OH MY GOSH. I am in the drive through line right now. the employee asked me if i had a mobile order and i said yes. she then asked me how can i help you? i replied, i have a mobile order. We've been to this location probably over 50 times now and I can say with full confidence, this is one of the best McDonald's I have been to. The staff is always very kind, our order has NEVER been wrong minus one sauce cup on one occasion. The food is ALWAYS hot and fresh and made correctly. The drive through can get very busy, but they keep it moving as quickly as possible. I always see staff cleaning and it seems very clean inside. I'm not sure about the experience others may be having, but I have yet to have a bad experience. Whatever the manager and staff here are doing, keep doing it! read more

I am not a picky person even when my order is wrong I'll eat it however I am just appalled. I frequent this one because it's closest to the high school and when I have to pick up my son we stop here. Because of the pandemic we are all left waiting. No one WANTS to be late but yet no one wants low paying jobs like these. We are at an impasse. I'm leaving them a good review because honestly they are always there. Yea so I have to wait a little longer. But their food is consistent and they have NEVER gotten my order wrong. Poor Dairy Queen can't even open 2 days of the week because of worker shortage. 2 reviews in one post. Firstly, let's give the background. I'm coming home from being cut, needless to say I was starving from a long shift. Showed up at the drive through at 1150. No response but heard clicking of what I presumed to be a microphone. I waited and looked at the board to see what I was gonna order. Once I found the mcchicken was still a thing I coughed in case they didnt see or hear me pull up. Heard noise in background. 5 minutes go by and finally someone says sorry we are closed so I had enough wasted time here and decided to go elsewhere but it was now midnight and everything closed. 2nd review follows similar story. I go to this McDonalds many times throughout the year. The food is generally as expected. The drive thru is slow. The remodeld inside is a big improvement. The primary issue is that this McDonalds almost never has ice cream in the evenings. I don't know why but it is annoying. I've come through their drive thru at least two dozen times with my family over the last five years for ice cream in the evening after dinner and 90% of the time they have no ice cream. Regular McDonalds food is always available. I worked at McDonalds for my first job. We almost always had ice cream and milkshakes available during business hours. We did maintenance after hours. It just isn't that hard. I hope the owner of this McDonalds sees this review and realizes that they are losing revenue from this family and probably dozens of other families each evening over this. You are not directly competing with Dairy Queen next door. It is a different and more expensive class of ice cream. Please fix this ice cream shortage! Interestingly enough, I returned to this McDonalds exactly one year after my last review. Guess what?? They did not have ice cream at 8 PM on a summer evening. This has happened another two times this year. Come on McDonalds, whats the deal? Now I am at Ritas just down the block to buy a more expensive ice cream when I just wanted a quick McDonalds ice cream cone. Where is the owner or manager. Please fix this! Hoping that the new renovation wasn't only applied to the old building. This Mcdonalds regularly messes up my orders, or just plain doesn't give me what I ask for. I'm usually in a hurry when i come here, just picking up something for the family on a late evening. It sucks to get all the way home and realize that a order is missing, or they gave me some old hard stale bread, or even worse they gave me a sanwich full of wilted lettuce and bruised tomato slices (all of which have happened to me). I've even called to complain and gotten nowhere. Went to this location this evening. They have the Order screens now so you can get in & out quicker. We went inside due to the drive thru line being very long. We ordered on the screen & waited. The wait wasn't extensive but longer than expected especially with the quicker ordering. What bothered me was the Staff yelling behind the counter. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I'm sick and damn tired of them getting my order wrong. Unfortunately, this Mcdonald's is directly 1 min from my house. For 10 years or more, they have been screwing up everything, and then when you tell them it's wrong, they give you a shotty attitude. They can't even understand english. This is not the first time I have had issues with this location! One time I ordered a Big Mac and when I got home the top patty was not there- I take it back and the manager bare hands it, opens it and the 2nd patty was placed on the bottom layer so her goes to me there are 2 patties and acts like he is going to give it back to me. Sorry no I didn't order a do it yourself meal! He didn't offer another sandwich so I asked for my money back. Today - I waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru - I was getting something for someone else or I never would have waited! I placed my order for a sausage muffin meal and Medium OJ. I FINALLY get to the window and pay, with a $20. I go