Great Okolona location. Sometimes the parking lot gets a little crazy to get in and out of. We have ran in during the dinner rush and several times late at night. Most of the ladies are pretty on it and help to get you in and out the door! Our main go to is pretty boring but for a bowl of rice and chicken and a crispy shell you can't beat it! My husband loves the tortilla soup and adds all kinds of weirdness to it. Disgusting experience.... This is why I walked out. Went in to place carry out order. I stood at the counter for at least 3-4 minutes watching this young lady wipe down a table and the food bar. Neither her or any of her employees acknowledged me. I thought to myself.... Maybe she's not the one taking orders since she's wiping the bar down. I thought at the very least she could have said "we will be right with you". This same girl then tosses the dirty rag under the counter and then asked me could she help me. I stood there wondering if she was going to wash her hands... I ordered a burrito bowl. She then picks up the bowl with her fingers inside of it.... With the same gloves! Didn't wash her hands or anything. I politely told her Nevermind.... And walked next door to Panera. Mind you... she was wiping down tables with the same rag she wiped the bar down with. If you're a tea drinker, you know the heartache of walking up to an empty tea dispenser. Expect that level of disappointment anytime you come to this location in the afternoon. I actually quit coming to this location because of it for over a year. We gave it another try today and yes, again empty. This time I flat out asked if they ever made tea there. I think someone accidentally put guacamole in my cup of salt. The guacamole was too salty not to mention unripe. There was half an avocado intact in my cup and it was too hard to eat. This qdoba is located in a busy shopping strip near Jmall. For those out-of-towers, Jefferson Mall. During lunch time it's tough to find a parking spot with the Panera right next door. The wait was minimal, service was ok, as was food. I did appreciate that they let me order off the kids menu. Better portion and price. Today was my first time visiting this Qdoba location since it opened and I had a nice, timely visit! The employees were very courteous and apologized for our wait when we'd only been waiting a few minutes. We did two burrito bowls and three cheese nachos. One of the girls helping us let us know that it was a better idea to get the toppings for the nachos on the side so that the chips wouldn't get soggy and she could give us more toppings! I thought that was super nice of her. Our burrito bowls and the nachos were super good! We got the Impossible 'meat' option for the nachos and it was absolutely delicious! My only real complaints were the way the veggies were chopped and the guacamole. The guacamole tasted like it had waaaay too much lime and the veggies were chopped super inconsistently. Normally I wouldn't care so much about something so small but the veggies in question were jalapeños and red onions- very strong tasting veggies. There were huge chunks along with super thin slices and even the butt of the pepper in my burrito bowl and the nachos. In the pico de Gallo and guacamole, there were huge chunks of red onion and jalapeño. Overall, everything was good aside from that! I would definitely visit this location again. read more

This place only had Four different soft drinks, no tea or diet drinks. You can change out the syrup in the drink machine during Covid. We went to another Qdoba a couple of weeks ago off Preston. This is literally the worst Qdoba location I've ever been too they just don't have it together. I have given them the benefit of the doubt with Covid and everything but they have continued to lack as a good business in Every way. The staff never has It together or if there is someone decent working they are the only one doing all the work wow I'm not sure what the other people are doing. They are constantly out of food and products there is never utensils or anything put out. It is always something for instants today they were not taking orders inside because they're trying to catch up online (only taking online orders) but yet they have five people working. I arrived at the designated time and our food was not ready. In fact they did not start preparing it until 10 minutes after we arrived. I arrived at the store on in Louisville Kentucky today at 4921 Outerloop for lunch and I see a sign in the window that says online ordering only. When you have to order for multiple people and you planned on eating inside because you don't live in the area this was very frustrating! Upon trying to enter the store to get my food all the doors were locked and I was having trouble with my phone reception so was unable to find a phone number to call. Finally a guy comes to the door and says that I was supposed to call so I could be let in. He is a young guy with dark brown shaved hair and an earring in his ear and claims to be the general manager but was extremely rude when I expressed my frustration with not knowing what was supposed to happen since the doors were locked. He says he would let me in if I agree not to be disrespectful to him and his employees. I was not yelling, screaming or cursing just merely explaining my frustration with their ordering process and not knowing how to receive the food. He proceeds to look at another customer next to me and roll his eyes and shake his head. If looks could kill I would be dead! I almost told him where he could shove at! Once inside I spoke to a red head lady who said she is the regional manager but was dressed in regular clothes. Once I started to tell her my issues I could clearly tell