Very bad place. Out of the four service kiosks, three were broken. The employee had a sour face, and the cherry on top: both the Big Mac and the Quarter Pounder came with old, dry, and hard buns. Horrible. Not even the fries saved it -- they were pure salt. Avoid this place at all costs. Place is not very clean with leftovers on some tables. read more

This is the only McDonald's that's in this area and they are always busy but they are efficient. There's never not a day where I am not told to park and wait for my food. But the food is always hot and fresh. We frequent this location, mainly because it's our only option. read more

Anyone coming to a McDonalds already has low expectations. This store has the honor of decimating even the lowest of low. This store in the heart of a upper middle class neighborhood fails on every level. High turn over of employees, poor quality of food and poorly trained employees. Restaurant is usually clean but managed extremely poorly overall. Been to this store more than 20 times in 2 years and every time I walk away shaking my head. Worst McDonalds I've ever been through, unless you like uncooked meat and cardboard burgers this one might be for you. When I went inside the restaurant to speak with the manager because that was the third time they gave me a raw quarter pounder the manager handled the situation very well but grill guy was very busy talking to another woman employee, both not doing anything while the drive through was fairly busy. This one for the grill guy, brother looks almost 40 but at the same time an IQ of a toddler because if you can't cook a burger at a macdonalds you should really reconsider your life choices my guy. Be ready to wait because for them you are not the priority, I've sat at the drive through window for 10 minutes while seeing the employees talking and joking inside. Well...came through drive-thru on our way to a meeting for a "quick" meal and that didn't happen. 20 minutes later we finally got our food handed to us. Service was terrible. The girl was apologetic but no attempt to refund money or for a manager to engage in the process was NON-EXISTENT! Always the same ... I guess we are the fools for thinking it would be different. Oh yeah, and the lid wasn't on our salad all the way either which made a mess. Same thing. A lot of money for sub-par food and service! And order wasn't a hard order either...a Big Mac meal and 2 grilled chicken salads. I need to just stop trying and hoping that things will be different. read more

It's McDonald's that should be enough said. Don't expect to much. This location is off of a very busy main road sort of attached to a WaWa's gas station. If you don't know that you could miss the entrance. The big problem here is the construction to the apartment complex that is literally being built about 1,000 feet from the front door. Trust me, this is an issue for sure. There is 2 lines for the drive thru that do not seems to help much. Always seemed to get the special order cheeseburger wrong. Love their ice coffee. They do seem to make the iced coffee right each and every time. Fries are good. They are just salted enough. I  think I prefer their breakfast over the other food. I can never seem to get enough of the sausage mc muffins and hash browns. Love them when they are extra crispy and have not been sitting around under the hot lights. I do enjoy the sundaes though. Their restaurants at least in my eyes do all seem to need to be updated dated. Staff needs more training for customer service skills. Never seem happy to be here. read more

The drive thru line was very fast. The breakfast donut sticks tasted fresh. The sausage biscuit was nice and warm. The staff was friendly and kept a steady speed going for the drive thru. Overall I was very impressed with this McDonald's drive thru service. read more

Pros: Polite and friendly service, speed, food was pretty good Cons: Forgot the ketchup and napkins I haven't been to McDonald's in a while and found out there are new burgers out! Pico guacamole, sweet BBQ bacon, signature sriracha. All of them sounded delicious, but I settled on the signature sriracha. Service was speedy and I got my burger without too long of a wait. It tasted really good, which I was really surprised by. The level of spiciness was just right - I didn't feel like my tongue was on fire nor did I feel like there was 0 spiciness. Definitely planning on returning to try the pico guacamole burger! This location was the best McDonald's I've been to yet! read more

Went there after daughters soccer game. Pulled in at 11:01a and asked to order breakfast. Was told they stopped at 11. Asked if they still had any breakfast items lying around. Was told they threw them all away. Terrible, condescending attitude by lady talking the order. Why throw away exactly at 11? I bet this happens all the time but I guess being inflexible and stubborn works well enough. No wonder why Chick fil-A is killing it over McDonalds. Golden Arches used to stand for something good. We just left the drive through of this location, we were order # 74 and a fly was floating in the orange juice. When management was contacted, we were told that there was no way there could've been a fly in the drink. I took a picture of it and everything, this is truly disgusting, this has never happened to us at any other location. read more

I actually used to love this location, because it had a 24/7 dining room. For whatever reason, they always get my big mac wrong, so I stopped going. Also, it seems they almost always neglect to salt their fries properly. At one point, they forgot an entire layer to my big mac! Most commonly though, there's normally a lack of lettuce. Iceberg lettuce is super cheap, and you choose to skimp on one of the only "healthy" things about the burger? Granted, iceberg lettuce doesn't necessarily scream with nutrients, but it's pretty much one of the little things out of the entire meal with any nutritional value if you just order a big mac value meal. The most annoying thing though: last time I went through their drive-thru, I ordered 2 big macs, medium fries, and a large drink. The person who gave me my order must be blind or maybe lacks a sense of touch, because I received 1 big mac and a cheeseburger instead of the 2 big macs. I could understand if they were packed similarly, but seriously? How can you not tell the difference between a wrapped burger and a boxed burger? As if I didn't doubt our education system enough as it is... After, they made me park to wait for them to fix the mistake, which ended up taking them at least another 10 minutes. Where's the convenience? I thought this was fast food! I could've ordered a pizza in that time if I wanted to wait! I used to love this place when it 1st opened. I just came to this establishment because it's the closest to my house and I always give them the benefit of the doubt after they mess up my order every time. I asked for a black iced coffee and I received a mixture of ice sweet tea and coffee. The place is nice and has touch screen to place the order but their service inside is not good. Their was a gentleman waiting for 30 min for his order and the place was empty and to find out it was sitting on the counter all that time. Slowest Fast Food I've seen! Drive Thur is so slow. If you have more then one car in the drive thru plan on waiting for at least 15-20 min.
