This McDonald's has the worst customer service ever.The employee in the drive thru was very rude and used slang language. I came through the drive around 10pm on July 2nd bought 2 Big Mac, 4 spicy mcchicken and 3 large fries. The employee who took the order she put it as no meat in the Big Mac. Even though I explained her we don't want the combo just sandwiches by itself. Right after we took the food my 7year old son didn't notice that there is no meat in the Big Mac. When my brother told me I checked it and saw no meat in it. I called the store right away and spoke to the manager he said that it was their mistake and he told us to go through the drive again and he will replace it. We pull back to the drive and returned the burgers the lady who took the order, she said putting the order as no meat. Then another employee came and told they can't replace it. When we asked for the manager she told he is not here and she act like manager and started assaulting us. I told her we already spoke to the manager and then she told us we ate the burger and asking for replacement.She didn't call the manager even though we asked to talk to the manager. I told that it was your guys mistake taking the order wrong. They assaulted us and the employee (lady) who took the order used the F**** word to my husband and threatened us. Pull up to the first window and you pay, drive up to the second window they ask you to pull forward following the arrows. (They only make you pull forward following the arrows because this is how they are graded. They are graded with the traffic flow of cars going through the drive thru) Then comes a confused employee handing what might be your food to every car till they find the right car for the order. As if COVID wasn't enough they place their hands in and out of the bag trying to figure out the food order inside. They once passed my order around to four different cars. Before it even got to us. . The one star is for the staff's uniforms. I love how clean and professional it looks! The second star is for their iced coffee. They always makes it right. However, this McDonald's sucks. The lines are usually forever long. It takes a long time to get a move on at the drive-thru and the parking lot sucks since it is so small. I went there yesterday and my fries were warm but HARD. It was as if they pre-made the fries and put it under the heat lamp for days. I've never had to throw away my McDonald's fries before and yesterday, I did just that. On the second order window, cars kept ordering and passing us up, but they never called for our order.
