Every time I go here I ask for the same sauce, and every single time they give me the wrong one. The staff always hands your bag out the window super hasty like and never ask if you need anything else. I went through the drive thru my total was $20.10 paid cash, they didn't give us our full order my daughter went inside to tell them the manager told her there's nothing he can do because we didn't get the receipt he refused to give her our missing item. I called spoke to a lady who hung up on me when I was speaking I called again spoke to the manager he said their system doesn't show my order or total he printed out a receipt that was for $10.21 which was paid with a Visa card (not my credit card) none of the items listed is what we ordered he then said he doesn't have time right now he is busy! This location was under construction so the lobby was closed. This left the drive thru the only option. It's also close to a mall, so all the businesses are close to each other and it didn't help that barely any lights were on. My order was taken quickly and accurately, but I could barely hear the worker through the speaker. The line was fairly long since the lobby was closed, but it moved in a timely manner. RUDE Had me waiting in the drive-through for over 13 minutes. I was at the menu ordering looking at the breakfast menu I was talking to the cashier at 10:58, and I placed my order at 10:59 She was looking up to see if there's a deal for my breakfast order as she did that the clock flipped to 11 and she said oh you can't have breakfast anymore so I asked to speak to the manager because I already have placed my breakfast menu they can still continue to make it since I ordered with the cashier before 11 and then she told me no more lunch. Please ask her to come by time I pull up to the first window after the cars moved up Because the manager never came to the window they left me there for several minutes without opening the window. I was told by three different people. They were the managers and everybody was saying they were the manager. They were the manager when I was asking to speak to the manager, it was just crazy. I haven't videotaped young kids making $18 an hour at McDonald's trying to punish me for asking to speak to the manager to request them to make my breakfast. She brought out or food but was missing the Big Mac and the McFlurry. We told her and she said she would go back and get it. She came back and gave us the Big Mac but forgot the McFlurry. Since the fries were already cold I asked for new fries. She came back with the McFlurry and 2 more fries and asked for the cold fries back. I can't comment on the food, however, I work for a food service delivery app (ie UberEATS). When this location gets busy, they seem to struggle keeping up with the long lines of customers. It's chaotic and watching them stresses me out. I come here for my customers who place an order to be delivered. If you have time to kill (don't mind waiting a long time) and you're picking up for yourself, you'll be fine. Or order outside peak hours (lunch or dinner hours). Also if you ordered food delivery, have a little patience for your driver. Sometimes the wait time is out of their control. read more

They call my number to go pick up my meal and I ask them what's the point of getting a number to display at my table then? manager says they don't have enough people so they can't take the food to the tables as it's supposed to work. Bad, Really Bad! Dirty, Really Dirty! I had to get a quick bite to eat for dinner one night, and I thought I'd stop by at McDonalds to get some to-go food. First, I cringed because I only eat at McDonalds about 1-2 times a year. I took a chance and stopped in. While ordering, I looked towards the fountain drink stand and saw that it was disgusting dirty. Completely covered with spilled soda, trash, and extra containers (see picture). Filthy. But, I still took a chance and ordered. I got the Swiss Mushroom Angus Burger combo. The "Large" fries were filled only 1/2 way, but were pretty tasty. My biggest dissapointment was the burger. One bite into the Swiss Mushroom Angus Burger, and I felt like I had pulled someone's leftover old burger out of the trash to eat. It was hard, tough, and cold. My first impression was that it was warmed over 3+ times. One bite of the burger, I threw it out. I guess my diet should thank McDonalds. Nasty. read more
