Orders often wrong. Like I always order drinks without ice and 9 times out of 10 I get ice. One time I ordered chocolate chip cookies and they gave me two sugar cookies and in a separate bag a chocolate chip cookie. When I went back in to ask what happened they were like "ohhh we are out of chocolate chip". Employees seem over bored with their lives, not that I can blame them. Every time I come they always hand you the food but only reach a couple inches out the window so you have to basically climb out of your car to get it. It's also either going to be a medium wait or a very long one for no reason. Food is not good and I don't hold McDonalds to a high standard anyway. Just went through drive through. For some reason, redeeming a "free coffee" coupon is too hard, so they charged me for the large coffee and gave me a small orange juice for free. After many consistently poor experiences at McDonalds in general and this McDonalds in particular, they have reached a new low. Placed an order at the counter for food to go. Looked it over as best I could before I left, but since I was literally thrown in one big bag, I didn't notice that all the hashbrowns we're missing. All of them. Went home, put the food on the table, made my discovery, went back up, spoke with the mgr and was met with amazing indifference. Won't be back. And will do my best to avoid all McDonalds, as I should be doing already anyway. read more

What even is the point of ordering what you want. You get whatever they want to give you, and you never notice until you have left their drive thru line that you've sat in for 20 minutes. I don't think they've ever remembered the apple slices in my kid's happy meals, they consistently make my iced coffee wrong (I ask for no ice, doesn't seem like a hard thing but they mess it up every time). Truly an awful experience. I went in the app and ordered dinner for my family. When i went to pick it up, i was greeted by a store manager who was on her cellphone. I know she saw me because when i went to speak she stuck her finger up at me and turned away. Twice. Apparently whatever was going on in her personal life was not important enough to step away out of view of the customers BUT important enough that she could be rude Enough to ignore us and shove her finger in my face. When she finally wrapped up her call i politely said that i was here to pickup an order i placed online. Without looking she said "I ain't got nuthin here". I replied that she had t even looked at my order number, maybe she can enter it in and check, she refuse and insisted that she "knew" they didn't have any orders. I asked again, insisting that she check, since they had already taken my money. She said she didn't take my money "McDonalds did". Unbelievable. Bottom of the barrel staff at this location. First, they wouldn't give us our cups until the food was ready. We have 3 boys at our table who are thirsty and hungry. Then, we have to stop and ask for EVERYTHING. There's no napkins, no ketchup, the only thing you can get yourself is your drink and that's AFTER your food is ready. Our meal had to be interrupted repeatedly so we could get things we wanted. I do not even want to give this pathetic establishment one star. Every time I have been to this location SOMETHING goes wrong. This includes long wait times, dirty space, failure in getting the order right, hoodlums and trouble makers lurking outside of or in the restaurant, etc. But one experience I had just takes the cake: HAIRS IN MY MOCHA! After getting halfway to work and taking the first sip of my mocha, I realized there were little black hairs in my drink. Appalled, I immediately called the Mcdonalds and told them I was returning in order to show them what was in my drink. Upon my arrival, the manager looked incredibly unhappy to see me. She had a big attitude and was completely unapologetic for giving me an unsanitary drink. On top of that, her appearance was horrid ( blue lipstick and fake eyelashes). Her manner of speaking was very unprofessional, uneducated, and VERY antagonistic. Is THAT how you are supposed to treat a customer? Funny thing is, the owner happened to be there that morning. I heard the manager go up to the owner and tell him that there were hairs in the mocha. He then approached me and told me he did not see hairs. REALLY?? I just heard your manager TELL you there were hairs. I found it incredibly pathetic that the OWNER would try and trick customers. He claimed he did not know how that would happen because it just a machine that they put the ingredients into. Well, I guess someones hair got into that machine...maybe it was the managers eyelashes. This restaurant (fast food joint) is typical of most other McDonald's these days. I give it one star for giving a 10% discount to military and one star for cleanliness. Otherwise, I see no other reason to go to a McDonald's. Quarter pounder hamberger was