The employee Marisol is absolutely rude. I've NEVER dealt with such a horrible situation ANYWHERE except at this McDonald's - with her. I had ordered my meal, then after i paid & received my food, i wanted to add a sweet tea. She took my card, it wasn't accepting the payment because i had just used it there right before. She was literally yelling at me saying that my card had no money & that i needed to give her another form of payment if i wanted to get my card back. She was literally refusing to give me my card back. I kept telling her that there was 1000% tons of money on that card, especially enough for a DOLLAR DRINK. This is the McDonald's you want if you like their iced coffee like I do. Others in the area may leave out the liquid sugar or put too much creamer in but I rarely have an issue with that here. It just tastes like it's supposed to taste because they make it correctly. I only get really small single-person orders and haven't had any issues with orders getting messed up in the last year or so I've been coming here. Staff has been friendly and they get people through the drive-thru quickly. Curbside service is also very fast here and recommended if there's a long drive-thru line. I had a recent iced coffee order in which they were out of liquid sugar. The person at the window was up-front about it and didn't try to give me an iced coffee made with no sugar or granulated sugar (which doesn't mix in iced coffee). A refund was offered and was processed quickly. This has only happened once out of hundreds of orders I've placed here and I believe it was handled about as well as can be expected. read more

ZERO STARS. We have been waiting for our order for 15 min since we ordered. We ordered through the app and put down that we wanted curbside. They told us to go through the drive through. It takes 30 seconds to 1 minute to bring out the food. But instead at 12:45 AM we are going through the drive though. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I ordered for curbside and waited almost 20 mins in my spot. I called them multiple times to ask about my food with no answer. My husband stop at this McDonalds after mass this morning 2/72021. He went inside to order. He shows the young lady behind the counter a coupon for buy one breakfast sandwich and get one free. first and for most my big mac looked like a sh** Mac the buns was not on correctly it was in different places, as in the lower bun was in the middle and the middle bun was on the bottom. I went here last night with some of my friends and the service we received was downright pathetic. The 3 individuals who handed us our order had a hard time understanding what I was trying to say when I literally told them multiple times I didn't receive my medium fry that I paid for and had proof of with the receipt. Then when my friends tried asking for sauce they took forever just trying to figure out how much it was and then they still handed them the incorrect sauce? I am used waiting in this drive-thru or getting the wrong food (closest to my drive to work). Friday, March1, I saw a new one. The car in front of me pulled past the window, had food go back and forth, but the thing that stood out was three different managers were at car at different points with two of the managers yelling at the customers. The last was a lady manager that showed even ladies are capable of cussing. I do not know of any customer issue that warrants yelling and cussing in the parking lot by management.
