The staff have always been courteous here from my experiences. I did the drive thru with my most recent visit. The staff I interacted with were friendly and the cashier offered a biscuit to my dog. Twice in same week, no sauces were provided. The first time, I went through the drive-thru. I was never asked if I wanted any sauces and I didn't think to ask. This one is on me, but I would think ordering nuggets would initiate someone asking about sauces. Nope. The second time my granddaughter used the app and specifically asked for sauces - Polynesian to be exact. Again, no sauces provided and we didn't notice until we got home. First of all, it's a Chick-fil-A. Nothing new there. Second, the line is always so long in the drive-thru and the wait is unreal. We're talking 20-30 minutes without fail. How is this considered "fast" food? The chicken is pretty standard. If you know, you know. It's good, but there are better options out there. I will say I don't think I've ever had cold fries here, though. The sides are otherwise hit-and-miss, but I do appreciate the variety. The fruit salad is actually my go-to, but sometimes quality control misses some obviously turnt fruit. Yuck. Same with their salads. But, it is what it is. I honestly don't like going here for the line, but I know it's generally a decent meal when I do. A little pricey for fast food as well, but costs are going up everywhere. I had a lil carry out order & my older sisters mac & cheese was absent. Of course I love Chick-fil-A but when you leave an item out of an order and you get all the way home and realize it's not there. You call the manager and they say they will have the food ready for you when you drive back.I drive all the way back to pick up the food 30 minutes out of my way they knew your missing item and that's it. The drive-through at this Chick-Fil-A can be very slow at times. When they first opened, my order was usually messed up. I chalked it up to being a new location and new employees, I haven't had any problems in the past several months. I do mobile orders here often. Mobile ordering is pretty smooth and fast. I'm always addressed by name and they go over my order to make sure I receive everything. I've only experienced one delay with a mobile order and to make up for the delay, I received two free food cards, which I greatly appreciated. The employees here are kind and cheerful. The restaurant area is always clean and the napkin/straw/condiment area is always stocked. I prefer this location to the one in Waugh Chapel. There's nothing wrong with the Waugh Chapel location of course, but this one is just less chaotic and I don't have to go all the way up Rt 3 for my Chick-Fil-A fix! read more

I guess I am about to commit blasphemy for some out there. I have to say my first visit to this brand new Chick Fil A (CFA) left me thinking, "Why did I not just stick with the one in Waugh Chapel down the street?" I stopped in to grab some breakfast to go on my way to work and to try the new CFA out. Very clean place with a friendly staff. I was surprised that at 630 in the morning it was not crowded at all. Only four customers in the place since I decided to go in and order my food. With so few customers I expected my order to come out quickly and it was not the case. I just went with hash browns and a sausage/egg/cheese biscuit. The wait was a bit long and I even heard the lady behind the counter say that I have been waiting for a minute. I guess it is good that they knew I was there. I will say from the time I ordered to the time I got my food was about 20 minutes and if you are like me then you know 20 minutes when driving to work in DC makes all the difference. Now to the food. I wish I got their earlier to eat it at the establishment because I would have returned to sandwich. My biggest complaint was that the bread was hard. Specifically, the top part. When I bit into it I was telling myself this is unusual for CFA and was thinking that something was wrong with me. The eggs and sausage were good but when you order a sandwich the bread plays an important role also. I basically left the top portion of the sandwich with the hard bread off and had an open face sandwich. I have never experience slow service or a disappointment with my order ever from a CFA. I guess there is a first time for everything. The hash browns were good though but unfortunately that was the highlight of the meal. I am hoping that this is just growing pains. On this visit this morning they were having issues with their computer system and I was unable to get credit applied to my order via the CFA app. At the time I went I think this place had only been open for a month. I will ......... well maybe give them another chance but with one right down the street I think I will stick with what I know and past experience to give them more time to work out the kinks. The two star might be harsh but after waiting I would expect the order to be on point. And being honest with my experience. Easily the best Chick-fil-A experience I have ever had! While traveling to Fenwick Island we were starving and needed to grab a bite to eat so we decided Chick-fil-A it is! Upon walking in I noticed a corn hole game out front which I thought was pretty cool and very inviting. Once we walked in we were immediately greeted by the employees and we looked over the menu. This Chick-fil-A must be a new location because it looked to up to date and modern compared to what I'm used to here in NJ. I decided on a fried chicken sandwich and waffle fries and my boyfriend ordered tenders. My sandwich was brought over to our table by an employee and he asked us if we needed any condiments. When I asked for some fil-A sauce he refused to let me go get it from the counter myself and insisted on getting it for me. I found that to be really nice and accommodating. My chicken sandwich was made to perfection. Seriously. it was perfect. Chicken was hot and crispy and not greasy at all. Food is always fresh and fast, even when you customize your order. Service is good. They always have someone to come around and check on how you are doing. Facility is clean. This is a newer and more modern location, with a larger dining area. I like this particular one because it does not seem as busy as others in the area. With the larger dining room layout, this gives the restaurant a more relaxed atmosphere. The location near several regional athletic parks makes it a great place to grab a bite between or after games. It is very close to another Chick-fil-A just up the road, but hopefully they can attract enough business here to stay in business. The less congested location may help with that. And there are plenty of businesses and residences in this expanding area of Crofton. They do chicken well and with a small menu the food is consistently delicious. I've never had an issue with incorrect or slow orders here. In fact, my orders seem to come faster here. Their One app they have makes ordering a breeze and beats the lines. It also earns free treats almost every week between purchases and the corporate promo offers. They have a new special menu item, the Frosted Key Lime drink, that is absolutely delicious. I would drink it every day if I could, and I highly recommend you give it a try. I like Chick-Fil-A almost anywhere, and this location is one of my more preferred. read more

The staff is never on the same accord. The cashiers are taking orders outside. One cashier tells me to get behind another car since I'm paying with cash. The other cashier tells me to stay in that lane because it mergers. Make a decision and stick to it. Chic fil A is of course a family favorite, I visit this location about once a week. Unfortunately, more often than not, it seems like the food is not fresh. Either the fries are on the verge of being cold, or taste stale. And/or... the nuggets taste old. I have ordered the mini chicken bisquits in the morning, with nuggets in them that had to be from the previous day. Hard and stale. This has not been my experience with other Chic fil A locations, and I would hate to have to stop coming to this location because it is the closest to me. read more

Chick-fil-A used to be known for their extraordinary customer service. Unfortunately, my last few visits have been everything but pleasurable. The manager, Theresa was very condescending and rude. I said I guess it's not your pleasure..to which she responded, "I don't know what you're talking about," as she proceeded to walk away never to return.