she was not listening to me. She was looking all around the store and looking at other customers. When I point out I can tell she's not listening to me she insists she is. I said never mind because I was just contact your corporate office about my issues. She proceeds to tell me that any negative feedback will just come back to her so I won't make any difference. Also, they give us food containers that were meant to be eaten there with cardboard bowl and only aluminum foil on the top and one of my bowls was not made correctly. This is the worst Qdoba I have ever been too! Literally DO NOT waste your time! First, which is not a big deal you had to place your order online for service, why idk no explanation but things happen. The lobby was open for seating. Second, there were only 2 other customers in there, one sitting waiting for their food and another talking to the 4 employees while they were filling both her and the other customers order, per the employee to me. Besides us no one else is in there. I placed my order at 7 in their parking lot and it literally took 40 minutes! I would completely understand if they were slammed but literally no one was there! It said on the app it would take 20, cool I ordered 5 different items I thought that's pretty quick considering if they had other orders besides mine. What probably should have taken maybe 25 give or take considering they had 4 employees on the line and only 3 customers, the food was not ready until 7:40. I have been in the food industry for over 20 years and have worked a line so I'm not a stranger to a basic line like this. And with 4 employees and 3 customers, you can literally flow with no problem considering you have everything they want on a ticket. Needless to say, nothing was right no salsas, no fajita veggies, zero cheese, etc. The kids working the line definitely need better training in talking to customers and efficiency. The manager in the back was walking around like he had never been there before. Literally the WORST Qdoba DON'T waste your time or money! This Qdoba opened recently close to where I work and I love it! It definitely does not have the normal 'fast-food' restaurant feel and smell. The decor gives it more of a 'I can bring my laptop and study here' feel. The staff was really friendly and made sure to keep the area clean. It does get somewhat busy during lunch but you can definitely beat the crowds by getting here a little before lunch time. My favorite part though, is the patio area outside! Wood seating area and string lights? Definitely awesome! read more

Over the years I've come to expect a piss-poor arrogant self-important attitude from Qdoba employees. This facility did not disappoint. I arrived to find a big sign outside asking people to call in their orders. Cool, thus I called just as instructed. The guy who answered said HE "prefers" I place the order online. I said I wanted to place my order and pointed-out I was literally right outside in my truck and he and I were looking at each other and I wanted to place my order over the phone. He repeated that he "prefers" I use their app to order. I do not wish to clutter my own phone with an app just to get one meal. I opted to leave and go somewhere that I feel wants my business. Went around 4pm on Friday and there was only a couple other people there. I got the bohemian veg tacos and they were very good! One taco split due to the juiciness of the black beans and the flavor was so spot on. There was a few dirty tables that no one cleaned the whole time I was there. It didn't bother me because I had easily found a table but I thought it was weird, having worked in a restaurant before. By about 5 when I left they were starting to get a line. I was stoked when a new Qdoba opened close to us but this is my third time here and the experience has been dismal. We came to have lunch and no one was at the counter, the workers were in the back eating. they were out of certain toppings which I can understand but then another worker came out of the bathroom and the girl who was making our food had a conversation with him about why he was taking so long and this lasted until we checked out. Not something I want to hear about when I'm ordering food. The food was lackluster, my chips were ice cold and almost every drink from the freestyle machine was out. I ordered chicken nachos with the chips on the side. They literally gave me less than half a bag of chips. I sat there and asked for more because I paid for nachos, and they literally said they can only give me a scoop and a half. She didn't even fill the scoop up with chips. I have less than half a bag of chips for my meal, which is no where near enough. I work by the Qdoba off Breckinridge and I get a full bag. This is ridiculous. I am a frequent Qdoba visitor but will never come back to this location! The manager was working the line & was extremely rude. I told him I only wanted cheese on my nachos & he proceeded to put corn salsa on there. No biggie accidents happen.. but when I told him I only asked for cheese and do not like the corn salsa he proceeded to yell at me & tell me I was a liar? He then made a huge deal about remaking the order that he had messed up. I gave him no reason whatsoever to raise his voice at me nor do I think anyone should ever be spoken to like that whether they are a customer, coworker, or fellow human being. Upon remaking the nachos he put half scoops of everything on there instead of the usual amounts. His actions caused 3 people in line behind me to leave as they agreed he was out of line. Loyal Qdoba customer but won't bring my business back to this location. This location is constantly out of almost all lids, utensils, sodas, & human decency!
