BEST IN-N-OUT in the IE! I've been dragged along to many locations by friends and I've never been wowed like I was during my visit at this location. I made a 1am visit after a long night of convention antics, I'm super happy I stopped by. I never once felt rushed or stressed, the drive-thru experience was seamless. I ordered a Double-Double meal with fries and a Diet Coke (I know, I'm dumb). Everything tasted great, the fries especially! The gentleman at the window was thorough and made sure everything was in my to-go bag. I noticed the tables out front were PACKED! I'm surprised this location isn't 24/7 as it's near the freeway and many hotels! I got a family-friendly vibe at this In-N-Out, I felt welcomed and respected. Ok so this location in Ontario has been here for a hot minute but was just renovated not too long ago and it looks great! They've increased their outdoor seating to accommodate more guests and have a much larger drive thru and parking lot area. Their service is always fast and easy as Audriana assisted me in my indecisive for onions or grilled onions on my burger. My first ever BAD REVIEW of an In-N-Out Burger. This is really hard for me because I LOVE this chain. This location has drive thru and OUTSIDE dining only. I prefer inside dining but not a deal breaker (I have eaten at other outdoor only locations and they were fine). This place is just super slow and UNORGANIZED. And I adore the quality of customer service from every single employee I encountered, but it is In-N-Out and I have never had a bad experience anywhere even while traveling. They did an excellent remodeling of this place compared to what it was. Bring your sunblock if you're sitting outside in the 100°+ temperatures. Guaranteed you'll be more cooked than your food. And you and your food will bake despite In N Out futile attempts to place a small roof over the seating area. I don't know who's brilliant idea was to not have a seating area enclosure with AC but obviously they don't live in southern California. Drive thru only unless you want your little buns to bake sitting outside. read more

I love the food, truly, as a Californian and I've never been one to complain since In-N-Out has always been consistent but this location is arguably the worst I've been to. The first time I went when I first moved to the area my food came out lukewarm/cold. Keep in mind that I can walk here from where I live so there is no reason why the temp should have been what it was. Corporate at the time reached out to me and apologized which I appreciated. I went today and found a straw wrapper in my burger. I was given my drink with the straw already in my cup so I know for certain it wasn't my own doing since I didn't have a straw. Initially I thought it was the wrapper from the burger but the labeling on it was definitely from the straw. I think I'll be going to another location going forward since 2 bad experiences is a not a good look. read more

Amazing experience at In-N-Out! The service was outstanding from start to finish. The girls outside taking orders were fast, friendly, and very kind, which made everything move smoothly. When we got to the cashier window, I was really impressed by Madelyn. She was handling payments and going back and forth between both windows super quickly. I loved how efficient and focused she was, it honestly amazed me how fast she moved while still being pleasant. She truly stood out. Best drive thru cashier ever! I did not have to repeat one item or tweak what I wanted...as in lite ice and grilled onions. The left side drive thru took more than 10 min before we reached the window to pick up our order. The burgers were great. The fries were not, no bueno. They looked and tasted like they were from the bottom of the warmer. There was not one fry larger than an inch and a half long. They were all super crunchy, not a soft fresh normal sized fry in the boat! Such a disappointment. We can't afford to eat out much. So when we do it is with great thought about what and where we will eat. I'm very bothered by the quality of my fries vs what I spent on them. I'm sure the wait time contributed to them being cold. Went here, got promptly ignored while they helped people who came in after me, it was absolutely dead save for 2 or 3 other cars, reverse out of the drive thru after 5 minutes, go to the window, get prompted to come to the window, get glared at by the woman taking an order, I start to make an order and she sternly tells me to hold on, takes another order and walks off. Leaving me at the window. It wasnt even busy. At this point they either had some issue with me or were itching to leave. Went to the one by the mills and got better service. Drove back by shortly after they closed, everyone was gone from that location, no cars in the parking lot 15 minutes after close. It's weird to see an all outdoor in n out! This location is more apt for the drive thru and not so much for the walk up orders. It has two drive thru lanes on each side of the building. The ordering plain and simple. Had no issues with the meal itself just know this has no inside services. There is nowhere to get extra ketchup or refills on your drink. If you need a refill you have to walk back across the drive thru lane to get a refill. read more

THIS IN N OUT IS FINALLY BACK! They been open since Aug 23, 2024 and they did an amazing job of reconstructing it and make it more customer friendly! There is plenty of parking now that is not being blocked by the drive thru line like at every other in n out, they have an indoor/outdoor feel patio that has plenty of shaded area to eat, and let's not forget the service and food, TOP NOTCH! I order a Double double animal style with Raw onions and animal fries and I've never this particular hamburger look like this. It was clean, fresh, and full of flavor! The animal fries had a good spread, to grilled onion ratio and the root beer was very "rooty." The location is kind of hidden off the 10 fwy, but once you find it, you'll want to go back again and again! 5 STARS for construction, ambience, and service...oh and of course, their impeccable food!
