This place is a hidden gem--I can't believe I waited so long to check it out! We were at Collington Plaza looking for a new spot to eat at and decided to give this restaurant a try. Right by the entrance, there's a big brown sofa, a loveseat, and a couple of side tables--kind of like something you'd see in a living room. Honestly, I'd swap them out for regular tables and chairs or something that fits better as a reception area. Not a deal breaker though. The owner, who was by himself when we were there was really friendly, helpful and very patient when we ran into an issue with our credit card. Most importantly we were there to try the food and we were not disappointed! Inspite of him being alone, our food was out in no time. The service was 10/10. The man who took my order, I assume was the owner, greeted me as I came through the open front door. The interior is clean and organized. I asked if they had French toast and he pointed it out on the menu. He then offered me his best selling smoothie which I budged and ordered. He also gave me a "lifetime membership" card that gets you 15% off every order. I didn't have to wait long for my food at all. And it was still hot when I got home. I visited Go To Burgers shortly after the location opened in 2023. Their website had me very excited about trying this burger shop considering the area lacks high quality burger options. The website touts their burgers as premium quality. The actual burger experience was underwhelming. The burgers aren't bad, however, they are no better than average. In fact, their burgers and chicken fingers quality are about as good as a home cook's. The depiction of the menu items online (and the burgers in particular) compared to the actual product is very dissimilar. I understand and expect there to be a slightly lesser presentation of the actual burgers, however, what I received on my first and second experience, which were over 1 1/2 years apart, was completely underwhelming. The two experiences were virtually the same. Flavor and bun quality was lacking. They have a house sauce which they highly recommend, however, it just doesn't pair well with their proteins. You'd expect a mayo-based house sauce, however, this sauce is similar to a glaze. The customer service was very good. The two staff members I encountered are friendly and always have been. There have been pretty awesome reviews about this place in our local neighborhood app. I found a coupon, so why not give it a go? I prefer to order things in advance, which is what I did. I'm not sure if it was my phone or theirs but it was a bit difficult for them to hear my order. Upon arriving a little later than the allotted pick up time, my order wasn't ready and it had to be fixed due to a sub on the burgers. The staff were nice and apologized for the inconvenience. Those burgers are insanely good. Good quality ingredients, cooked to order, cooked to perfection. I've never had burgers that juicy before and I've had some great burgers. The fries can stand by themselves. You don't need sauce but if you do, go with the house sauce. Friendly staff as well, very attentive and if you ask them what to get, they will tell you (a tipped response from me). It's a simple set up. It's a small seating area but I usually grab mine to go anyway. I think I paid about $18-$20 for a combo with a can soda (I had the lamb burger so don't quote me on the regular combo). My parents, knowing I'm over here working hard, surprised me with lunch from this place a few days ago. I haven't been in person myself, so I'm just speaking from this "delivery" order. They didn't know how good it was going to be, and just happened to get me food since they know how busy I get. I got a veggie burger with lettuce, tomato and onions and a Strawberry smoothie. I don't usually drink outside smoothies because they're usually too sweet -- but theirs are really healthy, I was impressed... no syrups or sugar added! It was also not as thick as I expected -- that's because they used coconut water! I was quite pleased. As for the burger... it was delicious and not too heavy! Loved the texture and flavor of the patty... my parents could've put some sauce on it for me, but if I really wanted to I just could've done that myself. I really wanted this to be the local gem other reviewers experienced. I wanted to eat a hot juicy burger fresh off the grill. Sadly, not so this particular Saturday. The place is clean but has that, we are going out of business vibe. The soda machine is no longer in service and is stored in the hall on the way to the bathroom. There are tables available so I assumed it was eat in place. There is no salt or pepper shaker, no napkin dispenser nor any kind of condiment in sight. The only condiment available is ketchup packets which you have to ask for, same goes for napkins. Otherwise you must have the cook put the seasoning, mayo or mustard directly on your food. There is no salt or pepper available. We were greeted quite nicely by the Manager (maybe owner) he took our order and said the food would take about 15 minutes. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers, one with fries and the other with onion rings. A half hour later we received luke warm burgers and, grease laden fries and onion rings cooked in old oil that was not hot enough to stop the oil from soaking into the fries. The old oil made the fries taste bitter. They were inedible. I did not taste the onion rings the look of the grease turned my stomach. They ask if you want salt on your fries and take a container without a shaker on it and sprinkle the salt on. My burger was dry and tough. I like the coarser ground meat, it usually has more flavor, this leaves less room for error in cooking though. They also cut the tomatoes in large chunks, so when you get tomato on your burger, there is no way it stays on. I will not be back. read more

Off spring and I decided last minute to stop and grab a bite here. Our first time here. When we walked in there were already a few customers acting ally sitting down and eating, more were coming in and others were at the counter waiting for their order to be taken. EVERYONE that entered the store was welcomed with a genuine greeting and an infectious smile AND HE WAS by HIMSELF today. The burgers we ordered were so tasty and full of a flavor the fast food places haven't had since our childhoods. Everyone that came in sat down to enjoy their meal and it was nice to see that. But what really endeared me was his heartfelt greetings, wishing every woman a happy mommas day. I really appreciated that and his smile.
