I have tried In and Out and Whattaburger. The inside of the restaurant is very nice and clean. The burger and fries were really good. The price per meal was really high for fast food. I've had Shake Shake in 3 locations in Ny, Chicago, Las Vegas, 3 locations in CA and it's always a 10. The quality and consistency is always there. I always get the double Shack burger with fries. The burger and bun just melts in your mouth. It's pure heaven. It's ALWAYS served hot and never takes more than 5 to 8 minutes to get my food. I LOVE their crinkle fries. They ALWAYS are hot too. I always get the same order every time I come to shake shack which is a shack burger and the spicy cheese fries. It's honestly quality and fresh food every time I eat there. The food is flavorful and I never get tired of it. The service is usually pretty timely when you do curbside, which is what I mainly do. But doing a pickup order inside took much longer. Nobody really asks you if you need anything but that's fine because there isn't many employees and it's a busy location so I don't hold it against them. The ambiance is relaxed, nothing too crazy. Your typical burger spot. They transitioned over to self ordering on some tablets which I prefer but you still have the option to order with someone at the cash register. I'll probably come back and do curbside. If you've never had the fries I recommend them! One thing I really miss is the strawberry lemonade. It was a painful realization to see it not on the menu anymore :( The harvest lemonade was okay, I didn't care for it. Bring back the strawberry lemonade it was so good! :'((( read more

I'm almost sure that this is the only other location in Orlando besides the one on I-Drive. This location is usually decently busy so do be prepared to wait in a little bit of a line and wait also for your food (But I do think this location is a little less busy than I Drive). I'm always willing to wait for Shake Shack honestly, the outcome of the food is always so worth it! Burgers always taste freshly cooked with perfectly melted cheese and nice fresh toppings. I love the Shack Sauce that comes in the burger, I always ask for extra on the side for my fries. If you're willing to try something a little different than your normal cheeseburger, definitely try the smoke shack burger. The cherry peppers in it are a wonderful addition. Their dogs and chicken bites are awesome too. I also love their house BBQ sauce!! Try them with the fries or chicken! Fries are also wonderfully crisp and fresh. Only reason I don't give 5 stars for this awesome restaurant is because it's not exactly kept up to clean standard and they let dirty tables sit for a long time, some with plates and drinks still on it, when there's tons of people in line needing a place to sit.. and the staff isn't very friendly or personable. Aside from that, overall lovely food but the service/staff needs a little work.. I came for the hot ones burger after spending far too much money at ikea (you know how it goes). I've been to other shake shacks before and it's always been mid so I walked in with average expectations. First, dine in when possible. The staff here was so courteous and the food came out fresh and hot. Second, order the bacon cheese fries. Be indulgent, it's okay. The hot ones burger slapped (limited time only though) and we also got the mushroom and burger stack that also came with cheese? That should be in your regular rotation here if you visit. Also got the regular fries (so crispy for crinkle cut!) and the tiramisu shake (also seasonal) but was happy with the taste and consistency. Overall, it completely changed my outlook on shake shack. If I want a bit more of an elevated burger experience from McD's or Steak 'n Shake, I'm willing to come to this location. read more

Excellent location and great experience today. I had my normal smoke shack double and. my wife had the gluten-free hamburger. Also the fries were amazing. Both hamburgers were extremely fresh and delicious. We did notice that this restaurant and all guest areas are extremely clean with a high attention to the details cleanliness. This has got to be difficult as there is a huge amount of activity as well as lots of children. We saw an associate cleaning at the peak demand was hitting. The food came out pretty quickly in any associate we spoke with was friendly and accommodating. The music was also at a moderate to minor level which is more enjoyable. We would recommend ordering your food 'to go' even though you may eat in at the restaurant just to be on the cautious side as patrons tend to cluster right where the food is being served up. Overall this is a solid Shake Shack location. Definitely more spacious and less of a hassle to go to than the one on International Drive. The parking at this location alone makes it my preferred location. Service was quick and efficient, which is always appreciated. The best part of the meal was the fries. They always do a great job making it crispy on the outside while maintaining the fluffy interior. However, I