The last two times I've gone here the food (Orange Chicken, Sesame Chicken, Chow Mein) is just lukewarm. Never hot. It seems as if their food warmers aren't working properly. Green beans are shriveled. Portions are small. read more

We have been going to this panda since we moved here a year ago. Last week I ordered lunch, app said my order was received and gave a pick up time, I arrived at the time, and was told their system was down and they are not able to do online orders? The guy told me that my money would be refunded, didn't ask if I wanted to start a new order anything... so I wasted my lunch break trying to pick up food and then had to return to work with no lunch. Fast forward a week and two attempts to customer service later and I still have not been refunded for the order that I never received. Panda customer care hadn't even responded. As frustrating as the online system being down was I wasn't going to hold it against the company since that stuff happens, but now here I am a week later still with the money out of my bank, and no response from Panda Express. My first Panda Express experience and it wasn't half bad. The food didn't have as much flavor as I prefer, but it wasn't greasy and it didn't feel like a calorie bomb. If I was traveling and wanted Chinese food, but wasn't in my normal tons of authentic mom and pops territory, I might be tempted to have it again. And as a bonus my parents love it and feel like a meal actually gives them two meals. Any bargain is a winner for them, so it's a winner for me too. read more

EFFING TERRIBLE!!! I came here to a few time and they always disappoint. They either don't give you utensils or sauce when you ask for it or they have a Betsy attitude. This last time I was here they gave me no sauce or utensils and the orange chicken had literal bones in it and dark meat when panda is supposed to use white meat!!! Since the change in management, this restaurant location has gone severely downhill. Rice is dry, portions are smaller and the employees don't seem as happy. Don't know why the change, but is has been noticed. read more

The orange chicken was dry and very tough the teriyaki chicken was a hunk of fat with chicken skin, nasty, the rice had no flavor. Should have been 3.00 for the meal after cutting all the blubber, and fat and skin off the chicken which left me with a Tbs of chicken. Won't be returning! read more

The customer service was exceptional (welcoming, friendly, helpful, and cheerful). Employees worked to keep the dining area spotless, and checked on customers when they were not busy at the counter. My two entree and one side plate was delicious, and the serving sizes were very generous. I liked the brown rice option, and the ability to split the side into two so I could enjoy both rice and veggies. My favorite entree was the teriyaki chicken. The food is usually good but the girls working in there and rude. *****TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ******I've tried being extra friendly but that doesn't help. It's a shame because my son really enjoys the food. They charged me 1.25 for a cup. No soda , just a cup. This location used to be good. Not any more. They were crazy during covid restrictions and their food has taken a dive. Their sesame honey & orange chicken entree's were dry and the rangoon was old and dried up. Save your money and find chinese anywhere alse. read more

Kayla that works at this particular Panda Express has great customer service! She is always friendly, helpful and very receptive to the customers and always has a great altitude. Kayla always verifies that the orders are correct to ensure there is no wasted time or confusion. On the other hand the African American male or bi-racial male that works at this Panda express has the worst customer service I have ever seen. He needs to go through a complete overhaul training on how to do his job. He speaks low and with no confidence at all. He is not a people friendly person and in my opinion does not need to be representing the Panda Express brand as a whole. He has went to the extreme that when his co worker asked him to ring a customer up. He refused to verify the order with the customer stating that they will lie on what they ordered. What is worse about his bad altitude is that he is aware that he has a bad altitude and have been told that several time by customers. Surprisingly good. It is great Chinese food, but it is more American Chinese if that makes sense. When you go to China it taste much different. If I could give one star, I would. Not only did they make me wait 10 minutes to get the order we ordered online but when I got back the chicken was not what we ordered. We showed up 10 minutes before closing and were promptly told they wouldn't make anything else for us because they had already closed the kitchen. No noodles, orange chicken, black pepper chicken or broccoli beef were available. The lady at the counter was snide and unapologetic. We called up the manager when we got back to the car and she said they close the kitchen early and don't want to open it back up for people who get there before closing. This is fast food, don't mistake it. Everything that doesn't taste like sugar, tastes like salt. When it's busy it's pretty good. Do not go in after 7:30pm and expect it to be fresh. My girlfriend loves the place, so we go about once a month on average. Most of the staff is very friendly. This is overall my favorite Johnson County location. I will not ever give the others another chance. Pricey for what it is. Two with drinks is easily about $20. read more
