If I could give 0 stars, I would. I frequent QDOBA and have visited this location many times. Unfortunately, the staff consistently creates an unwelcoming atmosphere. I've witnessed employees being rude and dismissive toward other guests on multiple occasions, but since I was usually in and out quickly, I tried to overlook it. Today, however, I experienced it firsthand. I ordered two bowls and two sides of chips. The chip bags were already lightly filled, but one bag clearly had noticeably fewer chips than the other. I politely asked if they could make it equal to the other bag. The employee simply said no and walked away. When another employee came to the counter, I explained the situation. She also told me no and said it was the standard size. I explained that I wasn't asking for extra chips--I was only asking for the bags I paid for to be filled equally. She then snatched the bag, rolled her eyes, added a few chips, and walked away without saying a word. The entire interaction was rude and unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable, especially with my 8-year-old child standing there with me. After witnessing the way other guests are treated and now experiencing it myself, I can confidently say I won't be returning. Super clean restaurant and super friendly service! Qdoba's consistency of quality ingredients and fast service shine at this location. This is my favorite Qdoba to visit and while I mostly get my orders to go, I would enjoy sitting in their restaurant with a friend or my family because it's clean and airy and open and a very comfortable place to eat. The restrooms are sparkly clean and so is the beverage counter. My favorite order at Qdoba is a bowl with no rice no beans but grilled veggies and grilled meat. I load up on topping and get guacamole on the side along with a bag of chips and I'm a happy camper! read more

I had two Or three Bad experiences with their store On Classen on Norman. We will have a bout 30 minutes away from the Qdoba. I like their food OK But, I think this last time it's the last strike. They have gone through several managers and employees. So today I make an online order, really simple just a small Qdoba bowl. I pay for it online with my credit card I go across the street to do a spray tan and also wait for the 10 minutes to pass so that my order would be ready when I come out. 30 minutes goes by and my order is still not ready. One of the employees says oh we are having trouble with our online system will have to make it... this is happened to me several times and there's always a different excuse!!! The food was just ok but the issue I had was the amount of food for the price. Normally I go to a Mexican food place and for about $25 I can fill up two people here I spent almost $40 and it did not fill us up. The amount of the food was about half the amount I can get most any place. If you want good Mexican food with good value for your money go any place else but here. read more

I'm a recent convert to the splendor that is Qdoba, and when they opened this new store by the Research Campus, I knew I had a new go-to. The food is delicious and plentiful, which is always nice. The staff is great, too, with everyone making the rounds to check on everyone's experience and keep the place clean. Worst Qdoba location ever. I frequent a couple of locations but had never been to this one until today and I will not be back after my experience. The workers were not friendly, they refused to give my friend a kid's meal, something which has never been refused at any other location. Also, they were out of brown rice and black beans, which is the fault of the workers because they weren't even busy at the time. I then asked for a small side of chips and queso and they made me a large side which is $4, and told me that it was going to be basically same price for the large as it would have been for the small, which is not true. Additionally, they do not know how to roll burritos, my friend's burrito fell apart completely after a couple of bites. Last, the women's bathroom does not lock. I waited an extra 30 mins for my food and then I decided to get a refund because it could have been longer. 1 employee wearing mask and the employees were handling food with gloves that touched receipts, phone and cards used by other guests placing orders in restaurant.
