I had the worst service at this McDonald's today. All the manager wanted to do was argue with me. He looked like he was all about 12 years old. I will not be going back to the store because they're very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I almost wanted to go through my window and punch him but that's not the type of person I am. Im not from the area, but everytime I visit I make sure I stop by this specific location. The food is always fresh and the staff are friendly . I wanted to recognize Bryce, one of the employees. Her customer service skills is superb! She takes pride in the work she does and serving the customers. She makes you feel like you're in a 5 star restaurant instead of just a fast food place. Her food delivery is well organized . She even made sure we had the condiments we requested and she added napkins. She served us with a bright and genuine smile. In her "downtime" you can observe her sweeping the floors to make sure the restaurant stays clean. It's almost like she's the only employee there. Thanks Bryce!!! read more

Having a nice late lunch and the manager is at the front yelling at the top of her lungs about some guy saying hello to one of her employees. Then she says, "you need to mop the floors" at the top of her lungs. So when we finished I went up front to say something to the manager about how loud she was but she was gone and another manager is behind the counter mopping and chewing her employees out in front of us. I would never work for an employer that does that!! How embarrassing and so unnecessary....simply talk to them at a better time. Won't be going back to this McDonalds any time soon, and it is the closest one to my house. read more

I recently ordered a chicken sandwich meal that wasn't made properly. I called the next day and the manager was very understanding and told me to come on in and they will replace it. The following day I went in and sure enough they replaced my meal. The manager was very kind and apologized for the inconvenience. I rate them 4/5 stars because I understand that accidents happen, however the service they gave back was great and I didn't expect that coming from McDonald's. I will continue to visit this restaurant, just now I will remember to check my orders before I leave. read more

The best McDonalds around, the night shift is exceptionally good. My order was fast, couldn't have been more then like 2 minutes. Came prepped better than any fast food joint I've been too. Most are sloppy and all over the place, this one however made it look just like the commercials. When I went to this McDonalds around 10pm I went to order a Double Quarter Pounder With Cheese meal and two additional cheeseburgers with fries, for my child who is allergic mustard so I had asked them to remove the mustard with additional customization to her liking (-onion,-pickle,+mayo). When I received the food the whole order was janked. I got a Quarter Pounder which looked like it was thrown together from a trashcan. The cheeseburgers both had tickets on it as to how to customize it but they both came out with mustard, one with mayo. The fries were cold and soggy and not even filled up. And it wasnt like i could really complain about it because they didnt give us a receipt when we paid. Was not given a receipt, forgot part of my order( I ordered 2 mc chickens and 1 small fry,, she repeated the order back to me which equals out to 3.51 but 1 of the mc chickens were left out) and the manager on crew made it seem like us as the customers were wrong even though in that situation we were not. Very slow night shift crew. My friends that also ordered's food was messed up(missing condiments or add ons/ had things that were asked to take off but weren't taken off), food wasn't well made. read more

I have been here several times and every time I get terrible service and terrible food!!! Last time I went through the drive thru I heard the employees talking crap about my order cussing me and all. I told the manager if they are going to talk about me this way that they need to at least turn the mics off. He laughed said "sorry". Order was still wrong! Tonight I went through the drive thru waited 20 minutes at the first window and ended up asking for a refund while I was still sitting there. Instead he moved the cars up finally and gave me my food. Burger wrong but correct on the receipt. As always. Fries nasty cold soggy. No straws for our drinks. I called and complained and when I have time tomorrow I will go back for a refund. Ordered at the drive-thru & had to return to the store because the burger was covered in salt. It looked like some one had spilled salt & tried to wipe it off. The "manager" YAMIL never apologized or took any responsibility. When I pointed out that he should at least apologize for the inconvenience. He said it wasn't his job to deal with angry customers. Then he accused me of cursing at him, but backed tracked & admitted I never used any profanity or even raised my voice. He hid it his office when I asked for his supervisor's name. If you want your food messed up, cold, over salted and to deal with horrible customer service then this is the place for you. For years this restaurant has been a joke. It never fails that they always get our order wrong But this past time I'm extremely upset about. My daughter has celiacs disease and can only eat ghee hamburger patty itself and the fries. Well while watching them make her food (along w other customers food) I watch them not only not changing their gloves as per requested by me so there was zero cross contamination, I watch them takea hamburger patty out of the tray, put it on a peice of bread, only to remove it from the bread and Put it back into the tray - cross contaminating ALL the meat in the tray now and also possibly sending my daughter to the er for the next 10hours had we not watched it. We had to have the manager make them Put new meat down and throw away the old meat (which is what you're supposed to do anyways). The poor manager was trying to get a hold of his employees but they were ALL disrespectful and yelling at him. This has always been and will always be a horrible store. The owners should really sell it to the 2 ladies who own all the others around them - those ones we never have problems with and they're always super clean! read more

I would like to freely give my two cents since this McDonald's deliberately took mine from me with out hesitation. Worst service EVER! When we arrived we were told the kiosk was not working. I'm beginning to think the workers were afraid of being replaced, which wouldn't be a bad thing. I placed my order and paid with cash. The young man who took my order went to give me change and shorted me $.02. Instead of getting correct change or calling a manager over to get correct change, his response was "Yeah sorry I don't have any more pennies." Then proceeded to take the next customers order. I asked another worker about the incident and they responded he should have ask for more change. Nothing was ever corrected and I just cant help but wonder how many more people has this worker refused to give the correct amount of change? And is he just pocketing what he refused to give to the customer? I won't return to this location and I will be contacting HQ. read more
