We came here right before a huge rainstorm and the clouds were threatening. Inside, we found safety and delicious chicken. This place (the whole chain in fact) must be doing something right. I counted at least 15 employees either working or on break and every one was dressed in the appropriate uniform, working efficiently (or on their lunch break) and in a wonderful mood. My wife and I ordered separately but we had our food delivered to our table in less than 2 minutes. Everything was correct, hot, and tasty. Even the staff that were stuck running take-out orders in the rain to the parked cars were in good spirits. Why is it that every other fast food chain manages to hire workers who are either apathetic or unfriendly? I am sick and tired of walking into other places and having staff screw up my order; pay more attention to their phone than me; ignore dirty tables, dining rooms and counters; or use foul language when there are customers around. Must have just been an off day as we have been to this chick fil a location many times over the years but have to admit we only go when we are in the area. Ordered two drinks for our ride home and was annoyed that we could not get a large cup of ice as there was NO ice in my cup. Mind you I ordered a large drink and asked for extra ice. Ordered Sunjoy tea that initially spilled out from the bottom on counter due to a hole in bottom of cup. Wait staff gave me a new drink but was all ice tea. No lemonade and tea was hot so no ice either. Nothing worse than warm unsweetened tea. The other drink was straight lemonade which I was told was good. Big disappointment though. I then stood at the pickup area 20 MINUTES! Not once did anyone ask if I needed help. Not once was I even acknowledged by the manager or other staff that walked past me a dozen times. Most of the staff walked around in circles doing nothing while I waited, including red shirts and other managers. For service this is the worst chick fil a I've been to this far. This restaurant is really clean and the employees are really nice. My son and I had take out. He ordered a chicken sandwich combo and I ordered Mac and cheese and the waffle fries. I have to eat the chick fil a sauce with my fries. The food was hot and fresh. My son had a frosted lemonade for his drink and I had a coke. The place was packed too and this is the normal for this location and others. If I had to do it all over again, I would get the same order. My son and I were pleased with our food. read more

Yes it's true I had my order delivered but nevertheless this is worth it. I had a grilled chicken and a chicken breast and their version of fries and all cases had BBQ sauce and food was great, order done correctly and it worked out (yes you will see photos). As advertised. Food is always good here. I was in the area fir business and the family had me bring food back. They were willing to wait the 90 minutes and heat up the food when I got home. They had two drive through lines with at least 8 cars in each. I ordered in for take out. It was quick. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Chick-fil-A restaurants are known for always being a step above all other fast food rivals when it comes to certain attributes. The employees are always in a good mood, or happy to serve the often rabid lunch rush. The waffle fries and milkshakes stack up to any other options on the market, and honestly the same can be said for their chicken sandwiches. Even the wait times have been reduced and optimized, especially in the last 2-3 years. This location in particular, however, was one of the best I've ever seen. A few friends and I stopped in for a quick bite, and it was immediately clear that this crew was a well-oiled machine. There must have been 16 people behind the counter working like clockwork to serve up the hungry customer base. We spent maybe 7 minutes inside the restaurant, from waiting to order, placing our order, and picking up our food. I was thoroughly impressed. And the food itself was also of the highest quality - what I've come to expect from Chick-fil-A. I wish I was able to have waffle fries more often. If I ever passed through town again and I was in the mood for chicken, I'd come here immediately. read more

I've been here multiple times. Over the summer I got a cup of ice and it melted, leaving a ring of dirt in the bottom. It grossed me out. I figured we would try again but not get drinks. HUGE MISTAKE! There was a fly in my baby's fruit cup. He ate a few pieces before I found it. I originally gave 2 stars because usually the food is okay and thought maybe being swamped due to covid has led to them not keeping up as well as they should. But bugs in the food is absolutely unacceptable. Also as I was in the drive thru the girl packaging up the food was on her phone wearing gloves. She did not change them or wash her hands between touching her pockets and phone multiple times and touching people's food. Since she wasn't behind the line I was ignorantly hoping she didn't actually touch food just the containers. Either way, gross. read more

One of the best Chick-fil-a's I have ever experienced and I have tried several across the country. We stopped on the way back from a NY trip to Rhode Island. It was extremely busy for lunch but the friendly and efficient staff took care of the long line quickly. From the owner to the dining room staff everyone was putting in a team effort to ensure quality of the service and food were exceptional. I had the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich and it was served piping hot and delicious. The dining room staff took care of drink refills., condiment requests, cleaned, and even dropped mints on tables. This location is so hit or miss and it's super frustrating. One time I'll go there and get great service and my order is right on. The next time I'll go, the service is meh and my order ends up being totally wrong. The last time I went my order was right. The chicken I got was a little tough but whatever, it happens. The time before, I ordered on the app. I got nuggets with waffle fries, and asked for buffalo and ranch sauce, and a small salad container on side (put both sauces with nuggets in the salad container and shake like hell, trust me it's yummy). I went through drive thru, and the girl on the order taking thing seemed thoroughly inconvenienced (it wasn't even during a rush) and then once I got back to work to eat my order, no buffalo, no ranch, no container. I got chickfila sauce instead. Super disappointed. I don't mind paying extra but just tell me there's an upcharge instead of leaving everything out or subbing in other random stuff. When this Chick-Fil-A first opened I drove up from Wallingford, CT in the pouring rain with a friend and when we got there 2 gentleman with umbrellas walked us inside.....the single best act of customer service I have ever experienced. Since that day many years ago I moved to Buffalo and haven't really been back since, until Monday! I was passing through on my way back home and decided to take a brief detour to get some of this delicious Chick-Fil-A! The place was packed but the line went super fast. I ended up ordering way more food then I should have, but I ordered the large waffle fries, spicy chicken deluxe, and got a vanilla milkshake on the side. Like every other Chick-Fil-A experience I have had, all the food was hot, fresh, and super delicious. If you are in the Chicopee area, you need to come here for some lunch pronto! read more
