I haven't been to McDonald's in a long time, but I got some gift cards for Christmas so to McDonalds it is ! The fam wanted to grab a bite there. I was honestly surprised because the drive-through was empty when I got there and the service was very fast. I got my food quicker than expected. I grabbed a coffee for myself and it was fresh and really good. The coffee is still my favorite thing about McDonald's. It has a distinct taste to it . Everyone I interacted with was polite, the person taking my order and the person at the window. As I was pulling out, I noticed several cars flying through the drive-through just as quickly, so this location clearly has fast service down. I got there at the switch between breakfast and lunch and was able to get both. Usually, stopping at McDonald's just for coffee in the morning takes forever, which is one of the reasons I tend to avoid it (also for health reasons). But when I do go, this is definitely the location I'd choose. Fast, friendly, and they got my order right. They are also opened 24/7. The staff is friendly and fast with their service. read more

This is by far one of my least favorite McDonald's location due to repeated issues with order accuracy and customer service. I visited yesterday to purchase two lemonades. The consistency of the drinks is unreliable. On a previous visit the lemonade tasted fine, but this time they tasted like plain lemon water with no sugar. Consistency should be standard, especially for a simple menu item. There was also an issue during payment. I handed the cashier a $5 bill and she told me more money was needed. So I provided a debit card and asked for the $5.00 back. The cashier then handed me a receipt but did not return the $5. She said it had already been applied to the order. I did not authorize this. Proper and professional customer service would have been to ask before applying cash toward the transaction. Additionally, on multiple visits to this location I have received incorrect orders, fries that were overcooked, and the order on the screen in the drive thru did not reflect what I ordered. These repeated problems reflect a lack of attention to quality control and customer service. Because these issues have occurred more than once, I am very hesitant to return to this location. We been experiencing issues with 3 McDonalds and this was the last one. We ordered our meals and 15 to 25 minutes later everyone was sick We ordered a quarter pounder and a double cheeseburger with two cokes. When got to the second window we were told to go to the front and wait because they were still making the quarter pounder. After we left and started eating we noticed that the quarter pounder was cold and hard. The double cheeseburger looked off but 15 minutes later everyone was sick for over a hour and a half. This has happened before and this is the 3rd McDonalds in the same geographical area that we ended up with food poisoning. read more

I simply go through the drive to use a code that millions of people redeem everyday and the lady was confused that I was redeeming a free item? She couldn't speak English. Why would you have someone I can't communicate with working the drive thru? I proceeded to ask 3 of your highschool diploma employees if I can simply redeem my item with my code and no one seemed to understand what was going on. 1/10 service. The service was absolutely terrible. The workers were rude. I went there for two sweet teas and nobody helped us. I can only order at the kiosk because all the workers were in the kitchen, cursing shouting and talking bad about customers and mocking them. I visited this McDonald's last night and I ordered my food with sauce and extra toppings for my sundae. When I got my food I asked if they put the extra toppings on the sundae because it looked like they didn't. They argued with me and forgot to put my sauce and straws in the bag but all three of the people on the night shift except the guy at the first were nasty to deal with. Used the Kiosk to place an order and paid with my credit card. No receipt was printed so I asked the employee behind the counter about my order and was told it didn't go through so he had me place it again. While eating my order I ordered one more breakfast sandwich to go and they brought over my first order which they said didn't go through. I refused it after explaining to the manager the no receipt and the employee saying it didn't go through. Two days later the charge for over 15.00 hit for the cancelled order which the manager clearly didn't do a thing about even though she took away the order of food. I wrote McDonalds who sent me a canned response about going to my mobile app for the receipt clearly indicating they didn't even read the issue. Incompetence at all levels of this organization. I don't frequent McDonald's often, however I simply got a sausage biscuit, has brown and orange juice. The orange juice was probably the best item in my order. I don't even know where to start. I ordered a double cheeseburger. It is early lunchtime, so the drive thru had about 5 cars in it. Paid quickly. Pull up to window #2 and get asked to pull around front to wait - for a double cheeseburger. So I don't normally review Fast Food places however I'm an UberEats driver and I feel I need to warn fellow drivers especially the night shifters about this McDonald's. Every time I am sent to this location there is either an issue with wait times, communication, or lack of an order item. The manager is so out of touch with the restaurant that he might as well just not be there. Every time I come to this location the manager is incessantly cleaning with a rag things that don't even need to be cleaned and he'll keep you waiting at the window while he finishes. I had a delivery to make and I literally sat waiting by the window for about 15 minutes while he rubbed the same spot on the soda machine down with a dirty rag. I'm not sure if he is OCD or just trying to kill the time but it was insanely annoying as I had other orders to pick up. On another occasion I waited in the drive thru line for a whole 30 minutes before the woman at the window told me "oh sorry we can't make your customer's food we are too backed up" when she literally told me the food was ready come to the window. The final straw for me on picking up orders from this place was when they told me to wait out front, then the employees came outside and lit cigarettes and sat there playing on their phones. If you're a DoorDash, UberEats, Postmates, or Grubhub driver then AVOID THIS STORE LIKE THE PLAGUE. read more

Came here around 1130 and went through the drive through (thinking it'd be faster) and THAT was a mistake. I was 3rd in line (not bad at all). After about 7 min, I get to the speaker and let the guy know I have a mobile order. He asks my code and I give it to him. He tells me to pick it up at the 2nd window (pleasant guy). I move forward and the 1st window opens up, so I roll my window down to let him know I was a mobile pick up and it was paid for already. He tells me it'll be ready at the 2nd window (nice guy!). Finally I get up to the 2nd window and a young man opens the window and starts to hand me a drink and some bags. I let him know that's probably not my order because I didn't order any drink and that I was a mobile order. Confused, he asks this older lady behind him that's packing the bags. She raises her voice to me and says "for Dan?!" To which I reply, "Yes, Ma'am". Then, she rudely asks "did you even talk to the speaker in the drive through?!", to which I reply, "yes, Ma'am, he and the 1st window said to come to the 2nd window to pick up my order". (Mind you, I'm retired Air Force and I was raised to always treat people with respect). She "tells" me to go to Spot 10 in the parking lot and the poor kid apologized for it (he was nice too!). With no other choice, I go to the parking lot and park in sot 10. 7 minutes goes by and this young worker comes to my door to tell me that my payment didn't go through. I told her I ordered on the app and showed her it went through. She apologizes, goes back in and 4 min later comes back out saying "they're" saying it didn't go through and asked if I could go in. Frustrated, I go along because it's not this young lady's fault. I walk in and that same older lady from the drive through yells out over the drive through "area separator wall", "Yea. You gotta pay $24.32 cuz your payment didn't go through!" I show the young girl & the cashier next to her my bank account that had the money taken out already and tried to explain it to her that I was already charged. I say to her "Is there a way to cancel this order before I double pay?" She turns back to the drive through window area and ignores me. . Now, I'm heated. First off, my payment went through. Secondly, and most importantly, you DONT talk or treat your customers that way! I'm about to lose my shit on this lady when another employee (younger guy) comes up to me with my order and tells me everything went through and there was no issue! ‍. I wasted a good 30 minutes of my day messing with that incompetent older Lady for no damn reason at all! This review is solely for her. If she is a manager (she was the oldest working in sight by a decade at least), McDonald's, you've got some house cleaning to do! All the younger employees were great AND even apologized for her! The food was fine (except the large fry was filled more like a small fry), so no ding there. Please give her some remedial training on how to talk to customers and maybe how to verify a customer had paid. read more
