I kinda didn't want to have to leave a 1 star review for this place because it's decently clean at least for a McDonald's but the service of one particular male manager, (or at least he said he was a manager when I called) was just too insulting. I understand if you're not happy with your McDonald's career but you don't have to take it out on every customer who uses the drive thru. It's hard to describe fully in text how offensive he was but this person would not let me finish a single sentence without cutting me off saying "ok" and then "is that it" and then "first window". It was just kinda shocking that a person I had no prior interaction with was immediately coming at me with such a demeaning and entitled attitude. Im sitting in my car having a good day ready for some food after work and then suddenly I'm talking to someone who seems personally mad at me and is trying to deride/ make me feel bad. What's crazy is my Mom went through the drive thru that same day and she literally called me later that night and told me how rude the drive thru guy at McDonald's was to her. Been coming here since they opened a few years ago. Never had any problems so far. We utilize the McD app and use all the promo coupons and discounts. The points add up fairly quickly and you can save a few bucks on every order. By using the app and mobile code, the drive thru is fast and efficient. When busy or if you have a large order the #3 parking spot is an easy turn from the drive thru and they bring it out by the side door. read more

This place is horrible. I got off work at 10 and decided to come here, it was 11:15 or so by the time we arrived here. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese. They gave me a one patty dried up piece of meat with cheese slapped on with pickles and it was absouletly nasty. my sister ordered a pepsi and they came out with a large black coffee that the worker took and dumped out. the service was horrible. workers were horrible. do not recommend. If I could give it 1/2 star I would do that. Went to McDonald's on 179th and Wolf Road and ordered a meal that was to include the new collector glass. I didn't get a receipt and as it turned out I didn't get the glass either. When I went back 5 hours later I was told that I couldn't get the glass because I didn't have a receipt. I asked to talk to a manager and the kid at the window said there wasn't really one there. I asked what that meant and he said there wasn't one there and I should wait until tomorrow and call. I asked for the number to this store and he told me I could look it up. So I did and I called and I spoke to manager and he said that so many people were saying they didn't get the glass so they could get another one for free. And if I had my receipt it would help. Now....let's think this through.....let's say I had a receipt and said I didn't get the glass......I could still be just trying to get another glass. I am sure these glasses cost McDonald's about 20 cents. If an old lady tells you she didn't get a glass just give her the f&^% glass and move on. So he asked for my name and now I need to go back tomorrow to get the glass. Went back today and as promised - oh wait no..,,,they told me that I wasn't charged for the "special glass" meal because they were out if them when I placed my order, Do you think someone might have told me that when I placed that order???? Or any of the other times I showed up or called? You do understand that it's not about the glass, it is about Customer Service or lack of it in this case. Just train your employees better. read more

