Garbage experience again. They got some girl taking orders and all she seems to know to say is "uh huh" and "mhm". But that's just a minor problem... the real issue is why are my chicken tenders soggy? Why're you people in there rushing folks orders? Is it because you want to get on your phone? The lady that took my.order i assume was in leadership due to her uniform. She was rude and lack customer service skills. She tried to cut off my order before I was finished with my order. I asked for half and half tea and was rudely told we dont have tea. I asked another employee who gave the my food if i could have some salt when the same woman cut me off telling me to go get it off a table in the front. Ordered and confirmed my order twice this evening and returned home to find my order was incorrect. No mayo could not be that hard. Drive thru attendant yelling at customers and on MOD or whoever was assisting was rude as well. Did not receive a receipt for my order. I would give a 0 if I could. My husband and I just left Wendy's at Goodman and Craft Rd. We ordered 2 full Salads. One a Southwest Avocado. One a Apple Pecan. My husband paid $15.01 We did not receive a receipt and when we got home, we experience a Hells Kitchen Nightmare. Both Salads were full of water at the bottom. Mines also did not have the pecans. His had no Avocado at all. I called Wendy's and the phone is disconnected. I was not about to drive back up there, it's 8:47pm and we are trying to stay home. My husband drained his salad of all the water and ate what he could. Me, I will be at Wendy's first thing in the morning when they open. We don't have $15.01 to give to Wendy's. Why is their phones disconnected at all Wendy's. I tried calling Hackscross Wendy's to get that Manager to have Goodman Rd/Craft Manager to call me. That phone was disconnected also. Zero stars need to be a thing. In fact, I wish negative stars were possible. We came here twice because we were staying in the hotel across the street and both times were a horrible disaster. It takes at least 30-50 minutes to get through the drive through. I wish I were joking. We thought the first time was a fluke. All we ordered was a frosty - so a highly uncomplicated order. Nothing was even required to be cooked!! The headsets/intercom have so much reverb no one can hear or understand each other in either direction. Whoever is taking orders is also essentially whispering through the mic. It took us THREE tries to get our order communicated. The person taking orders at the first window is texting and not caring at all what the line or customer experience is like. It looks like a bunch of kids just totally unsupervised. This place desperately needs new management and a new crew. That or just shut it down. I've never been to a worse restaurant fast food or otherwise. Completely insane. read more

My order was fix right but my food was warm code if you get what I mean I had a very difficult day at work and on top of that I had a very bad day dealing with family problems I was meant to do a survey about this intelligent young man I remember his name because I told him to write it down on the receipt if I'm reading this correctly his name is Jerome he is a manager I think he said something about he's in Training right now that young man is the only person that actually read my body language knew that I was uncomfortable with my food and he took the time to stop what he was doing to come over there and ask is everything OK I explained to him no it is not my food is cold and no one is paying attention when I am staring at them he responded back with so much kindness even when I was frustrated and angry he never stop smiling and he actually listen to me with a understanding face first off I just want to say wow I never seen that type of leadership in that type of Wendy's before I speak for my whole family when I say this that young man would make a great leader I wish I can give him more than five stars because I went home with a smile that day, so thank you Mr. Jerome and I wish you the best of luck in your training read more
