Big Mac, french fries, and 10 piece chicken McNuggets
    Emil C.

I have found it harder and harder to find a McDonald's at any particular airport. They seemed to be disappearing and replaced with "healthier" restaurants where you're guaranteed to spend at least $20 for a meal. I'd rather have my McDonald's. My usual order has always been either a Quarter Pounder with cheese or a Big Mac, french fries, and 10 piece chicken McNuggets. Sometimes I will vary the order depending on the availability of any menu specials (e.g. McRib sandwich). Service was extremely quick which was to be expected by a fast food restaurant located inside an airport. People had places to go and food to inhale before their flights! My food was ready just as I was leaving the counter after I had placed my order and paid. The shared dining area was a mess, crowded, and pretty chaotic during lunch time. You'll have to hunt down an open table. The first table I found had soda spilled on the floor along with a bunch of french fries. The only thing that I could complain about was that the cashier never asked me what sauce I wanted for my McNuggets. That turned out to be fine since I'm okay with eating them plain. Although I still liked to be asked. Keep in mind that this McDonald's was located before you go through TSA screening. You'll need to budget for the time necessary to get through security.

The service was amazing! Our cashier was sweet and helpful great after a long flight. A little overpriced but expected in the airport.

We arrived around 5pm and we were able to pick where we sat. We sat at one of the booths and Brian was our oh so awesome server. He came over with a smile and a run down of what's good. We started with cocktails, we both ordered The Elderberry, it was perfect & so refreshing. For our entrees, we had both of the burgers on the HH menu, the Small Batch Whiskey and the Small Batch Lassahn. We also ordered The Salmon burger. For sides we had the regular fries and the Parmesan truffle fries. Everything was soooooo good. The beef burgers were seasoned so perfectly, and cooked medium as we requested. Every bite made my taste buds dance. The truffle fries were so good, I almost ordered more. The garlic aioli is a must for dipping your fries in. The Whiskey has lots of seating, tables, booths and bar seating. There's lots of pictures on the walls and tvs. It's a vibe for sure. I'm so glad we had lunch at The Whiskey and will definitely go back the next time we are in Orlando. Thanks Brian for making our experience awesome!

Happy hour was just starting or had started, but there wasn't anything on the happy hour menu that stood out to us. They had the Suncreek Brewery Strawberry ale on tap so I had a couple glasses of that. It's perfect for the summer. It's a very light and very refreshing beer. My husband drank Yuengling. We both end up getting a taster of Bourbon later on. My husband went with the six year Willet And really enjoyed it. He said it definitely got better the more that you drank. I opted for something that I've seen in the stores but haven't purchased yet. I was able to try both the dancing panda eight year as well as the dancing panda 10 year. A cheaper bottle of bourbon but definitely good flavor. The 10 was my favorite. For food, I got an order of the S & S sweet potato fries, which comes with a light caramel drizzle. These fries are cooked perfectly and so delicious. My husband got the garlic Parm wings, and while the crunch was perfect on them.(he ordered them crunchy) -he was not a fan of their garlic Parmesan sauce. It just felt like the garlic, overpowered any of the Parmesan. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and the two bartenders that were working the bar, were excellent and very attentive.

They offer beef, chicken, Impossible, and veggie patties, along with a wide variety of cheeses and buns to choose from. My Impossible Burger was tasty, but I'm not sure it quite justified the price. On our first visit, I got a very impressive looking shake loaded with toppings, unfortunately it wasn't on the menu this time around. It's not my top pick for burgers, but it's definitely not a bad option either.

To my surprise, I was disappointed by the food. I got the loaded frings and a 5 x 5 burger. I believe the burger is relatively new, since it wasn't on any of the pictures of their menu on Google. Ambiance: The staff was friendly enough and I do like the fact that you can see them cooking the burgers in front of you. However, looking around at the restaurant, it looks like there was no upkeep. There were broken tiles, tables weren't cleaned, and I believe there might have been mold when I was filling my water cup at the ice machine, like visibly on the spout. Food: Loaded frings- I'm not sure how you mess this one up, but they somehow did it. The fries were overcooked and the bacon was fried to hell. I think you can actually see how burnt the bacon was in the pictures. It tasted like charcoal. Lastly, the fries were completely soaked in cheese sauce, which I'm guessing was from a can. It tasted like the cheese you'd have at state fairs, except more watery. There was more sauce than fries and onion rings! I should have taken a picture after eating half of the fries. I could not eat the bottom half of the frings because it was all soggy Burger- the same cooked-to-hell bacon was used on the burger. Not much else need to say about that. Looking at the picture of the burger, you'd think that the patties were way overcooked as well. That was not entirely the case. The patties weren't extra dry, but they weren't as juicy as I would have liked a burger to be. I'd say it was just okay. Maybe a half step below average. I really wanted to like this place, but I wasn't able to. I'm not sure if I came by on an odd day, because the reviews say otherwise. I really hope management can fix these issues.

Your food is cooked to order and everything comes out to perfection. The location reminds me of the diner that in HIMYM's episode with the perfect burger. That's ironic because it's the reason I popped in here for the first time. After seeing several people have a burger one night, it became a much needed experience for me. The burger came out delicious. You have to add the house sauce to it. You won't regret it. The tenders are so crispy but maintain all their juiciness as well. As I write this review, I'm seriously considering going back for one or both. Nonetheless, go give it a try. There is an added bonus that the bar next door allows you to eat your food there and have a beverage or two.
