If i could give this location negative stars i most definitely would. I order a 10pcs nugget meal and a kids meal ($12.13 total) when i received my order i regretfully did not check the bag. When i got home i realize that they did not give me the kids meal. I called the location and spoke with a manager (maria). She was nice and apologized and said i could come back and get a refund (never once mentioning a receipt). I asked her if it would be okay if my wife stopped by on her way home from work and she said that was fine. When my wife got there, the manager refused to give her a refund without a receipt. I told her that I never received a receipt in the bag nor did she ever mention before that i needed for a refund. I asked my wife if i could talk to the manager (maria). When i spoke to maria i told her that i never received a receipt nor did she ever mention that i needed it in our first conversation. She then stated that she was new. In response i told her that it didn't matter me whether she has been there 10 days or 10 yrs. She then gave the phone to a different manager (male, name unknown). He proceeded to tell me that he can not give me a refund without the receipt. I explained to him exactly what i discussed with maria. we got food. my friend got a burger cheese and ketchup only. they gave us no buns and my friends order had plastic in her order. i called almost 15 TIMES and no response. horrible service. horrible food. they're not nice either. If I could give this place a 0 stars. I work down the street the times I have came here the ice cream machine is not working. Then the manager tells me, it happens all the time. Then tells me they won't fix it. This is a great location, so much potential for growth and revenue. But if the owners don't care about service, cleanness. Plus lack of quality in their food. This is a McDonald's to avoid at the dinner hour. Even with the recent upgrade of two speaker. However, beyond midnight it is number one. Staff is super nice at the crazy hour and food is always fresh. Couldn't ask for more. read more

Had an incredibly poor experience at this location. An employee that had a type of special needs was assisting in putting creamer in the coffee at the drive through, I witnessed the manager come over, yelling awful things at this individual for doing it the way that they were, instead of teaching or showing the correct way. I was handed my coffee with the young employee crying. Never should I have seen that from a manager speaking to their employees that way. It was highly inappropriate and I will never return to this McDonalds. I understand this is a food chain, but the way someone put creamer in the coffee was handled, whether it was incorrect or not, clearly they did not know the correct way, and no one should ever be spoken to the way this young man was spoken to. The manager should not be a manager, nor employeed at a business where satisfaction of the guests and employees are valued. read more

Reached my breaking point with this McDonald's. Lost track of how many hours I've wasted sitting in their drive thru over the years. It is very common to wait 15-20 minutes in their drive thru. Don't waste your time stopping here. I, for one, have vowed to never spend another $1 at this location. Drive to the one a little further down Santa Fe. I ordered via kiosk and food was supposed to be brought out. The tent card I had picked up and entered into the kiosk said to sit down and that someone would bring it out. Around ten minutes go by and I noticed that everyone else that had a tent card was getting up to get their orders. I was puzzled as to why we were directed to take a card in the first place. I took a quick look to see how they were doing on my order. I could see that they were working on it, so I sat back down. Five minutes or so go by and I did not hear anything so I went back up to the counter where I saw my order sitting there. I asked the cashier if my order was ready and she said she didn't know and she only puts the food out. I took the food and sat down. Two minutes later, I noticed a coffee had been left out of the order. I went back up and a young man with a hat on and a beard said he would make it fresh. I stood there for several minutes and he then said he would bring it out. After around 15 minutes, I went back up and told the cashier that the guy in the hat had promised to bring my coffee out and he had not. The guy had forgotten and had moved on to other orders. The young lady then proceeded to get the coffee and said she was, "sorry about that", but nothing else was done to make the situation right. The entire crew was extremely young and I could see trash all over the floors in the back. Employees need to be trained properly on improving their customer service skills and to take their work more seriously. I know that this is McDonald's, but as a person who very rarely eats at any McDonald's, this experience has confirmed why I normally pay more for good customer service. My order was placed at 7:50pm. One of the slowest mcd's I've witnessed, especially in mornings. And they ALWAYS forget your iced coffee.

Ordered a large coffee. Asked for no artificial cream and no artificial sugar. The screen displayed extra of both. Got that corrected. Drove around to the window and requested a few sugar packets and half and halfs to complement the 2 dollar coffee, but was stared at aimlessly. They searched high and low for cream or half and half to give me but found none. Asked if I still wanted sugar I said yes - they handed me two Equal packets. I politely asked if they had anything inside that could compliment my coffee without chemicals and the whole staff seemed perplexed. This is why people over pay for Starbucks because at least they get it right most of the time. Will not return. read more
