If I could give no stars I would. This location always messes up orders. Today I order at 6:22 PM CST for in store pickup at 6:50 PM CST. I am still waiting and it is now 7:33 PM. This is crazy. The store is full of disappointed customers that have been waiting for an hour or more. I too work and I would just like to go home and eat my food. read more

The taste is always good. But at 5:30 they were running low on everything. I asked for more fajita veggies and guacamole because they scraped the bottom of the container and came up with half a scoop. You aren't blind. You can clearly see half a serving is not right. We ate on the patio and it was beautiful. This particular Chipotle is at a busy intersection. No fault of Chipotle but the constant horn honking by irritated drivers takes away from conversation. read more

They are open during the COVID-19 pandemic. You can order for pick up or use DoorDash to have it delivered. They keep in consistent behavior in food quality with the rest of the chipotles in the Kansas City region. This one always seemed a little bit bigger and a little bit busier than the rest of the chipotles I have been to In the Midwest. I've had very little bad experience here and the food has always been outstanding . read more

ZERO stars The manager of this establishment has no compassion. We came to lunch over the weekend from out of town, and my daughter left her stuffed kitty outside. As soon as it was realized, I called the restaurant to have them keep it safe until I can go get it. Next evening, I drive all the way over there to grab it, and was told the manager saw it in the morning and THREW IT AWAY! If it wasn't important, I wouldn't have asked them to keep it SAFE until I can make it back there! How do you tell a child her beloved stuffy was thrown away because someone didn't care enough to keep it for at least a couple days until the owner comes back for it? read more

My opening day experience was very good. The service at the counter was cheerful and fast, and I didn't notice any skimping on portions. My chicken salad ($6.95) was piled high, and tasted great, with fresh ingredients at the right temperatures. The dining area was clean and new, with trendy background music and a patio. Food - good, standard Chipotle menu. Awkward seating arrangements (unless you want to sit near the line or cashier). Great outdoor seating. Line was a bit long, so I opted to order through the app & food was on time (1:15pm) during busy Friday lunch. read more

Last week I ordered food, burritos, drinks and chips with guacamole and queso We had this sent through door dash so the bag was sealed for safety, when we received our order and opened the sealed bag they didn't give us our chips. I absolutely love chipotle. We eat there multiple times a week. Typically we eat at the one on 153rd Street. Amazing staff and service. I assumed all were like this. NOPE! After waiting 30 minutes for my carry out I asked the lady making the carry out, the manager, what was taking so long. She informed me that I did not have an order, then said someone else took it, then made me prove that I placed an order with my email!!!! Next she told me I could wait like everyone else or get my order bumped to the end of the line. I asked why everyone was standing around considering there was only one person in line. Why can't they help? She informed me carry out is only carry out. People on the line stay on the line. With management like that there's no wonder this location is so horrible. This place is ridiculous. Nobody is in line right now and they just told us that the 6:20 orders are just being done. It is 6:48!!!!!!!! I don't know what you need to do to fix your business, but that is not my problem to fix. If I order something online and it's going to be done 30 minutes late, it should tell me that. So glad there's finally a chipotle close to home! I've been here twice, once during dinner rush and another time after the lunch rush! I prefer coming during non-rush hours as the parking lot can get congested quickly and the service inside can be slow. Portion was smaller during dinner rush as well! read more

