This place NEVER has orange juice!!!!! In the last few months 7/2024 ~ 9/2024 I been there to get breakfast like 8-10 times in that 3 month period different random dates in morning.... And every single time they say they DONT have any orange juice! Who is the manager there?! They r not doing a good job at all! NEVER ORANGE JUICE?! really?! At least they can take it off menu or put a sign that says " NO OJ at this location " so I don't have to waste my time and breath! How hard is it to stock OJ for customers?? what's the deal with this place. One of the last times I said why they don't have, they said they r all out. Smh. Then they offered a soda. The service was quick, responsive, and friendly. The food was hot and fresh. Fries were a little underdone.

Came into the establishment had a lot on my mind but the service was great the area was clean and the smiles really made my day. Fries are always delicious but the service i received and the hard work and dedicated from Camila made the entire process so much easier. I don't understand how their store says they are open online when no one seems to be in store at 5:30 am. Sometimes I need a quick bite to eat before I head to my classes so I would place a mobile order before I leave and I show up and the entire store is dark and there's a cone in the drive thru. I would understand if they are short staffed but they need to change their hours online or at least turn off their mobile orders on the app. This has happened twice to me and I never got refunded and I just don't care enough anymore. read more

I live walking distance from this McDonald's so I'm a regular. I lived here for years and every time I purchase the customer service is horrible. The employees are full of attitude and sass. My friend's sister worked here and the managers are complete bullies to teenagers. Plus they mess up orders too much. Just go to jack in a box. read more

Deserves no stars. The workers don't speak English and therefore get your order incorrect. I ordered the new marble cold brew and I have no idea what I actually received. Deserves 0 stars... i live down the street from this mcdonalds and have never had a good experience yet, but this one was by far the worst and will be my last. I went and ordered a big mac bundle with no lettuce and no onions on both big macs, got home and realized there was onions on both.. so i drive back and mention my concerns (ignored the laughter that happened when i walked inside with my incorrect order) and they remade my food.. just to find out when i got home for the second time my girlfriend found a hair in hers. I know that most McDonalds don't have good service but I would love to say that Michael who does the drive thru window at the Norco location in the mornings is one of the most nicest persons you will meet! Every morning His personality and his humor is the best. I can't rave more about him because he has the best customer service you have at this location. Went through the drive through and got told to go wait around front, they were literally sending EVERY car to the front to "help their drive through wait times"... waited 15 minutes as they slowly brought out orders to the 6 other cars waiting... lying to corporate about your times while your customers suffer instead of actually fixing the issue is poor management. read more

Poor from food to service. One car in front of me and it took 5-10 minutes to get up to the window. The lady on the speaker said I couldn't order something that was on the menu. I simply said, "I would like the 2 for $3.99 with the 4 nuggets and chicken sandwich" and she cut me off like 4 times in the middle of my sentence and She kept telling me nuggets are not a part of the 2 for deal even though it clearly shows it on the menu. She wasn't understanding or listening to anything I was saying. I told her the menu has nuggets right on that deal and she said she checked with her manager and he said nuggets aren't a part of it. So I had to cancel that part of the order and just reordered my items like regular (no deals just on their own items). She still didn't understand and ordered me extra sandwiches and incorrect items. I finally gave up and just paid for whatever she put on the screen. The food was very old and stale. Very poor quality of food and service. read more

Usually i dont like to complain about any type of bussiness but today i feel like i needed it to, for starters the waiting for our orders was a joke it take forerever to get our food, i kind of understand that cuz is a sunday morning. So i just wait got my food and drive home to eat it but once i start eating my sausage egg sandwich i had to stop cuz i found little pices of hardshell egg all over it. This McDonalds treats people like crap. I went to pick up an order for a customer and since there was a giant sign stating the dining room was closed I went to the drive thru as the sign says. I waited 10 minutes in line only for the lady to refuse to give me the order. She said I needed to go inside. EVEN THOUGH my order was literally 5 steps away from her. I explained about the sign she didn't care. Asked her to hand it to me anyways. She refused. Manager....you have to get employees that can think and have a customer service mentality. Awful service!!! At night they only have 2 people working is what it seems like. Every single time I come here at night it's slow and they have you wait 5 minutes because they take your order and even after that you still have to wait. I've currently been in line for 30 minutes. I've noticed a lot of Mc Donald's try to improve their stats by sending all cars to a parking spot after they pay at the drive through. This tricks management into thinking they have no wait at the drive though. Soon after I parked, my food came out. Not a special order. McDouble and fries. They did same thing to car in front of me. read more

This is a decent location. I always stop here for coffee before hitting the road home. The line is always long (no matter the time of day) but it moves fairly quickly. Tonight I was craving a hash brown and thankfully the breakfast menu is all-day. The hash brown was SUPER crispy and it took awhile to cook but nonetheless delicious. The coffee is always bomb. Be careful when pulling out of the drive-through because there's cars driving in for a gas station and cars coming out of the gas station car wash. The traffic flow is insane so be cautious. read more

Longest drive through line in town, not sure what's going on inside but shouldn't take 20 minutes to make my way through a drive-through. Save yourself the headache and go across town to the other McDonald's on Hidden Valley; much faster service. read more

Went there this morning to order an egg Mcmuffin meal. The board shows $9.29. The server comes back with a total of $13.50. I asked his does 9.29 come to 13.50. Server goes, idk, I don't make the prices. If McDonald's think I'm paying $13.50 for the garbage they call for, they're crazy. The food has been terrible for decades, but at least it was convenient and cheap, but now the food sucks, it's not convenient and not cheap. We got here at 10:44am (just in time for breakfast) and the workers stopped the line for 20 minutes straight. They switched the menu right at 11 and the line moved right away. We had to wait 45 minutes to get out of the line without any food. It's really quite sad. Today I decided to go get a cheeseburger from McDonald's. I was stuck in that drive through line, for 38 minutes. It probably wouldn't have been as bad had I not needed to use the RR. I asked the girl, why it has takin so long. Then her response was that there were only 3 people working. I could see the anguish in her face. She was extremely, kind. The pressure she was dealing with was apparent. How rotten of the owners of this store to put that kind of pressure on a young girl.
