I thoroughly enjoy this place!! Very nice atmosphere. They have lots of neat paintings and firehouse equipment on the walls to look at! Everything is of a firehouse theme and I LOVE IT! It's an establishment with a PURPOSE! They raise monies for charities!! My first visit was so very impressionable! We sat and visited with the owner. This man is kindhearted and down to earth! He owns it, runs it, trains his own employees with the kindest, most patient heart, and he works there! A man with a mission and integrity! He told us all about his business and their goals. He is very community minded. Before I even received my food, I was ready well hooked! The workers had tables set up along the walls with boxes of food items stacked. They were making care packages to send to the Hurricane Ida victims!! They won my heart and my business!! The staff were all very well mannered and polite. They were all working together as a team! They kept everything running smoothly and smiled all the time. They greeted everyone who entered in. I especially loved the fact that they all took turns checking the bathrooms regularly and cleaning them very often! I judge all restaurants by the cleanliness, neatness, and sanitary conditions of their restrooms and whether or not they are stocked well with toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. Now for the FOOD! I love Boars Head deli meats! A HUGE plus for me, especially because they're all 100% real meat and GLUTEN FREE! YES!!! And they have gluten free bread!!! I ordered the Firehouse Sub Club!! It was PERFECTION!! That's all I order every time I go! The bread is perfect. You cannot tell that it's gluten free at all. The sandwich is LOADED!! I get full on eating only half, but i keep on going because it's so very, very good !! I get the combo which adds a drink and a bag of chips(my fave is Lay's plain baked chips). They have this super awesome fountain drink machine that has probably a hundred different flavors to choose from! My favorite is Fanta Peach Zero!!! YEA!! They have a drive thru window for those on the go. We prefer dine in; we want the whole experience! It's a fun place to be! Very clean, neat, and tidy. There's always someone in the dining area cleaning tables and wiping down the fountain drink area. And they have TVs on the walls to watch the games! There's plenty of tables and chairs, yet not too crowded! It's a very nice place for couples, or bigger parties, and it's a perfect place for families with children and babies to dine as well! read more

No complaints. I didn't order ahead, just went in, ordered, and got my sandwich to-go. The parking lot is a little tight, especially with the drive-thru around the end. The staff were friendly. The wait to get my sandwich wasn't long. My sandwich (Club on a Sub = tremendous) was fresh and piled high. The dining area could have used a sweeping/cleaning, but it wasn't nasty or gross. My visit was good enough that I downloaded their app onto my phone. Time will tell how that works out. I will definitely be back. read more

My favorite sandwich is the club on a sub. You can really tell that the ingredients in all of their sandwiches is very fresh. They also bake their own bread! The service is always fast and the people are nice. read more

The past three time I've been to Firehouse sub at this location has been terrible. Once it took 30 min to make one footlong sub and the other two time I got the wrong order even when the drive thru repeated the order to me. They need a staff of management change. read more

Wow. Just wow. Never ever have I been so hungry for my favorite chocolate and cream cookie but today was that day. This morning, we left our beautiful Florida rental house after spending one last spring break together before college. We laughed, we cried, but it was time to head back to our home: the Lone Star State. Our 9 hour car ride was treacherous. Across 5 states we drove tirelessly through tunnels, over rivers, in daylight and in moonlight. In Alabama, we were blessed with a Bucees stop where we were able to relieve ourselves and purchase food to fuel us on the rest of our journey. I slept through Mississippi and when we got to Louisiana we quickly realized what we needed: Oreos. Elissa and I planned to purchase the cream filled cookies at our next stop. As I look up from my laptop screen and glance at my surroundings, I find we are headed towards a Circle K. An excellent place to find Oreos if you ask me. But my happiness is suddenly squashed as my friend amanda reaches to pull open the janky glass double doors of the dirty Circle K to find that the mofo is CLOSED ON WEEKENDS. Outrage is sparked. Twelve tired Texans need a bathroom and snacks to continue their trek home, but Circle K will be of no help to them. We quickly try to find an alternative. One look down the busy street and we spy The Golden Arches. Aha! Perhaps McDonald's will be our saving grace, right? Wrong. That mofo won't let costumers inside. Once again, our plans have been foiled! Looking for a last resort, my dad has spotted a firehouse subs... At first I was suspicious, maybe they wouldn't be open, maybe they wouldn't let us use their bathrooms, what if they judged us for our ugly road trip outfits...? But no. Firehouse subs became our paradise. I desperately open the door (but not after I stared at my crystal clear reflection in the sparkly clean double glass doors) and am greeted by the beautiful smells of sandwiches. Elissa and I were grateful to have found an open store with a beautifully clean bathroom, but disappointed because we would be unable to buy the Oreos we craved. But alas, I ask the employees if they happen to have any ounce of Oreo whatsoever, and I am pleasantly surprised by their answer. They whisper to each other and then announce to us that they do, in fact, have Oreos in their break room. Elissa and I plead to them that we would do anything for an Oreo and because of their infinite generosity and kind souls they come to us with two packs of 6 Oreos each. Our eyes light up at the sight of the crisp blue packaging. Those were the best Oreos we have ever eaten. Elissa and I would like to personally thank the amazing employees at this firehouse subs for not thinking that we are insane, or for at least not saying it out loud. Y'all made our whole day so thank you so much. This is the best firehouse subs EVER and I just know that they would go out of their way to make you a darn good sandwich. read more

What a disaster of a restaurant. I pulled into an empty empty drive through and was asked to wait. Five minutes later they finally take my order. I pull forward and wait another 12 minutes for my one sandwich. When I finally see someone inside he is manhandling the sandwich holding it on its side. No apology no explanation nothing. I pull around and look into an empty restaurant and realize they are just incompetent. They have messed up my order every time I come but we have let it go, now I will not return again. read more

Wow ! We were very impressed with our sandwiches. You really get what you pay for. They were loaded with meat and cheese. The veggies were crisp and not soggy. The bread was very good and wasn't soggy. (Soggy bread is something that I can't stand and I will throw a sandwich away because of it.) I'm glad they put one close to us. We will definitely be back.
