My sweets: (Wrapper crinkle noise.) "What the hell???! Was my burger made... yesterday?" Me: (snickering around and almost snorting soda up my nose.) My sweets got a mcdouble which had a bun torn in almost clear in half. Both our burgers looked stepped on as well. Lose 2 stars right off the bat for something that looks like Burger King! Typically McDonald's has engineered thee perfect hot crisp fry. This is the only location that I've ever had bland fries. The burger patty was also not salted. They mixed up our drink order to top it all off as well. Though the ripped bun was hilarious, this definitely is my least fav McD's & there are other fast food options around. p.s. Drive thru is also a fiasco. Two order lanes merge into one and suddenly people don't realize the "every other car" rules of merging. Yikes. read more

Wow I never thought I should have checked reviews to go to McDonalds. I go to order in the drive through. All is fine. Nice lady. I leave to bring the food back to our hotel so we are at at Courtyard Marriott. Get to my room and two sasage egg McMuffins are not there. No problem. Sucks because we are on a tight schedule with our soccer game today. I go back and go through the same drive through. The lady tells me to proceed to the window after I explain and when I get there the "manager" asks me if I had earlier called. I tell him no I just came back from my hotel. He can check the receipt. He tells me I needed to call. I ask why I just came back after they messed up my order and he says I will have to ask the other manager. I tell him go get the other manager. I didn't come back on a $31 bill to try and get two extra McMuffins for $5. He tells me I need to move my car, call the complaint line, and come back tomorrow. WTF they messed up my food and I need to call and come back tomorrow??? He says I have ten minutes before he calls the cops. Now I call the number on the receipt and refuse to move from the line. Nice lady is taking my information and the "manager" says to me I need to move. What is my license number. "I am calling the cops" he says. He goes to the front of my vehicle to appear he is taking pictures. I should have smiled for him... I am letting the lady on the McDonald's complaint line know what is going on and she is apologizing telling me they will let the restaurant know. So now I need to wait for an off location rep call the restaurant I am at to research whether they have me two McMuffins? Are you serious? I ask when I am getting my sandwiches and she says she doesn't know but will call the location. Now 8 minutes in the same original manager walks to the drive through window and gives me two sandwiches and demands the receipt that he won't give back and takes. Where is accountability? I can't wait to see if he spit in my sandwiches. Pull video please. This guy needs to be fired and the process for McDonalds customer service is ridiculous. Is it this way everywhere? Most irritating location and the employees are about as bright as a wet match in a dark cave

I don't know what to say.....I went through the drive-thru today to order lunch and of course because the McRib is back. Well I was expecting long and slow service since it was lunch time, but today's experience was awesome! I placed my order and drove to pay and immediately the next window my order was ready at the window. I guess all I can really say is good job to the team today. read more

It should really be half a star. Public restrooms shouldn't be locked and people should be subject to employee's or lack thereof when trying to use those facilities for health and well being. After one employee "said" they would unlock the restroom, I observed both her and another employee go outside to bring food orders to waiting vehicles after I entered the business first. This is bad management of staff and total inconsideration of your customers. What if I had a bladder issue or any other health issue where I needed to wash or relieve myself in an emergency. That's why they should be unlocked during business hours and if customers are in the store. Let's not mention that it doesn't look like it's been cleaned or serviced lately. That would a health code violation at least and you should hire more people. Otherwise you have customers not washing their hands before eating their food, potentially workers not washing their hands before returning to work. Keep those facilities for your customers open. read more

Was asked to wait after 6 min got my order but the fries where cold and one of my hamburgers did not have extra mayo

Didn't want to write a bad review since the two ladies running the drive thru were very nice but my Iced Caffe Latte was awful. It was all milk, no espresso. It was legit like drinking a glass of iced milk through a straw. I got a VERY slight occasional coffee taste in the back of the throat but that was it. I'll stick with Starbucks when it comes to coffee. It's just that this McDonald's was right across the street from where I was. read more

If you want to find the worst McDonald's, this is it. Bad service, slow service. The drive thru is a joke. They're always out of stock and always running behind. Even if you "pull forward" like they want you to it takes an extremely long time to get your order, which will probably be wrong. read more

This is the absolute WORST McDonald's I've ever gone to. IF I COULD GOVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. We placed a mobile order and they NEVER gave us our food. And what's worse instead of helping us when we showed them the order on the app they said they would talk to their manager and NEVER CAME BACK. After waiting for OVER AN HOUR and trying to show them the order we left. We called to see them if we could speak to someone about a refund because they completely ignored us in store, the phone rang forever and when they finally answered they said they couldn't help with mobile order refunds, they said to call a 1800 number for help with a refund and that they don't do refunds for mobile orders. Worst service ever! I ordered a happy meal for my daughter. And I decided I wanted a mcflurry so i tried to call over what looked like a manager (Sergio), he looked straight at me and walked away! He was so rude!! And then this wonderful lady came to see what i needed. Super sweet!! The guy that decided to walk away and ignore me comes back and starts to give her problems. She apologized and said that she would get it for me right away! Slow service using the mobile order app. Very disappointed in the french fries...they were sadly undercooked - limp and cold, like they were taken out of the fryer way too early. Dirty dirty dirty. I never eat at McDonald's and the one time I do they disappoint me with a filthy restaurant. Ketchup packets that look like they were taken off of tables and put back in the box to hand out. Lots of homeless people filling the seats. Not recommended. I just stopped going to this specific McDonald's. I understood when most locations shutdown the self-serve soda fountains during Covid. But now, all other locations have it open again, EXCEPT for this one. And it hasn't been open any time I've come in. My last visit to this location was the last straw. Since the self-serve fountain was shut down, all refills had to be at the counter. This location REFUSED to refill my drink more than once. They shut down the fountain, but refuse to provide more than one refill. I'm not visiting this one again. read more

The service is terrible there! They were busy but the employees completely ignored us. A customer said customers need help. A female employee started to assist but the manager said stay where you are. Don't go help anyone unless I tell you to. The Manager walked right in front of me and ignored me. Had a group of kids being louder than ever in this McDonald's, talking about who they would have sexual intercourse with and what not, all the while there's a mother with her kids sitting across the way.