was a little disappointed with the burger this time. It seems the bun wasn't cut evenly, meaning the bottom bun was incredibly thin. This caused the bottom half of my burger to essentially disintegrate during the eating process, making for a rather messy meal. But minus that minor issue, everything else was good. ShackBurger-single cheeseburger topped with lettuce, tomato, ShackSauce. Crinkle cut fries, for drinks, pink lemonade and fifty/fifty-half lemonade, half iced tea. We enjoyed our meal, the fries most of all. For some reason I noticed how good they were, crispy on the outside and hot and steamy and fluffy on the inside. They were really good. I am not much of a fan of the cheese for cheese fries so I went plain but nicely salted. The burger was not overcooked, the meat was tasty, the lettuce and tomato tasted fresh. The chicken breast was tasty, made even more so with a nice dousing of their honey-mustard sauce. The pink lemonade was sweet, a little too sweet. My first time at Shake shack will now be my last. Customer service is great, order came out fast and the restaurant is clean. I also like how on the menu list the calories for each item! Being vegetarian. I went with the shroom burger (550 calories) which is pretty much a fried portobello mushroom with melted cheese inside and Shake sauce . I took one bite and it was a huge disappointment. It was like biting into a greasy flavorless mushroom. The melted cheese inside wasn't very tasty and I just found it to be super greasy. I think fried anything taste good but this was not something I'd eat again. The Shake sauce though was tasty and wish they had put more of it in my burger! I really hope Shake shack puts a veggie patty burger on the menu so vegetarians and vegans have more than 1 option! Finally got to try this burger place out, and come to find out they have more than just burgers here. This location in front of the Millenia mall is clean with friendly staff. We came for a late lunch at 2-3pm and there was plenty of seating. We had to preset burgers obviously, but are willing to try next time their chicken bites. We got the smokehouse burger that comes with bacon and the classic Shake shack burger with two patties. Both were super fresh and juicy (tip keep the burger in the wrapper when eating). We got a side of fries which isn't standard with getting a burger, but worth it cuz they are crunchy and tasty. It tasted just like ice cream to me. I ordered a smoke shack single. My boyfriend ordered the smoke shack double. We also had the bacon cheese fries and a salted toffee shake. I have also noticed that they partner with P is for Pie offering local pies. Yum! What is not standard is the food itself. Shake shack excels above the rest by offering fresh cooked burgers packed with flavor! The bun seems to be conjoined at one end which creates a sort of pseudo hot dog bun except it fits a burger. Pretty neat, ay? This isn't to exclude the crispy and equally as tender, chicken sandwiches. The fries are crisp to perfection. The decor brings the phrase "modern minimalism" to mind. With sauces and everything else you could possibly need right beside the ordering counter the rest is pretty self explanatory. They even have a water fountain available for your hydration needs. When I used to live in NY there were a handful of Shake Shack locations, but not many. Now it's hard to find an area of Orlando that doesn't have a location, and rightfully so! Because I'm more of a Culver's fan when it comes to thick burgers and lots of toppings, I branched out on this visit and tried the limited edition Hot Honey Chicken sandwich, and was very impressed! It was super crispy, glazed with a good amount of honey and habanero sauce, and just the right size on their delicious bun. Of course I had a side of fries, and tried their ShackMeister draft Ale with a 4.8% ABV (always important to check!) which was refreshing and a nice pour size. My son frequents here with his dad & swears by it. So since he got straight A's he picked this to be his celebratory dinner. This location is attached to a Panera in the heart of the Millenia area, so you share a parking lot with Panera. From the outside it looks a little small, but the seating goes around to the side of the building. The menu is hanging above the line for customers. They have a variety of options for burgers, chicken, hotdogs, custard & other custard options for milkshakes or their version of a blizzard. There was 5 of us and our order equaled $75.00. We got 5 burgers, 4 fries, 3 drinks & 2 milkshakes. My husband later came and he got fries, burger and a drink and his cost $17.00. It's definitely not a favorite of mine, but it was good. The burgers were really greasy, so greasy that the buns were saturated and ended up being very floppy and gross. The burgers are given to you in little paper sleeves, they were soaked in grease too. I got a bunless burger with a lettuce wrap, it was good. Their fries were nice and crunchy with a good flavor. I couldn't finish the portion but oooh they were good.
