Went June 8th close to 11 they said they ran out of product cause they were closing after messing up my order signed a receipt for 2free combos went back on the 11th for lead person and general manager not granting the order as if I lied or asking for a handout and even denied to take my payment then I went back again as they said the lady would be working Sunday the 13th for another denial of the order so I paid and they forgot my drinks and I had ice cream so they gave know carrier and then is when I noticed the drinks. On the 11th I wrote a complaint to headquarters who said the branch or someone would reach they never did they must think I am a penny to their billions when I am self made and have my own money. No money adds up to keeping your word and the love to see us smile I give my middle fingers up and won't visit a McDonald's for shit. I came on my lunch break from school, I stood there for almost 10 minutes without any of the staff saying one word. No one was at the counter to take orders, everyone was in the kitchen including the manager and even she did not acknowledge me or the other 4 customers standing there waiting to have our orders taken. I understand being short staffed, but to not even acknowledge your customers? And the machines to do self orders weren't working either. The worst experience at a McDonald's. The workers are a hit or miss honestly. I come here on my lunch break all the time and it's there's always something wrong. They either don't have sauce, only have dark drinks, some machine isn't working. They don't try to compensate and are completely happy with being mediocre. one of the best McDonald's around! Visited today b/c we have bunch of Monopoly wins. they just remodeled the interior so it's very nice and clean. Has 3 TVs and plenty of hip looking dine-in tables and lounge like sofa seats. it's always busy but somehow things are organized and not dirty. gotta point out that the lady took our order was very organized and explained all the free stuff we redeemed and repeated our orders / items at the end of the order. pretty nice. didn't like the fake fish tanks below the cashier but some kids were very excited about them... so that's 5 stars from me. read more

I very rarely go to McDonald's but I work close to this location and needed to grab something quick before a meeting. How hard is to give people what they pay for? How about fresh french fries. The best thing about Mcdonalds is the Fries and this is a busy McDonald"s so how come I received warm, soggy fries that were full of grease. Maybe this is a good thing so I won't go back. I got the number 3 with a double quarter pounder. ya right, looked like someone sat on it. And fast food people want more money. One last thing, if any of the managers read this. I went around 10:40pm, the drivethru was kinda busy but was moving pretty quickly. I ordered a 10 piece McNuggets, large fries, and two apple pies. I got to the window and the girl said they only had one apple pie; no big deal, she just removed the second one. She gave me my food and I paid, then I left because I was going to the movies. Once I got into the theatre and got myself situated, I went to eat my nuggets- as I had really been looking forward to them- only to realize that I had NO NUGGETS. NONE. ZERO. They gave me three filet o' fish patties!!! THREE!!! That's not even close to nuggets!!! How on earth do you mix up chicken McNuggets and filet or fish?!?!!?!! Wow... I never thought I'd be leaving such a negative review however I wish I could give zero stars. I went through the drive through at 8:51 pm 11/14/22. I ordered a medium big Mac meal extra pickles with fries no salt.. it was not busy at all I was the only customer in the drive through... so I know this was sheer laziness not a mistake. They gave me really hard saturated fries that tasted of salt so I'm sure the just double dipped them in the fryer(I have a medical condition that requires me to watch my salt intake). And my Big Mac buns were flat as if they just put it on the grill really Quick when I took a bite it was stone COLD and tasted old... I'm so disappointed I went in my lunch break and the food isn't even edible. I wasted my hard earned money. I don't understand how these employees think this is acceptable ... treat others the way you'd like to be treated. I'm sure all of these employees if served what I was served wouldn't eat it. It was completely inedible the only thing that wasn't screwed up was the medium tea.. food safety isn't followed here. Customer satisfaction isn't a priority. Absolutely the worst McDonalds we have ever been to. We went to drive thru. Ordered 6 burgers and 3 fries, 3 drinks. One drink was supposed to be sprite. It was soda water because they didn't have syrup. But wait start gets better! We walked inside to refill sprite with good sprite to find their machine has a sign stating on all clear liquids their out of service. No syrup. Yet they gave me a no syrup sprite?!!! Ok now let's get to the burgers. All 6 patties were dead. Blackened. Dried up. I mean how can you even do that with McDonald's food?!! Oh and the buns for all 6 burgers were hard and crispy. Absolutely gross food. The fries were some what edible yet had no salt. Think we learned. Never ever stop at McDonalds in Ontario. Ever. We've eaten at McDonalds all over the world. Never had a problem. Till this place. Do yourself a favor. DONT EAT HERE. Management needs to get to work cleaning house and getting people that want to work there and provide good food. read more

