I know this is McDonald's but fast food should be FAST food. Me and my friends were trying to get food and they didn't allow us to order from the drive they lane since the lobby was closed. As we literally waited for our Uber they called an officer to see why we were standing in front. Really? We finally got in our Uber to drive thru and they were so slow that they handled one customer at a time. Probably took us about 45 MINUTES and there was only 5 cars ahead of us. Giving this location four stars based solely on the fact that they are the only McDonald's in Norman you can trust to get your mobile order correct - and that includes any condiments you request. I'm not sure any of the other locations have ever gotten my mobile order 100% right. So bravo, keep it up. read more

Workers are very rude, I called to make a complaint as everytime my family visits the Alameda location we all get sick with food poisoning and the manager proceeded to get very upset with me and then hung up the phone. I wouldn't eat here anymore PERIOD. My children always get sick when they eat here and it's always on different menu items. The night shift is very lazy, we had to wait damn near 30 mins just for our food and we didn't get half the sauces we asked for. The day shift manager is very very rude, I couldn't get a word in otherwise without her attitude and then when I got irritated and expressed why I was upset she was no longer on the line as she hung up the phone. I called corporate and hopefully they do something because this location has no sense of respect for customers, no customer service, and apparently no knowledge of how to cook food without making people sick. read more

Came in tonight and ordered a 20 count chicken nugget. Pay and get to the window to get our food. They give us a 6 count meal which we then reply where is our 20 count? They tell us we MUST drive back around. So we do, kindly. Then we explain at the drive through window that we are the people who didn't get our 20 count. We are directed to the 2nd window and begin to be harassed by the Manager. We offer to pay whatever it takes to get our 20 count in a screaming match. Awful experience. Whoever is the manager here needs serious help. We paid $5 in cash at the second window. I believe that is not proper practice of business taking cash after payment for the employees mistake. I ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches and 4 hash browns. They asked me to pull toward and they would bring it out. After about 35 minutes of waiting and 3 other vehicles getting their food brought to them, a guy comes and asks what I ordered. I had a physical list in hand and read it off to him then gave it to him and he took it in. About 10 minutes later a manager comes out and asks for my receipt bc they "don't remember taking my order " more time passes, eventually my food comes out and they apparently gave some free pies and hash browns for the long wait. Cool. Get home and they forgot a sandwich and got the ones they did give wrong. Not even a hard sandwich, literally a sausage biscuit. This is worst McDonalds ever. Everyone is always in a bad mood. I had to actually ask if they were still taking orders. I even counted 10+ people in the back, so there is no excuse not to have someone always taking orders. They need to get it together. Even by McDonald's standards, this one is a loser. read more

I agree orders should be correct and service should be considerate. But, if you are unhappy every visit, why go back?

The store is always dirty, food is always cold, and around 11:00 pm to midnight there is usually only 2 staff on shift. Then, each night it is a toss up whether it will be cash only night (no credit/debit card), sorry no ice night, or sorry out of certain beverages night and don't forget they are closed but leave all the lights on (so you sit there like a fool like I did last night) night. I went to this McDonald's earlier today. I was in the drive-through and ordered a six piece meal then when I got to the window to pay I waited a while for the person to cash me out there was three people at the window and not one of them were cashing me out (including two managers) there was no cars in front of me and about five cars behind me. Once I got my food I got a small fry inside of a medium fry box instead of a medium fry. I went inside with it (I was very polite) and the manager looked at me and said how can I help you and I told her that I got that for a medium fry and she didn't say anything and walked to the fries a slow as she could it took a while and then she put it inside of a bag and just sit it on the table in front of me didn't say anything didn't apologize didn't say have a nice day and I said thank you and she didn't say anything. She just looked annoyed with anything she had to do. It was way over crowded but for some reason they couldn't get stuff done fast. Trash management. read more

Constantly has problems- "The grill isn't working, we can't serve anyone", "Sorry, no beef or fish products available right now", "The card machine doesn't work, cash only", "Sorry we don't have ketchup/mustard/barbecue"... Not to mention LONG waits (30 minutes last time I went, average 10 minutes) in the drive thru nearly EVERY time. This is coming from a local resident that has tried this restaurant many times.
