if I could give negative stars I would I will start with i walked up to the window because I'm across the street at T-ball so The guy wants answer the window by saying you're gonna have to wait. I have to take care of the drive-through there's 20 cars in the drive-through I look to the side there's three cars his hands aren't even washed black nails hands are just as dirty as his nails are open sores on his arms I would not recommend eating here the building is nasty falling apart this is unacceptable and unsanitary. Tiny location located in okolona area of Louisville on Preston Highway. The location has no inside but has some picnic tables to the side of the building in the parking lot of the bittersweet shopping center. They do have a drive thru on each side and you can walk around up front to order in person. The service at this location has been hit and miss for the 30 plus years I've known it to exist. For me personally I'm not a huge fan of rally's food. Very greasy and things like the cheese sticks and burgers lack flavor. The fries are pretty good but are a first class ticket to heart burn city. There angry buffalo wings is one my oldest daughters favorite meals. So we hit this location up from time to time. This particular location is a bit nostalgic for me. I attended high school across the street and the place to meet after school and hang 20 years ago was in the parking lot of rally's. A lot of shenanigans took place but Not much eating. The nostalgic comes from good memories and not good food unfortunately. They do actually have some solid chocolate shakes. So they have that going for them. read more

I am giving them 3 stars because they gave me an uncooked burger one day and unfortunately that will stay on my mind for a very long time. That seriously grossed me out. But to get to the good stuff: The employees have always been nice. Never had to wait long and now I see that they offer 3 different flavors of cheesecake sundae (fudge, strawberry and I believe vanilla). I also enjoy their mozzarella cheese sticks. Beware of credit card fraud!!! I bought lunch here yesterday, and since then my credit card was used to make several purchases on Apple, someone's dinner at McDonald's, they've tried to set up payment for their cell phone with Verizon, and tried to make a purchase on TikTok Shop. This is the only place I've been recently where my credit card left my sight. I suspect that, if they have security cameras and they review yesterday's tapes they will find an employee entering customer credit cards into their phone (or simply lying taking pictures of the credit cards to use later). read more

I purchased a chicken bite box and a steak sub with bacon and french fries and a peach mango shake and I asked the lady which was the manager Tanya can you please make sure that my order is fresh and she reassured me everything is fresh I was not even a block away when I started to eat the food and everything was icy cold I called back to the restaurant when I got to the hotel she told me to bring the food back and she'll give me a refund I asked Will you offer me anything for my trouble who's going to compensate for my gas, and her reply was , motherfuker you are!!! Ok, I'm specifically writing in regard to the driver's side window during the weekday lunch rush. First off, I shouldn't have to comment on Rally's food. It's bad-for-you, guilty pleasure, fast food. It's greasy and salty and probably adds an extra inch to every step I take toward the grave. When I do happen to go to drive-thru fast food, I'd like to think that each time I'll get efficiency and fairly standard quality. Unfortunately, that's generally not the case. However, at this Rally's, at this window M-F, the gentleman working the register is always a model of efficiency. He speaks clearly, yet friendly, he's quick with money and just as fast with the order. I admire that. When I'm unsure of what I want for lunch, that type of efficiency will generally get my business. I should likely take note of the gentleman's name the next time I pass through, as his good work should be noted. Fast food isn't an easy job, and not somewhere the standard employee gets rich, but it's nice to see someone take pride in regardless of the work. Good job! read more

I grew up in Okolona and we always went to Rally's. I really enjoy Rally's their fries have got to be the best french fries of a fast food chain that I have ever had. Rally's Fries are Cajun little spice to it and I could eat them everyday. That sets them apart from other chains like McDonald's and Burger King their fries are amazing. The cheeseburgers are always really good too and they offer a bunch of different deals like hot wings and hotdogs and different things like that chicken sandwiches. However I always go for the classic Rally Burger with cheese and those amazing french fries. The whole meal will cost you with a drink around $5. The only downfall to this Rally's in Okolona is that they don't have a place you can eat inside I would like to eat inside of restaurant sometimes if given the option especially since I have two young children. The unique thing about them is they have to drive through one on the right hand side one on the left hand side so you're always got to go to the one that's on the left side of the building if you don't have somebody in your car because if not you go to the right inside and you have a passenger and you're going to get out your car and go to the drive-thru window. I will always recommend Rally's and I give him a four out of five and it would be a five out of five if they had a place to eat inside. I recommend that everybody go give rally is a try if you've never had it and I always will be biased towards the one in Okolona because that's where I grew up. read more

If I could give them less than a one star I would. I understand that it is cheap food and sometimes you may want a burger and their fries. But this really was nasty food. 1. The staff working the window took my money and walked away. (As you know how small they are you can see everything) This person started cooking my food without washing her hands or Putting gloves on 2. She turned to put them in the bag with my fish. (First mistake) Doing so she walked into the back of a coworker touching the open Fries on his dirty shirt. So I refused them. She called me a female dog under her breath Before The window was closed. 3. When I got home I open the box with the three pieces of fish in it. Not only was it over cooked but nothing but grease.
