I purchased a steak egg and cheese bagel today using the drive thru. The bagel was burned (black) on the edges and the sandwich seemed thrown together. I returned the sandwich inside the restaurant and they replaced it fairly quickly with a good sandwich but they offered no apology or explanation for the burned bagel. Man, I never thought I'd ever set foot in a McDonald's again but after an hour of driving around the area trying to find a restaurant that was actually open I gave in out of desperation. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to order quickly and get a gluten free version of the sausage cheese and egg biscuit without the biscuit. A representative from McDonalds contacted me a couple of days ago in response to complaint I left via email through their app and that I wanted a refund. The representative said that someone would call me and so far no one has called and I still don't have money money back. I realize it's $4.59 I'm out but do that to a lot of people and money adds up. This happens every single time I go to this location so I don't even bother anymore. First responders have to work long hours during the night and a little food could go a long way for us. If i could give a 0-star i would. I went through the drive thru and i guess there was only one worker that had to take orders from both of the machines outside she was horrible. Any regular person would switch machines probably after every customer, for example *Takes Order fell Machine 1 and Goes to Machine 2* and the other way around. but this worker thought it would be a great idea to switch after every specific item ordered. It went something like this: worker: "What would you like?" me: "Chicken nuggets" worker: *Takes the order and goes to the other machine (i can hear her on the other machine)* worker: *takes one item and switches back to me" me: *orders coke* worker: *Takes the coke and leaves to the other machine* -you get the point. it kept going back and forth like this and took about 5 minutes to complete my order. After finally ordering and waiting maybe another 5 minutes on my food i finally got what i ordered. Or at least almost got what i ordered. They didn't even give my sister chicken nuggets to her happy meal. How the hell do you not put chicken nuggets in a happy meal, then i ordered 20 chicken nuggets and only received 10. I also order spicy sauce, and i don't even know what the hell kind of sauce i got but it damn well wasn't spicy buffalo. After i went inside very frustrated and went to go settle everything the employees found the situation funny, yeah ok i mean might as well have fun when your only getting paid minimum wage right? in total i wasted maybe 30 minutes. Went to McDonald's because it was the only place open to get food for my kids at 12:00am, after getting them from the airport and spending a whole day flying without any food. We sat in line for 40 minutes after we had ordered our food. My order was super simple, chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets, a cinnamon role, coffee, tea and water. By the time we got to the window I had to advise them again of what I ordered because it wasn't on their screen. I finally got our food, got all the way home and the chicken sandwich that my daughter had ordered was not in the bag. I paid for it but didn't receive it. The chicken nuggets my son ordered were stale and cold, the tea was like water. This was literally the worst experience I have had with McDonald's. I was not the only one frustrated because several people ahead of us in line and behind us, left before getting their order. read more

Compared to other locations, this McDonald's has been the best quality-wise in my opinion for the longest. I've lived here for over ten years and some locations just do not cook it right or mess up the order but I've never had a problem with this one. They recently installed these kiosks that you order from that make things quicker. Overall, this would be the one to stop by if you're craving McDonald's. read more

Drive thru order at end of lunchtime. The manager had to get involved with my drive thru order because I forgot to mention my free survey coupon while I was at the order speaker. Once at the window, I apologized several times and asked if I could still use the coupon. Wait a minute, why am I apologizing to them? Oh, for the inconvenience of being their customer! That's right! Now I remember. The lady at the window was professional, kind and polite with good manners. She told me she would need her manager to help make the adjustment with the coupon to give me a revised total. He comes over, proceeds to have an in-depth conversation with two of the employees at the window. Meanwhile my 8 year old is in the back seat saying, how long does it take him to punch a few buttons? What is so important that he needs to talk right now? The manager finally turns to me. I am smiling, hopefully, in a kind way. He scowls at me and says, "in the future, I'm gonna need the whole receipt" as he flashes the survey coupon at me and starts to turn away. I said, "Great! Here you go! Whole receipt!" And picked up the rest of the receipt from my center console and handed it to him. (I had ripped it in half so that they wouldn't be encumbered with extraneous paper!) He stood there putting the two halves together and making sure I wasn't trying to STEAL a Fish Fillet sandwich with a counterfeit survey receipt. He sees that everything is as it should be (why was there any doubt?) and tries to hand me back the receipt part that I just handed him. I said, no thanks, I don't want that now, just throw it away. He turned, stapled it to the original survey coupon, punched a few things on the screen and walked away. He is rude, unprofessional, hostile, grumpy, and definitely a horrible leader for customer service. I was hoping for some of the following: 1) Good afternoon! 2) Do you happen to have the rest of the receipt with you today? 3) Thanks for your business! Nope. None of it. I'm giving two stars instead of one because The food order was correct (thank you ladies for doing an outstanding job IN SPITE of the crappy leadership you have there), and the food was good and warm. If there were no stars this place would get that rating. I've managed a McDonalds before so I have some knowledge. The manager -with half way untucked pants - is just a buddy to the workers. They couldn't stop talking amongst themselves while people were standing at the counter while servers had their backs to us talking loudly. The place was filthy and this was not during a rush when I know it can get crazy. So rather than cleaning they were talking and ignoring customers. The worker packing food for the drive thru was throwing food in the bags indiscrminantly. I got my fries which were lukewarm and soggy which means they were pulled before the timer went off. I said I'd wait for the next batch because I also saw a drive thru worker take fries out of a bag that a customer had handed back to her AFTER EATING SOME FRIES OUT OF THE BAG, and the worker then dumped them back into the bin which means it passed through at least three hands. I chose to visit this McDonald's location in transit to work instead of back tracking and stopping at Chick-Fil-A as usual. Bad decision! Drive thru wait time was through the roof. I finally make it to the window and this African American young woman with tattoos on her neck strolls in late and so nonchalant. The manager ask her why was she late she shrugs her shoulders and ignores her. The manager then said explain that to the customers in this drive thru that has been waiting so long. I was furious - spoke up & said "I know that's right" I would have sent her rude @$$ home immediately. I don't know what her name is but my goal today is to find out because it's too many people that wants to work with an attitude like that she needs time off to analyze her situation. I don't care what position you have in a company from fast food to corporate America. Every role within every company is vital and play a very important role in keeping that wheels moving.