Went here after work hoping to make my night a little easier for dinner ( I never get fast food ) however Ive worked 12 hr shifts the last 3 days so I made the exception today but I really wish I hadn't . I had a free side with chips promo coupon on my email that I wanted to use with my purchase of my carnitas bowl . However the cashier "Ashley" really gave me a hard time at the register not believing me even when I showed her the email I had. She was also giving me dirty looks . She said she needed a promo code to scan and made me hold up the line for about 10 min while my phone tried to load the code .. the reception there was bad and after she got impatient she apparently just comped it - so she said . Then when I got home to eat the side of guacamole wasn't even there that was supposed to come with my chips?! I looked at the receipt and she also charged me for the chips and 2 sides of guacamole!! Just wow . The bowl itself had over cooked carnitas that I had to pull out and throw away . This was a complete Waste of money and my time . Arrived at 11:15am ( they open at 10:45am) some people inside, staff readily available. Everything seems fine. Started to order, noticed pinto and black beans both look over cooked and mushy, okay no big deal. Received order, paid everything fine. Biggest issue honesty was went to use the restroom and it has double rolls of toilet paper dispenser, both completely empty. No back ups nothing. Okay I'll just inform the staff, well several staff were already on break next to restroom area, trying to be polite and went to counter to inform someone, so I did and it's only kitchen staff, felt awful but at same time I had to think, they just opened not even an hour ago, how is this even a problem. Waiting around about 5 minutes, checked again and still empty. Good think this time I took a napkin with me. Overall each thing on its own it fine, just became irritating throwing in the factor they just opened and beans looked old, staff on break when restrooms not even taken care of. Everytime we come to this location they're so stingey with the portion sizes. i had to ask for extra 3 times on every portion they gave me because they barely four anything in my burrito, i worked at a chipotle before and i know management tells employees not to serve too much or over serve but it gets to a point where it pisses the customers off because you're paying a good amount of money for a burrito and you don't want a skinny little burrito with barely anything in it. i want to enjoy my food and feel full and satisfied when i'm down eating, not still hungry because they made me a skinny burrito. read more

Went there yesterday, they were doing online orders only! Employee said because of staff shortage. Why couldn't they put out a notice on Nextdoor or something??? After returning and having my order remade for being incorrect found a pink acrylic nail in it, so gross and disgusting! First off employees should be wearing gloves but also have a dress code and hygiene standards that are followed. Will never come back to this location. Orders are always wrong at this location and have to return 2-3 times to get what you ordered in the first place, get it together. read more

We LOVE Chipotle and were so excited when a location opened about a 1/2 mile from our home. Tonight was less than desirable though. Even though I arrived 7 minutes before my scheduled pick up time, our food was cold. The portions were extremely small. The beans were similar to the texture of refried beans and the rice was still crunchy. We will probably give this location another shot just since it's so close but will dine in instead of ordering through the app. Two stars because the chips and guacamole were delicious! read more

Waited over half an hour for my mobile order. After telling my husband they didn't have that order, I went in and showed them the order confirmation email. They then looked inside a bag that had been sitting on the counter the entire time and said, "This is it", and handed it to me. Got a Burrito. After I got my meat and rice they handed to the last guy to finish it. He was a heavy set guy working 8/9/22 at 7:35 p.m. He was rolling his head side to side and sighing a lot acting very annoyed. He only put a tiny bit of sour cream on my burrito right in the very center didn't even try to spread it. I asked for a little bit more sour cream. He takes a full scoop and puts on 4 times the amount he originally did. Now my burrito was swimming in sour cream. When he went to wrap it from what I saw he gave no shits on doing it properly. It oozed out tons of sour cream when he went to wrap it. It got all over the foil and the outside of my burrito. He wrapped it extra loose so it wouldn't ooze out any more sour cream. Also got a side of guacamole. He was really annoyed with my request. He scooped it in getting it all over the container not cleaning it off and carelessly tosses it to the cashier. If you don't like your job don't show up and give shitty service. Never going back. read more

Ordered online but still waited too long for our food. Customers were walking off the street and through the line quicker than we got our food. When we got home the food was completely cold. I have always had good service and quality food at this location. I usually go inside and the staff is friendly. Going during off hours is best as the parking lot can get busy. After a very BAD experience at the new Lenexa Chipotle location which is closer to my home, I will go out of my way to give my (weekly) business to this Chipotle location on Parker in Olathe!! read more

I went to this location with my family for lunch today. I tried to redeem my birthday gift but was having trouble logging. Not wanting to hold up the line, I decided to figure it out while I ate. I finally got logged in and took my receipt back to the counter. The young lady at the register said "Oh, you have to spend at least $5" I said I already had spent way more than that about 5 minutes earlier. She said there was nothing she could do. The food is somewhat OK, but customer service is very lacking. I'm not sure if this is a corporate issue or a local restaurant issue. read more