very little change back so I look at the receipt - not my order. I tell the woman and she looks at me and says "You ordered 3 sausage biscuits, 2 coffees and ....." No I did not I repeated my original order, told her she repeated it back to me....then she keeps looking at her screen. I told her to just give me my money back! Done! I will never go there again! I am a fan only due to it's location close to my work. I had to go past here from dropping my son off at day care (which we have switched since). The food is never consistent. I had been dropping in almost each and every morning to order a oatmeal and a carmel frappe small. Each day something would be different or "off". Sometimes my oatmeal would have the apples but not the cranberries etc. Some days they would not put enough water or hot enough water in my oatmeal, so needless to say I don't like cement for breakfast. The frappes were ok, sometimes they were a bit too watery. I didn't always get a straw though. The service is best during the morning rush, they do move people pretty quick through the drive through, but if you go inside, prepare to stand by and be treated like a number. I just wanted to touch base with everyone. My son wanted McDonalds so like a crazy person I went. I ordered a 20 piece 2 fries large and 2 Coke's I don't eat the 20 piece. I pay the lady I move to the next window. They give me the food and one drink. I checked my receipt an seen that I only pay for one I told them I needed another drink the girl on the line says yes I heard the order but instead of just making me a soda and I could be on my way the young girl at the window says pull up we will bring it out. I wanted 25 mins and by the time I got home my fries were cardboard. I really dislike this McDonald's and their customer service has changed one bit. The drive thru is always long, but the food is usually hot. The McDonalds on RT 3 near the IHOP never has a line, but their food is always cold and usually my order is wrong. THIS McDonalds in comparison usually gets my order right and the food is better. In comparison the OTHER McD on RT 3 (Crofton) always has a line. I think people around here just love our fast food. So I went in the store and the guy is rummaging around in my bag a hundred times. I told him it was missing one item. He still didn't understand what I was complaining about. It's Conveniently located to my house. The orders are roughly 20% accurate. The fries and nuggets are almost always cold which always forces me to stay at the window longer. The staff seems a tad bit off. Either rapidly speaking or not paying attention at all what is being ordered. They offer a 10% discount to military members. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. The only reason I've stopped at this location is that it's convenient. That's all it has going for it. I suffer from various chronic illnesses. One makes it to where I can't have dairy. Ordered a chicken sandwich. Told them no cheese just in case. They put two pieces of the crappy cheese on it. Told them I couldn't have the cheese, they scoffed and told me to pick it off. Fries were cold, stale, and extremely over salted. Center of the chicken was frozen. I ordered a diet soda, they gave me regular(could tell by taste and checked with a glucose reader and it showed sugar). Luckily, I am not a diabetic(still have blood sugar issues) because that could've killed me if I was. Their staff always seems either stoned or drunk. Whoever they have working drive through never speaks clearly or loud enough. They do not accommodate for those with hearing issues. I am hard of hearing and have driven through to the window where they're supposed to hand a pad and pen for hard of hearing and deaf people to write their order on and talk to the worker. Instead, I got yelled at and told to turn around and go back through the drive through. Ordered them through door dash once, they confirmed the order and then cancelled it 30 min later after the driver already showed up to pick up my order. The driver was the one who informed me and said they weren't given a reason. Luckily my driver offered to go pick up something from another store for me so I could eat. There are simple reasons why McDonalds is struggling so bad and this store is a prime example. Not only did the woman not know how to ring my order using the coupon I had on their app, but her attitude was wretched! At no point did she ever make eye contact with me, didn't count my change back, never asked if it was for here or to go, a smile seemed like it may have killed her and forget her ever acknowledging that I thanked her a couple of times. God forbid she thank me. My food was merely warm and the fountain drink I dispensed was all water. This store is simply a matter of convenience. The lack of standards set at this establishment is astounding and completely unacceptable. I don't know what's worse: the customer service or the severe lack of attention to most of the orders that we've placed here. If it's not incorrect, it's incomplete and the frequency of these occurrences is unbelievable. It seems as if no one even bothers to check to ensure that any orders are done correctly. If this had happened once or twice, okay but for it to happen all the time? Absolutely not. This McDonald's is in serious need of better management. I'm surprised they're still in business.