dry and the fries are blah. Another thing it seems that you need to play close attention when giving your order because they routinely make mistakes. I'm a self proclaimed "health freak", but sometimes I'll need something quick. Usually try to avoid fast food as much as possible. Tonight I opted for McDonald's and I so regret that decision. The customer service was terrible, as usual. The beverage was pure carbonated water, the Apple pies were burnt like someone lit a fire to them, they forgot the straws, and the put the wrong dressing in the bag. I think I covered everything. Usually, the order is fine, food is fine. Customer service is horrible. I am a regular i go to mcdonalds 4 out of the 7 days in a week. The morning staff is great, super nice. I went there saturday night, it was absolutely horrible. Lady had a terrible attitude, and she started rushing me. I politely told her to not rush me, she then gave someone else the mic. and i finished my order. I pull up to the window and she gives me my food and states "Catch an attitude with me one more time I will refuse your service, bitch" She then threatened to call the police after i would ask her how i caught an attitude and why she would refuse my service. This just happened today 3/ 30/2018. I used their drive thru and ordered french fries and sundae. When I was getting my order, the guy in the window gave me soda and sundae. I told him that I did not order soda; my order was french fries large. The nice guy gave me a large fries. When we tasted the fries, it was soggy and od so I again asked the guy to replace it with fresh fries. Then the guy told me i had to pay; so I gave him my credit card. Then I was still waiting for my fries, and Ihe gave me my new receipt and I was checking if he did not charge me double. While I was talking to guy and looking at the receipt, all of a sudden, a lady in old rose shirt (i guess that's their uniform) showed up in the window and screamed at me " YOU ARE HOLDING UP THE LINE, MOVE UP!!!!! OR ELSE I WILL CALL THE POLICE!!!". So I said, MAy I please speak to the manager? And she screamed back and said"I AM THE MANAGER!" IWILL CALL THE POLICE RIGHT NOW!!!!" Why was she threatening me ? First of all, she never asked what was the problem? They never asked me to move up and the guy was accommodating me in the window. The manager acted like a low level, low class, person in her way of handling the customer's issue. Nevertheless, i moved up ..The nice guy gave me my fries. The fries was burned and old! Please look at the picture I enclosed. The guy told me that the name of the manager was Gloria. This is ridiculous. I have never encountered something like this. I am a regular customer of that store. That is the first time I saw that lady who introduced herself as manager. This is possibly the worst McDonalds in the area. Incredibly rude employees. I would say that they are also not intelligent, but perhaps it's just that they're not trained. This place is out of everything all the time. I have been there when they're out of burgers, out of whipped cream, out of buns. The sizes of the drinks change randomly depending on when you go. The drive thru ALWAYS shorts customers on food. Often the evening employees have their own children running around the place. I wish I could give negative stars. read more

I'd give it no stars if I could. I mean, how do you have a BAD experience at a McDonald's? Order your food, get your food, eat your food, leave..right? NO. Not the case here. My husband and I went here twice thinking that maybe, just maybe, they were having a bad day after a first nightmare of a visit, but no...it's still just as horrible. One person taking orders, one person packing orders, and 10 people standing around with their thumbs up their butts while the entire lobby stands and waits for their food. My last visit took 30 MINUTES to receive 2 value meals after ordering. I thought the lobby was going to riot. Seriously. People starting yelling and demanding to know what was taking so long. When things started to get "bad", the manager left the front of the store and retreated to the back where he couldn't be seen. Really??? The other time I was there, I ordered a Frappe. It took 15 minutes to receive and was literally water with no whipped cream or syrup on top. When I asked if this was my Frappe, the girl behind the counter said "yes" and I inquired as to what the deal was with the pathetic looking beverage. She apologized, said they were running low on ice, and that they were out of whipped cream/chocolate syrup. I told her that it would have been nice to know PRIOR to ordering my $4 chocolate water, took my drink and left, throwing it in the trash before I even got back in my car. In all of my years of going to McDonald's all over the country, I have never seen a less professional, poorly staffed, and worse food/beverage quality then at this location.
