The staff was ruuudeee. Service was quick. No one made eye contact, no one ever smiled. They handed me the food and shut the window.

More open and upscale McDonald with no kid play area... Nice place to grab a tea and chill with wi-fi. It's McDonald so nothing special, but surprisingly nice. Free refills & wi-fI has me coming back to discover they remodeled. Not open 24 hours a day. read more

Horrible service, even for fast food. I watch two customers in the other drive through lane get helped before I did. Sat there for about 5 minutes until I finally got the message and left. Some mush mouthed teenager mumbled something, but I was so mad at that point I just left. Ridiculous. read more

I've been to this McDonald's about a dozen times, mostly drive-thru but sometimes eat-in. It's a nice interior and the employees are friendly. Other than that one experience when they didn't include my Egg McMuffin Sandwich in my breakfast meal and maybe one other occasion, I've gotten the correct order and the food has been good. read more

This place is terrible. Every time I drive thru my order is incorrect. Sauces are left out or food items aren't in the bag that were ordered. I only drive thru because it is near my home. The staff is atrocious and do not behave like they are at work. When another drive thru opens nearby I'm going to say peace out. Several new places are opening just down olive by Costco. Very friendly staff and atmosphere. During the noon to afternoon times you'll find plenty of elderly locals and retirees. The place went under new renovation and now opened to the public. The fries received were a bit stale or overcooked, the friendly support made up for it. No outlets for business for sitting down. Well only one i can assume near the front door. very poor experience here today with one particular employee, the other was very nice. I have been to this location only once before and the staff was very nice that day. Today's experience left me uncomfortable and I will not be back to this location. Come here everyday n lunch because this is the only place by my job. Ask for cooked to order food and they get it correct 20% of the time.

Went through the drive through last week. I was sick, tired after working late and starving. This was one of the best McDonalds experiences I have had in a very long time. They were friendly, fast and the food was accurate. Thank you for a great experience. read more

I don't make it a point to go to McDonald's every week. I do go on occasion. Most of the time I have to wait in slow lines with unfriendly people. McDonald's tastes the same everywhere and if you are forced to live near one that has crap food I feel for you. The best thing about this location, is that it is so fast! I have to rush just to keep up. Careful to check your order before you leave. Occasionally a salad dressing, spoon or sauce can be forgotten. read more

I like their McDonald's breakfasts, although I almost never eat other Mcdonald's meals or any other fast food hamburgers. This restaurant is clean, and the staff is quite friendly and helpful. This is flat out ridiculous! Can you people do anything right! My fries are so cold when I bit into it my teeth almost fell out! ONE STAR!!!

Food never came after 20 minutes in restaurant. Only 2 other tables were occupied. Ordered Big Mac, Fillet o Fish, and water. When the last table was served I hailed the server who took my order and asked why my order was delayed. She said she would bring it right out. She returned with nothing and asked what it was that I ordered. When she took my order she appeared confused and distracted. When I said the order was for here and would she give me a number for the table she said she forgot my number, but she would remember me. When she asked what I ordered I presumed we were starting from scratch, so I asked for a refund and handed her my receipt. I walked to the counter and the manager, a young guy named Cris was processing my refund at another register. I asked him what happened to my order. He did not respond, I asked why he was not talking to me. He stopped processing the refund and said "I can stand here all day and talk to you, or you can be quiet while I process your refund" I considered the tone confrontational. It's a shame that the customer service has gone down at Olivette McDonald's. They very rarely get an order right and the customer is always wrong. Heaven forbid they actually cook the burgers...notice they usually look a grayish-brown and not anything like the pictures that are displayed. I realize they are photos but even still, the meat should be cooked. Also, when they pour salt on the fries they forget to mix them, they just pour the salt on and then scoop the fries. This is why the fries are too salty. It seems the more efficient they have become, the lazier they are. I worked at this location years ago and if we ever talked to or treated a customer with disrespect, we would have been suspended without pay or would no longer have a job. Some of the managers don't even care about how the customer is treated by a crew member because they think it's a joke. The truth is they are the joke. read more
