We waited maybe 20 minutes for our food, it was a pretty long time especially for McDonald's. We only ordered 2 break sandwiches and pancakes. I finally decided to go to the counter and ask and the order was just on the counter. Everything says they will take it to your table, but not sure what happened. I have been to this McDonald's location twice. Both times I had a great experience. Employees at this location are nice and friendly. This location like most of the other locations uses Kiosk ordering system and takes online orders too. Ordering with kiosk is easy since it is easy to navigate and finding what to order. I got a happy meal and a hamburger with fries. No complaints about the food. Food was good, I enjoyed my fries, but wish there were more lol For the ambiance, I can say this location is clean and very well maintained. Tables are clean and no trash sitting around like some other locations. For parking, this location has a private parking lot and it is easy to find a parking spot since it is a big lot. read more

Great service. There is only 1 kiosk but you can order at the counter. My order was correct and delivered timely. I didn't check out the bathroom since they were locked. This is a small but cozy neighborhood with plenty of residences and commercial buildings. My sausage sandwich was delicious as usual and hot. read more

So they're 24 hours now. Fine. I had over 16300 points in the app and used 6000 points for 10 pieces chicken nuggets. Well, the while I was waiting for a very long time, the rewards number went away. When I finally to order, I told them that my points went away and but apparently took 6000 points for nuggets. The cashier, then assisted me, I thought, how to get my free nuggets. Came here for a gift card, and although they had them, the cashier needed help from a manager ringing it up. However it was a pleasant experience, both were very nice, and I have no complaints. Seemed busy, two floors, I could hear kids screaming-in the way they were enjoying themselves, not due to angry screaming. I would have ordered fries but seeing I just had some the day before, I didn't want to overdue it. Okay, I did return recently and decided to make the wrong choice by going through the drive-thru. I'm writing this review because earlier today I went to McDonald's and ordered my usual $6 meal. When I got home and opened my food, I realized they gave me a McChicken instead of what I actually ordered, which I don't even like. This is the second time something like this has happened. The last time I ordered the same meal, they didn't even include my chicken nuggets at all. It's really frustrating to pay for food and not get what you ordered, especially more than once. Pretty solid experience overall. The food came out hot and fresh, which doesn't always happen at fast food places. The fries were crispy and the Big Mac tasted just like it should. The staff was friendly, although the line was a bit slow during lunch rush. The dining area could've been a little cleaner, but nothing too bad. 1st time being here. I arrived early to pick up my participant. Thought I'd grab a bite to eat and coffee. Wow, I was so surprised by the service there. 1 employee spent way too much time with 1 customer. While there was a long line. Finally, it was my turn. Gave the young gentleman a simple order. DOMINIC ( serving food in the window ) 10/26/25 joked and threatened to spit in our food along with serval other inappropriate ways to contaminate our food to his friend who was the car in front of us in the drive through holding up 6+ cars . The friend drove through and stayed to talk at the pay window to move forward to food window and hold up 6+ cars to chat with Dominick for over 5 min . Once i honked to get the line moving the friend and him started these jokes . When the friend left i asked to speak to the manager( who refuses to give her name ) and explained the story ... she replied with well he left after the first honk so whats your problem . I informed her of the food threats and unprofessional situation and she argued with me that i was wrong . I asked for a refund due to the obvious nature of unsafe food and stood myself in line waiting for 3-5 min waiting for my refund . The refund was then handed to me by a another employee and when asked if they could provide me with the manager's name, they sure whatever it's Ashley here's your money please leave so I will post a picture of "Ashley" below and the story of Dominic in hopes that everybody knows that this is an unsafe and unprofessional McDonald's to attend to. When talking to staff i felt a sense of love for what i wanted and it translated to much of what i expect from every Fast food chain. I don't frequent McDonald's often, but have been to the drive through here once before for a chicken nugget meal and most recently for the Shamrock shakes for St Patty's day. Are they capitalizing on the "slow food" craze? ---------------------- So, family wanted chicken McNuggets and chicken tenders. Shouldn't be too difficult. As soon as we walk in, we see this shiny new touch screen. Cool! But wait, why is there a cashier standing next to the touch screen? So I should have written this review long ago. This actually happened last year. I had a friend get McDonald's for me. So I assumed she went to a specific location. Not this one. So I sat down with my meal and began watching I was so into the TV show that I really wasn't paying attention to the fact that I kept pulling hair out from in-between my teeth. Finally I stopped to really see what was happening. I was so disgusted to see all this hair cooked into both my burger and fries. I realized also that the hair was not my color hair. It was white and red. My hair is brown. What grossed me out more is the fact that I pretty much ate all the fries and half my burger. I did email McDonald's, but I gave them the wrong location. Since someone else picked up my food I assumed it was the other location. McDonald's did respond. They gave me a coupon for 2 free meals that was only good for the location I thought the food was from. I was so angry with their offer. I had to write them back to tell them it was actually this location. I also told them that I wasn't interested in anything free. And for them to send me 2 coupons that could only be used at the location I first mentioned. Why would they think that someone would go back to a location that served food like that. Let alone go to any McDonald's. I was never looking to get anything for free. Just an acknowledgement that what happened was unacceptable.
