Renovated only a couple of years ago, the floors are constantly dirty/greasy. All the footprints though cannot betray the fact that much of the direct service over the years has transferred to the door-dash and drive-up customers leaving us who wait and wait at the counter like 2nd-class statues who finally get acknowledged after several minutes' wait. The renovation did harm around the service desk and walk-in customers' visits : much less room, with a disconnected staff. So recently I tried the resurrected chicken wraps (ranch flavor) and within the first few bites I found two small chicken bones in my mouth which were later brought to the manager. She apologized but nothing more. I won't order them again, not because of the bones, but the flavor. I must admit I like the similar wraps at Burger King better than these. read more

Went inside and ordered online for counter service for my family. First time doing so as I usually get curbside or drive thru. I refuse to do door dash because major things are always missing from my order. This time however I ordered a happy meal and another meal. Was not given my drink cup. My husband kept flagging the back room people at the counter and nobody would come to give us a cup. They just looked at us and went about doing what they were doing. Overall the restrooms weren't dirty but one of the stalls didn't have toilet paper and the paper towels were overflowing from the garbage can BUT that can easily be due to short staff so I'm not upset about it. The customer service received was on point and that's what's most important! read more

I am considering starting a blog, with the worst of the worst restaurants. If I do, this place will be on it, for sure! I stopped here for lunch, and when I used the restroom, I observed a male employee, who used the toilet, and immediately went back into the kitchen, without washing his hands!!!! Got back from this McDonald's after ordering a big breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon, and hash browns (repeated this 3 times)...what I got was scrambled eggs, sausage (allergic to), pancakes, and a hash brown! I like this McDonald's, and I'm glad it's getting a refresh even though I'm missing my weekly Mocha Frappés. They ARE sometimes a bit less organized than the very best-run McDonald's I've visited, but the people are friendly and hard-working, it doesn't look dirty to me, and they've never screwed up my food beyond once in a while putting whipped cream on my Frappé when I asked for no whip. First world problems! I don't expect grass-fed humanely-raised steak or locally-wild-caught mushrooms or two kinds of porter to choose from - it's a McDonald's! Returned to get sauces they forgot in drive thru even after I asked girl at window if sauces were in bag. She assured me they were. Next time I will just run the time up while I look in bag to check the whole order too many times this location doesn't get it right but convenient if I have errands. You might think that all McDonald's should be 1 stars because of their impact on the environment, use of questionable materials, and making good people obese. Maybe this is true, but this location outdoes the rest in terrible-ocity. The order was taken fast enough, but when I received my bag, I was missing half the order. All I wanted was a combo and 2 20 piece nuggets, but when I was presented the bag, I had to remind them about the nuggets. Also, the Angus burger I received did not have the cheese fully melted. In fact, the burger was cold and the bun was stiff. The only good thing I can say was the nuggets were good, and I got enough sauces for all of them. But am I'm Lovin' it? Never thought I'd be giving a McDonalds a review in any aspect because it's McDonalds. However this one always stands out to me. I stop here a few times a month on my way to work typically around 6am and am so happy with every aspect of the service and every single staff member every time I go. My order has never been incorrect and is always ready within a few minutes if not seconds. I often leave wondering if the staff has an excellent manager, training program or hiring process because of how great the staff is. I have ordered Mocha and McDouble through MobileApp - once I got to drive-through the worker asked me what I wanted as I informed him about my Mobile Order he asked me to pull to the first window. Mind you there was 10 cars waiting in line. Took me 10 minutes just to get to the window. Once I got there I was informed that the coffee machine wasn't working. He asked me if I still wanted my sandwich as I said yes so I paid for that got my sandwich - drove away - got to work parking lot - took a bite and there was bacon in it ...