Stopped here for lunch one time and the service was slow. They got our order wrong. I ordered a sweet tea but it tasted just like a regular iced tea. I let someone at the counter know, he told his manager and her response was to just put some sugar in it and give it back to me. I watched the employee take a straw out of the wrapper, mix the sugar in and then he gave it back to me. With the same straw in it he had just had his hands all over. The restaurant was full of flies because the automatic door wouldn't close. While my son and I sat here eating our lunch, the manager was constantly yelling at her employees and being incredibly rude. read more

I'm not sure who has been running this facility the last few months but the drive in line is wrapped out the driveway down the street in the morning due to the wait time . Workers are extremely rude. That alone will start your morning with anxiety and anger. The people taking the order are so slow as well. This place went downhill probably the last three or four months in my opinion. My friend Luke and I went to eat here recently and were very disappointed. We ordered some burgers and fries and it took quite a bit of time to get them. Once we got them, the burgers tasted extra greasy, which is what we didn't want to happen, and they put pickles on mine, which I told them not to. They put mustard on Luke's, which he didn't want either. The fries weren't crisp at all. They were soggy like my front lawn. And greasy, like the girl's hair that served us. Not tasty at all. They gave me a yogurt this morning (10/2) with yesterday's expiration date (10/1) on the bottom. I ordered a 10 piece nugget and got a 6 piece nugget instead. I called in and spoke to Linda... She was very nice and offered to replace my whole order but I didn't want to drive alllll the way back so I'm considering this a loss. I will not be returning back to this location because their service is very inconsistent. Sometimes I get great service... Other times I don't. Sometimes they are quick... Other times they aren't. Their service...or should I say lack of service, was ridiculous. I pulled into the parking lot at 10:15 to a location that closes at 11:00 p.m. While sitting in line, a worker walked up and put cones to block everyone that was outside the drive-thru entrance, with no explanation. We drove by the worker and asked if they were closing early and he rudely yelled "yeah, we have to clean". Drove up the road to the next location and got awesome service. I will always drive the extra distance for better service. I hope the manager knows how lazy the employees are turning customers away 45 minutes before closure. read more

If I could give them no stars I would. I placed my order for eat in, and the gave it to me in a bag. I asked for a tray and the girl told me they didn't have any. My sister also asked for a tray and they told her they were all being washed. It wasn't until my mother went asked and said that she needed trays for my nieces. They made my sister wait 15 minutes for her order, and it was still wrong. My sister asked for her burgers to be plain and the girl taking her order asked her "what's that" and only put no onions, and no mustard. Waited 5 minutes at drive thru speaker to pick up mobile order. They told me to come through and stop at first window to pick it up. When we get to the window, the manager and two other workers are screaming at each other. They open the window and tell us to hold on, shut the window and keep screaming at each other. We waited an additional 5 minutes. When the worker finally opens the window he's super rude. Manager comes back and says I can't find your order. I show him my receipt and he says too bad I can't find it. After ANOTHER 5 minutes he says he found it at the front counter and we need to come inside. We go inside and they can't find the order??? I SHOWED them my receipt. Even after showing them my receipt, being read back the order at the speaker, they still lost it. And they still forgot some items. I didn't go back because they were just so incredibly rude and unprofessional. The food was awful and I don't except much out of a $2 burger but you can tell it had been sitting. Anyways. Just don't waste your time with this one. It's worth the extra 1.75 in gas to go to the McDonald's down the road. read more
