Located on blue lick and Preston. The location has went at least 3 re models that I know of in last 15 years. So they do care about the upkeep. The lines are never too bad. They can be slower when it comes to breakfast. My biggest complaint is every worker there seems to have English as a second language which leads to a lot of messed up orders unfortunately. read more

ownership look at cash register receipts. they close early nightly between 230 to 330 a.m and claim to be open 24/7. I bet it sucks to pay hourly employees to hang out, listen to music, and party for an hour or 2 while being paid. First things first - I hate everything about this parking lot. It's not easy to get into this parking lot and it's definitely a pain to get out. Sure I'll be the first to give this chain a 3 Star review. Definitely not the best experience you can get at a McDonald's but it also doesn't warrant a 1 Star review record but then again everyone has their own experiences. This visit has two sides because customer service wise they were great. The associate taking the orders was nice and everyone was nice and very professional and they got the food out pretty quickly. But the food was very subpar, I usually get the buttermilk crispy chicken sandwhich and for the most part they've never botched it but for whatever reason the sandwhich was very subpar and not very flavorful. The bread was ok and the chicken was definitely over cooked and hard to chew. The fries were cold and very bland. I've always had good experiences here but something about the food was off today. I just went through the drive through and ordered a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle meal with fries, a quarter pounder meal, and two double cheeseburgers. In my bag was a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle, a quarter pounder and two Big Macs and there were no fries. I also ordered 3 large cokes and got two large cokes and a large Dr Pepper. I went inside to get the double cheeseburgers and it took them 30 minutes to get the fries and burgers. My order is always right and comes out fast. I usually use the drive thru which is quick to get you in and out. I dislike the parking lot because its a "U" so if you miss something you have to drive back onto the street to get back into the parking lot. I'm posting this in hopes of other past employees that have worked at this location, and have been harassed by the (GM ANNA) will see this and call the U.S. Department Of Labor, as I did! I first made a statement, which was accepted and next will be a scheduled interview! They also took my statement to which Anna refused to pay me for my last week at this location, which is completely against the law, no matter what the situation! A lot of the employees that I worked with told me about many other people that have quit and how she talked to them, and even the ones that still work there!! Her own daughter told me how a customer complained about her being racist, and let me tell you that I agree 1000%!! If there were a way to give less than one star, I would do it. Stopped here today on our way home from a medical appt. Ordered a burger and fries for my ill husband and an egg mcmuffin for myself. No crowd, no line. Our food was ready quickly EXCEPT I was asked to pull up to wait for the egg mcmuffin. I pulled up and waited over 6 minutes. Went in the restaurant and nobody there had any idea I was waiting for said egg mcmuffin. 3 workers began to discuss the situation and play the blame game but still no one made any move to cook an egg mcmuffin! I finally requested my money back on the item because by this time my husband's food is quite cold. They looked at me like I had grown two heads but nobody moved toward a register either. I ended up leaving extremely angry and without the egg mcmuffin that I had already paid for. This McDonald's is known for bad service In my neighborhood but lately has risen to a new level of awful. Not one person on some shifts knows how to prepare a frappe. How about not adding things to the menu that your workers can't be trained to make?