I love their pancakes. They are so fluffy and sweet. Better than any pancake house! I order Americano's and they are pretty good here. They really use espresso and water. Salads are pretty consistent. Burgers good. Chicken sandwich very good! They discontinued the cranberry muffin!! Why? But apparently all mcdonald's discontinued it. I really don't know why to say came through the drive through near 530am when ordering a meal and two coffee. I requested if they could make a fresh pot ! She said No! I asked when was it made she stated I have 3 or 4 pots on and I am not going to make another pot I made all at 5:00 am . The way she stated what she was not going to do was very rude. Ok if you read through these reviews you'll see some consistency in the problems at this location. First of all, I could walk to this location from home so you can imagine how I frequent this place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. In one weeks time here's what happened: For breakfast a breakfast burrito was stone cold in the middle. Gag. For lunch I ordered a southwest salad with grilled chicken. No salad dressing or utensils. Another lunch I ordered the Artisan chicken sandwich. The bun was stale. Today I went through around 10:45 to get my salad to bring to work for lunch later. I even tell the drive through order taker to make sure I get salad dressing because I didn't get any last time. I drive up and they give me someone else's order which was pancakes. Thank goodness I checked the bag before I drove away. I agree with other reviews on here this one is clean but the service is a joke. When you are on the go and don't have a lot of time but need that something to get you through, here they are pretty quick, and open late. I do not normally go to McDonalds but I saw a line of cars in the drive through and thought this place must be excellent to have so many clamoring for their food. Upon entering this establishment I came upstairs n their varied many and perused the items hoping upon hope that they had Foie gras as I had a taste for the liver of a goose. It was not to be found. They must be animal rights activists that run this establishment. I asked the young girl at the counter what their speciality was and she told me the Big Mac was one of their finer dishes. I placed the order along with some French fries, I no longer call them freedom fries now that the French have come fully on board with our war against Muslim countries #jesuischarlie I wonder how these French fries will be served, I am imagining they will be garnished with black truffles . I ask for their wine list and am told they do not have one. How peculiar for a restaurant that serves French food. To my horror no baguettes either. My food bill comes to 6.30 cents. Imagine that, the Big Mac meal , their finest offering and it is only just over 6 dollars. The wait is not long for my entree, so glad I did not ask for their freedom onion soup. Strangely the food is in a box and a carton. This must be a new style , the creativity of chefs these days knows no bounds. I am impressed. I open up the box and there lies this lettucey thing with some kind of salad dressing on it. It is cold and damp. This must be an artistic statement of some kind. Possibly a commentary on the ill treatment of the Intuit natives at the turn of the last century. I am impressed by the chefs social concerns but I had wished that the food was hot. I took a bite . I am glad that I sat close to the toilet as I made a run for it. They must have been upset that I ordered the foie gras originally. They are making me pay for it. I know when I have been defeated. My pomme frites were hot but lacking any French accoutrements. This must be French cooking under the Vichy government when the Germans took away their cream and tried to make them eat sausages. Completely defeated I made my way to the exit sign as I heard a cackle of teenage girls laughing at me as I tripped over the yellow wet floor alert signal. Looking for some thing new at Mickey D's? why not try the new "Daily Double Burger?" This burger when cooked fresh is pretty darn good. It has lettuce, fresh sweet tomatoes and a small amount of onion and two meat patties. You can have it with mayo or without and cheese or no cheese. I was terribly disappointed in the manager and staff at this McDonalds this morning. My hubby and I stopped in for a breakfast sandwich. The price advertising for breakfast items were not very obvious as they rotate on their board and the 2 for $4 seldom appeared. So we just ordered Egg McMuffins. I'd think an upstanding company like McD's would advise a customer that this particular item was not 2 for $4 as the other similar sandwiches are. So I paid $11 for 2 sandwiches and a small juice. Outrageous!!! But more so, I watched as an older gentleman went to get his coffee refilled. The girl at the counter overfilled his cup and of course as he tried to carry it back, his cup collapsed and it spilled on his hands. The girl simply said, oops guess there was too much in there. The man was in pain for several minutes, but all that was said was the girl and the manager saying are you ok? No one came out from behind the counter to help him carry his cup back, or give him a tray, a cup lid or anything!! Then, to boot, after he carried his coffee back, all the workers behind the counter, including the manager, snickered and laughed...instead of coming to his aid, or later checking on his well being. I hope Mcdonalds provides some customer service training to its managers and trickles down to store workers! read more

Still worse of the worst. Tried to get a quick shake through the drive-thru the other morning, needed a little something filling for med test, but couldn't do food. Wait in the long line only to be told "our shakes are down", which is usually code for places like this that no one is taking the time to get that machine going for the day yet. So this morning I had the same need, so I called ahead. They wouldn't answer the phone! Too busy I suppose, screwing up everybody's orders. They are right behind my house. Set up shop a few years ago to no one's happiness as their bright drive-thru sign faces our homes. But the good news was, hey!....we have quick food, etc., if we need it. Turned out to be a worthless addition. Long lines, screwed up orders, over charges, half the staff is rude. Wish they would go out of business.
