It's a ridiculously long wait here! The 2 windows filtering into one doesn't work well. They need an online order lane like other locations. If you order online and get stuck in one of the lanes, you might as well just order when you get there. I don't really see the point. That's one of the biggest problems with this location. The people who work there are nice. It's not their fault this location isn't set up well and hasn't modernized like other locations. This location isn't as good as others about filling up your salad bowl. It's usually a bit light. We do enjoy the salads a lot though. Of course, I'm not sure anything can beat the original chick-fil-a sandwich. Other location franchise owners also send me more rewards as well. I wish this location owner was more generous with the rewards. Just FYI the Oak Park mall location owner is great about sending out rewards. I wish that location was closer for me. Looks like CFA is cutting back on portion sizes. The last two times I've had the chicken tender meal, the tenders are much smaller than usual. Last night, the fries looked presentable at first but literally only had 4 complete waffle fries on the top. The rest were VERY small pieces and they weren't even done. Just a bunch of mushy pieces of undone potatoes. Service is always good and this location was no different. I went through the drive thru and wasn't about to turn around in heavy traffic and rain to go back. Do better! read more

I try to give grace to this location but it's hard when there's consistently issues with orders. Unfortunately there's no close Chick-fil-A's to this location so it's usually slammed with orders and always backed up. I always do mobile orders to help with the line. There doesn't seem to be much staff during the lunch time despite there being cars wrapped outside the parking lot, the staff themselves were nice though! This isn't the first time it's happened at this location but this time they forgot the kids meal ice cream (what every kid wants the most from their meal) and it was a bit of a let down. Hopefully the owner decides to hire more people for busier times and that they work on ensuring orders are made properly before handing them out. This location just seems to getbadic orders wrong...so much so that I don't go to this location (even though it's closest) & make the drive to 135th & 69 Hwy location so I don't have to deal with the frustration. It just takes too much time to get the order correct...or even to get the correct order (if in the drive thru). I am always in awe of this place. The consistently great food is their hallmark, simply awesome every time that I go in. The service is great, they hire only the best and the brightest for positions here, and it shows. The lines move quick, it's actually fast food. If a fast food place has ambiance, it's these guys. Food is always fresh and the staff is exceptional. My favorite is the grilled chicken sandwich with waffle fries and an ice cold lemonade.

This is the worst Chick-fil-A I've been to in my entire life. Shut it down for a year to make the lines go faster and couldn't possibly be any slower still. I always get a Cobb salad here with modifications and 95% of the time it's very screwed up and nothing is right with it when I do my order on the app. Every time I leave this place I'm always rolling my eyes. I ordered a salad and when I got to my hotel room noticed that there was no salad dressing, nor silverware. I will say that this location is consistent with the quality of food with other Chick-fil-a locations that I have been to. And, like other Chick-fil-a locations I have been to this place seems to be packed. Like always packed. Their young staff tries their best to keep up with the flow. But it seems like there is always a (long) wait. Both in the drive thru and at the counter. If you are going to wait it might be best to order through Door Dash and have it delivered to your home. They always mess up my order forgetting to put things I ordered. never gives any sauces. when I ordered a deluxe with no bun then just slapped a slice of pepper jack cheese on a filet and called it a day no lettuce no tomato and of course no buffalo sauce not to mention the cheese melting to the bag. Unfortunately my Cobb Salad was filled with rotten greens. Upon opening my salad you could smell the old lettuce greens. It was my meal for the evening so I picked out about a1/4 of the greens and was able to eat the rest. So disappointed in one of my favorite restaurants. I don't like this location. The people aren't as friendly. They hurry you along without warmth. I just left. I asked for a chicken sandwich without cheese and fries well done. Both things I get at the 135th & 69 HWY location. They told me here that they can't drop the fries twice. The fries taste like barely cooked potatoes. Also there is cheese on the sandwich. Don't use the curbside mobile ordering for this location. It was horrible. There was nothing fast or even remotely convenient. I downloaded the app and used it for the first time because the website said skip the line and order curbside fast through the app. It literally took over 40 minutes to get my order. The picture I have shows the time that it was ordered (132pm) and the time that they said they were on the way to my car was at 208pm. From there, it was another 5 minutes. We received our order at 213pm. Then when we got home all of our large fries and medium fries were filled only 2/3 full. read more

Which is not the best drive thru, it's very slow and they blocked the handicapped spaces/curbside parking. There's always someone that tries to park and cut and it takes up more time spending in the parking lot/drive thru than ordering inside. Friendly staff as always. I get the part about staffing but my experience at this location goes beyond that. Food was served cold, help at register was very hard to understand, causing issues with my order and having to add to my order as he didn't get it correct. When questioning him he would just blow off my concern. This issue is management. Need to train and put people in positions that might be better suited for them. read more

Also, my meal was delivered to my table with a smile. Moms love to bring their kids here for the play area. One employee was making the rounds of the dining area to make sure it was spotless. And if you haven't tried their cookies and cream milkshake, do yourself a favor and get one ASAP. Their breakfast is really good too. I usually get a buffalo sauce to throw on their egg white grill. I sub their hasbrowns for the superfood side. The hash browns leave a funny taste in my mouth. The superfood side is nutritious and delicious. I try to get one every time I don't order a salad. Their original sandwich is great. Spicy sandwich is great. Grilled sandwich is great. Chick-fil-A sauce is divine. The Polynesian sauce is really good on the original sandwich. I'm always impressed with chick-fil-a. The staff is always on top of things too. They are very friendly. And I don't feel bad after eating here. read more

This place serves some delicious chicken. My go-to order the the spicy chicken sandwich meal. The staff at this location is great. They have people in the dining room (at least during lunch) who come around and get you refills and make sure everything is going good. I've never had a bad experience here, and highly recommend it over the more traditional fast food chains. read more
