are off the highway, but come on, almost $6 for a 10 piece nugget and $10.99 for a quarter pounder meal; the average price for that is $5.79. read more

only giving one star because you have to read great service to some review. Customer service at this location is very poor. Employees are very discourteous and non-professional. Upon receiving order I was assaulted by employee by slapping receipts in my hand refusal to speak with management. Once allowing the employee to know I have a camera & there also being recorded on the drive to camera employee decides to runoff. I am updating from my previous review. For the last several weeks now I have noticed that the drinks are clean from both the inside machine and drive thru...where they used to be dirty with black stuff in the bottom of the drink. The manager is a decent guy who does actually care about if something isn't right. It seems to me that since my complaint and review they have cleaned the machines and fixed the problem. They also always take extra care to get my order correct and literally never give me the wrong order or ingredients. If you're commuting to work on 95 or just passing through and are hungry/thirsty this is an excellent location to stop. They do get busy sometimes, and wait times can be longer on the inside. Their drive thru is almost always fairly quick. read more

If you're looking for high quality cones and are willing to spend an extra dollar (if you don't have any cones coupons like myself), I highly recommend the highway McDonald's. I don't know how to describe it but they must have laced these cones with the sweet nectar of our lord and savior Jesus Christ. The food I got at this McDonald's is without question the worst at any McDs anywhere I've ever been. The fries were soggy and the McNuggets were dry as a bone. The person at the register was totally indifferent and had his face mask pulled way down below his nose, obviously intentionally. And all this with inflated highway rest area prices. read more
