Recently I stopped in at this Taco Bell on a Saturday afternoon and I have to say that the service and food quality here was terrible. When I arrived I was the only person in the drive-thru, I ordered a few soft shell tacos as well as a dollar menu burrito. When I arrived at the window I was asked to pull into their waiting area for my three items... come on. When they asked me about sauces I requested the new Diablo sauce. When I finally went to eat my sloppy tacos that fell apart, I realized that they had never placed any sauces in the bag. In the end, this used to be one of my favorite Taco Bells in the area, but now they are lackluster at best. The Taco Bell in Hadley has better service and their food is always made well. read more

This past summer I used the drive through for a few veggie taco wraps and was not given my debit card back. I called almost immediately and spoke with the manager on duty, who said they didn't have it. I checked my phone app and I was charged for more than one meal at that Taco Bell. I called again, only to be told to call the Dm/Rm Christina, so I called her and gave her what information I had, she said she would investigate and get back to me. I had to keep calling her to find out what happened to my card. She told me what happened and that my card was not in the building. (I had to cancel that card and get a new one because the girl and guy working the window gave my card to the person behind me AFTER they charged my card for their food, not theirs) took almost 2 weeks to find out what happened to my card. She said she was sorry and asked me what she could do to make this right. I asked for a large gift card ($100) for my time and lack of concern, she offered $50. I was so mad at the whole thing, I said fine and she sent the card, but that also took a few weeks to get. Very disappointed with the whole thing. She was shocked that this took place in the Northampton location, and told me the 2 employees were under investigation. She almost seemed like she knew that card theft was happening in her other stores but not in the Northampton store. Overall a bad experience that showed me that corporations don't care about the customers, just their money. If you go to this location, use cash only and you shouldn't have the same experience I did, but who knows. read more

This is one of the worst locations and it's privately owned. We are a family that doesn't eat meat and we don't eat dairy which is a simple fix because Taco Bell allows you to replace beans instead of meat and take the cheese and sour cream out of things...except it's not so simple to the people making the order. Had to go through 3 times. Twice to have them try to make the order right and the third time for a refund. The wait is always incredibly long and people can often times be rude when modifying orders. The one positive is that The manager was kind and refunded the money no question asked. read more

I initially went on here to give a 1-star review, I was even halfway through writing a complaint to corporate before I had an epiphany. I went here a week ago with my friend after a wedding (liquor fueled rampage). At first they told me they didn't have ground beef. Well, alright then. They were polite about it so it didn't really matter and even were nice enough to hypothetically ask us what kind of sauces we wanted, despite not giving us any at all, which is always a nice surprise once you arrive home. They also forgot the drinks...as well as the tacos being ice cold, filling and all. Here's the thing though, see my friend blacked out the night before and pissed the bed. Not only did he piss his bed, he laid in his piss, willfully, until almost 4pm. Upon waking up, he seemed unashamed of the incident, detested all my remarks describing the strength of the piss smell and even refused to shower or strip his bed before piling into my car to get taco bell. Something about eating that cold, shitty food on my couch among wafts of stale piss aromas perceptibly dancing on my palate, I realized something. I realized I fucking hate this kid. I hate this kid like I hate Western, MA in general. I hate small minded people who find comfort in being content. Most of all, I hate myself. Taco Bell, you've helped give me a reason to never come back to Western, MA and for that, I thank you. read more

As a former Texan, I was hesitant to go to a Taco Bell - but now I'm hooked. It's not that Taco Bell produces authentic Mexican cuisine - in fact, it's quite the opposite - but there's a little bit of magic that goes into each taco. I think that magic is called crack, because I can't seem to stop eating there after shows. There are a few things that make this Taco Bell in particular quite the joy: 1) The Music: Like Ben was saying, the music at this Taco Bell is pretty phenomenal. I'm not sure who has their Ipod plugged in, but I'm always jamming out to unexpected, not from the radio tunes mixed in with top 100 hits. It really makes the eating experience better if you're going in to dine. 2) The portion sizes at this Bell are a lot bigger than the one in Hadley. 3) The food, while mass produced and cookie cutter, is great after a show and the drive-through is open past midnight. 4) It's pretty cheap. Things to keep in mind: 1) It's Taco Bell. If you're looking for dining at it's finest, you've come to the wrong place. The food is good for a drunk run, "too lazy to cook dinner" weekday, or when you just don't have the time to make food yourself - but there are better options around. 2) This is an "eco-friendly" Taco Bell, which, as far as I can tell, means they tried to do some environmentally friendly things and they've mostly failed. Word on the street is that it also makes them use a different oil to fry their taco shells (because the taco salad shells taste terrrrribbbllllle at this location), but that might just be a myth. 3) At this particular Taco Bell, be sure to check your order. 3 out of 4 times, our order has been incorrect. This doesn't necessarily end up being a bad thing: we've gotten as many extra burritos as we have missing tacos. Still, check before you drive off or be doomed to return. read more

