This is probably the worst location I have ever been to in my life. There is no sense of urgency or quality whatsoever. The food is always cooked way too far ahead and when they make a burger, the meat is always super dry and nasty. Nuggets are always stale because they sit in a heated drawer waiting to be sold. Inside of store is nasty. Tables are always dirty . Seriously have no idea how they aren't getting fined for it being filthy. So bad that I no longer even bother stopping there. I just ordered from here about 20 mins ago I got home I was fixing to eat my burger but it was covered in onions little bit of fresh a lot of cooked onions and burnt ones and char from the grill I'm not really worried about that but I specifically asked for a plain double cheese burger and that's all I wanted all on it not to mention they gave me a medium unsweetened tea with my order ,my order was just the 5 dollar meal the size of the drink is a small idc that you gave me a medium but I mean if you gonna mess the size up on the drink at least get the drink right cuz I wanted a half sweet and half unsweetened tea read more

Stopped for a quick bite while passing though. First, we arrived about 7pm on Sunday and the dining room door was locked. Then we went to the drive through and ordered a spicy chicken meal, the Kerwin Frost Big Mac Box and a hamburger meal. Tried to order a Frappe but was informed the machine was down for cleaning. Finally got up to the window and was informed that they no longer have the Kerwin Frost boxes. Oh and they don't have any kids meal toys either. Upon getting our food I have to say it was one of the nicest looking Big Macs I've ever received. The bun was nice and soft, well formed and not smashed for once and it was very well put together. The fries though, pretty gross, like they had been sitting for a while and cooked in old grease. When we asked why the dining room was closed the girl at the drive through (I think her name was Rain) seemed confused about our statement then said it might be because there is only 5 of them there trying to run everything. To be fair, Rain was very friendly and apologetic, you could tell she was working as quick as she could and she did a great job keeping the drive through line moving. read more

Disgusting, the food was cold and they charged us for a basket of fries and gave us a medium, and the pies were gummy and hard. The manager was a big joke, very immature and all the workers act like toddlers. but what do you expect the manager might be a teenager, but that's pushing it. read more

Pretty darn good. After reading the reviews on here, I was reluctant to go :/. Overall, Food was good. Service was excellent and the place was fairly clean. I had 3 children with me and one of the workers (manager, I assume) was so nice and carried my food to the play area. My hands were full. He even returned with ketchup and napkins for us. Ordered a Big Mac meal this morning. The meat patty they use is about the size of a sausage patty. So the sandwhich is basically all bread! I didn't order a bread and lettuce sandwhich I ordered a Big Mac. I'm sure your profit margin is well enough you could at least put the appropriate size of meat patty on your sandwich. For the first time in over six months, I let my daughter talk me in to going to this sorry excuse for a restaurant. We drove thru at about 7pm and ordered a cheeseburger Happy Meal. I tried to order an apple pie, but they, "don't have any down" and there would be a 14 minute wait, if I still wanted them. Way to discourage a sale! I passed on the pie. We get to the window to pay only to be ignored. When the window is opened, the amount is repeated, no greeting, order not repeated for accuracy, no thank you. Window shut. Ok next window to get food. No one there. For a good two minutes. Some poor guy was standing at the counter inside also being totally ignored while crew members talk to each other, sweep, make drinks, etc. Finally, the window opens and a drink and bag of food are handed out by a guy saying only, "Here ya go." No greeting, no thank you, no NAPKINS, and no ketchup. While I was waiting for this young man to return to the window so I could get napkins and ketchup, I called the customer service number on the window. Yes, I did tell them why I will not be returning to their "restaurant" and why fast food workers do not deserve better pay. While I realize a crew is only as good as they've been trained, McD's can do better. They might look into how Chick-Fil-a and Culver's hires and trains their employees as a model. My husband didn't just have bad service...he had a hostile/violent employee try and jump across the counter to assault him. After ordering and waiting...and having to pull forward...he goes inside to find out why the order has been delayed for 30 min. When he went in and inquired about our order an employee became angry, began shouting, and started acting out violently. Hoping the entire event was caught on their tape and they are cooperative. This employee belongs in jail and this location needs a major clean up. Needless to say what was supposed to be quick and easy has turned into a lengthy event as my husband has been there for over an hour. read more