The food quality at this Taco Bell KFC combo is terrible. We ate in and ordered popcorn chicken bowl, three tacos, the Nashville hot chicken and the new chicken roll ups. Chicken bowl was not filled up like advertised and was pretty much cold and soggy My girlfriend's tacos were also soggy and the meat was lukewarm. Just went to Taco Bell on Morgan Rd,West Springfield, Ma. I ordered ahead so that when I got there I could just pick-up and not wait in the order line. When I got there, I went to the pickup line. I was ignored as the clerk took 3 orders before asking me. I picked up my order and left for home. When I got home, I realized I did not get my lemonade drink. I went back through the drive-thru and complained. They gave me my drink (1/2/2019 @ 9:0pm) and I complained that everytime I come to Taco Bell, I have a bad experience. Oh yea...and they CHARGED us for everything they didn't give us. They put beef in a vegetarian mexican pizza. Dirty, Dirty Dirty !!!!!! I drove 38,000 miles in 2017 and travel for my work this is the dirtiest fast food restaurant iv seen in a long time. Last Sunday I made a big mistake eating at this location! After waiting 10 minutes to order and another 15 minutes waiting for my food , I had a huge amount time to notice how dirty and run down this restaurant is. 1... The drink station and wall behind it had a slimy-greasy film on it. 2...AC intake had a dusty /hair incrested / fuzzy...build up on it 3... The windows were so dirty that they impeded light entering the building 4....The entrance way doors had hundreds of dirty fingerprints 5....One of the booths cushions was slashed open the dirty soiled foam exposed ... 6.....I get to my car and my bag had 2 extra tacos in it ,that didn't order or pay for At one time KFC / Taco bell held its franchises to standards.. I don't know who picks the music at this Taco Bell, but I love it! The combo Taco Bell/KFC is always hopping, and the music just adds to it. The portion sizes tend to be larger than the Taco Bell in Hadley. As the first Taco Bell to open in the Amherst/Hadley/Noho area, this place was fairly busy until the Hadley store opened, and still remains fairly busy. read more

So this is the second instance that we have gone thru the taco bell drive thru wanting a small quick snack . Grab two Fiesta potatoes and are told to pull aside and wait. We wait 5-7 mins. Get our nice hot bowls pull off and drive a ay only to realize 5min down the road there are no forks . How exactly does one east a Fiesta potatoe bowl with no type of utensils. So we now have to turn around and after all that no we stuck in line again and end up with forks but now cold Fiesta potatoes :( read more

Consistent only in its ability to disappoint, Northampton Taco Bell has (remarkably) never once gotten my order correct. Not only, have I never received what I ordered, but the "food" that does eventually make it out of the kitchen and into that distinctly shameful "Taco Bell Sack" is comparable only to dog food. This review is for the day manager who worked on 2/27/15. The man insulted and embarrassed my family after we payed for tons of food for a family of six adults. He scolded her for taking too many free sauce packets even though she had taken only 12. Then he said, "next time you're not allowed to take any sauces...you took $40 worth...this is my store..!" He made several more comments embarrassing her in front of other customers. This same man has done this in the past with people. He was getting loud so my mom stood up for herself, saying she has been a long time, frequent customer and we have lived in this city for over 24 yrs! His tone, demeanor, the way he was embarrassing her was uncalled for. My mom told him he's the rudest person she's ever experienced there. I'm shocked myself that someone would do this twice! My mom ended up returning the food and leaving. As she was leaving he said sarcastically "We love you...please come back again." Treating customers this way is horrible. No one should be treated this way. I am appalled at this behavior and will surely take this much higher. read more

Thank goodness this place is under new management. Super friendly, fast, and, most important of all, my order was right. When I used to check my bag, my food would be wrong and I would have to have them correct it, after learning the hard way and getting home with the wrong order too many times in the past. I love Taco Bell, and this is the only one near me and this place used to be terrible, new managers seem to know what they are doing. read more
